I opened my eyes feeling all dizzy with sweat dripping down my forehead,my heart was pounding with great speed as I tried to figure out my surroundings. I was in a white attire usually worn by patients and sitting while staring at my reflection on the mirror. The bulb in the room just above my head made it difficult for me to see the things that are at a distance in the room . The silence in the room was ringing in my ears when a distorted figure came crawling towards me ,the cracking of the bones could be heard very clearly with every movement. Forzen with fear I couldn't even scream and stared at the creature as it crawled and dragged me into the darkness . The next moment I was on my bed staring at the ceiling as I realised my body would not move an inch and experienceed the aftermath of sleeping paralysis, my chest feeling heavy and I was breathing at a very high speed with fear in my heart.
