Today, October 10th 2024, is the day I'm going to my first ever school trip. When our school announced that they were taking us to our first trip, me and my friends were overjoyed. Unfortunately, not all of my friends could come, even my best friend couldn't but I had my other best friend, as we were 3 best friends. On the trip day, I woke up thrilled, later my dad dropped me off at school, while entering I saw some classmates and we walked in talking about how excited we were. When we reached to the middle of the ground I spotted my friends and sprinted towards them. After chatting for some time we went to our class to take some pictures.
Later our principal called all the students to the ground to give his usual boring speech, we saw the buses parked in the parking and immediately decided which one was ours. After he finished we all ran to that bus, saying it was ours and thankfully no one objected. We got in and my friends saved the last seat for me and my best friend. After settling in our seats we started the fun. We blasted the music and started vibing to songs, clicking pictures and making countless memories. We even got up from our seats and danced taking everyone by surprise, fortunately our class teacher was in the bus with us, she's literally the coolest teacher in our school. We stopped at a gas station and got some snacks. Soon we reached our first destination which was " The Monuments" we saw many tourists there too and some were making out publically and our teachers freaked out seeing it and immediately asked us to go somewhere else. We then went to the museum and one of my friends brought her camera and we recorded ourselves with it. After doing so we had our lunch under a big tree, the wind was blowing, the trees were rattling, birds were flying, and our laughter and chatter filled the air with euphoria. After that we went back to our bus and went towards our next location. Our next location was an amusement park.
After getting our passes me and my friends went to get Cotton Candy, our body won't function without food so after giving it it's glucose we went to the zip line, so two people could go together at a time and me and my best friend went together,and let me tell you she's a chicken, so when we started she clung to me like a python and screamed until my ears blead. But the view was cinematic, the sun was starting to dip behind the mountains, casting a golden shade on the surrounding, the chirping birds, and the quiet hum of the wind, it all blended perfectly with the noise of the world below, and i can say that I've never felt more free and alive in my life. After that we went to the horror house and guess what my chicken best friend didn't come with us so i went with my other friend and as expected she also screamed till my ears blead, but the horror house wasn't that terrifying as the others made it sound. Next we went to the bumper cars, me and my bestie were in the same car and we kept on bumping with these two boys and our friends had made our wedding planning because of it. To our luck when we went to the VR we bumped into them again. Afterwards we went to the rollercoaster and screamed our lungs out and my friend's popcorn which she got after fighting with a girl for 10 minutes fell down and she had a meltdown, that was probably karma. Lastly we went on the Ferris Wheel and i kissed my friend, on the cheek, because as the saying goes, those who kiss on the top of the Ferris Wheel stay together, forever. The misfortunes that happened on this trip were diabolical, first when we went on the zip line we gave our bag to our seniors and they decided to leave it near a tree knowing that our phones and money were in it and of course like the good juniors we are we fought with them, secondly those same seniors couldn't go on a ride they paid for because we didn't have enough time; suits them right tho, thirdly a classmate broke her phone. Around 9 pm we got something to eat and sat in our bus. We played games, sang, danced and annoyed our teachers and in no time reached our school. After biding goodbye to my friends i sat in my father's car and fell asleep in no time.
I'll describe my day as "Euphoric!".
