Han grumbled to himself as he feels his shoes become soggy. a shame, they were his favorite pair of black converse ones.
it just so happened that it started to rain right after he got out of his late night dance practice. his weather app predicted sunny skies all day so he didn't bring anything to shield him from the raindrops.
as he trudged along the wet sidewalks with his drenched shoes, a sound, very faint and soft, reaches his eardrums. he turns around to find the source of the sound, only to see a box.
curiously, he carefully opens the book to reveal the cutest thing ever. Han swears, he almost had a heart attack.
"oh my god!" he gasps as he cradles the cute kitten in his muscular arms. "you're the most adorable little thing i have ever seen!"
the kitty meows in Han's warm embrace, rubbing its head against his arms. the kitten liked being close to Han.
"i'm going to take you home," Han giggles as he walks to his home with a pep in his step. "and i'm going to show you lots of love and affection!"
the kitten mewls, almost as it were agreeing to the statement and soon, dozes off into a quiet little dreamland.

Han smiles down at the kitty who currently sleeping soundly on his bed, its eyes closed as if it were truly comfortable. he decides to leave the kitten be and goes off to take a shower.
he hums to himself as he lathers his body in soap, thinking happily to himself of all the things he could do with his new cat. he could play with it with a red light, he could take it on walks, he could cuddle with it while they both sleep, and he could eat with it, no longer having to eat his meals on his own.
he quickly finishes his shower off and dries himself, wrapping his towel around his waist, leaving his broad chest exposed. not to brag or anything, but he believed he was pretty fit.
he exits the bathroom, expecting to see his new cute kitten, only to be met with an empty bed. he puzzles to himself but shrugs it off, believing the kitty probably went off to adventure the rest of the house and goes to get a clothes from his drawers.
just as he is about to grab himself a pair of underwear, a loud bang from the kitchen startles him. he rushes downstairs, hoping it wasn't a robber or anything bad.
he is met with something far more perplexing and a bit frightening. a boy, a bit younger than him, is laying on the floor with a pout on his face.
Han screeches out in surprise as he lets go of his hold on his towel, watching it in horror as his towel fell to the ground. the boy crawls closer to the boy's exposed area and asks, "hey, master, what's that?"
"what the fuck!" Han gasps as he sees the innocent-looking, younger boy stare up at him with awe. "who are you?!"
"i'm your kitty, master!" the boy smiles happily, extending a hand out towards yeonjun. "my name is Chan but can call me channie!"
"don't call me master, that's just weird. my name is Han," he tries to return the smile back, but it comes out as a grimace. "and there's no way you are my kitten."
"it's true, Han!" hueningkai protests with a pout. "look i can prove it!" Chan points towards his kitty ears, tail, whiskers, and nose. "i'm a hybrid."
"what the fuck is that?" Han stumbles back a bit from shock. "i'm so confused."
"a hybrid is the result of two different breeds mating with one another,"Chan explains to his cute master.
taking a deep breath,Han asks, "do you have a family or anyone to look after you?"
"i remember having an girl taking care of me," Chan starts off with a slight smile. "but it's a distant memory. so no, i don't have anyone to care for me other than you."
"i will take care of you,"Han smiles, knowing the high-leveled responsibility it take to carefully raise the animal. "from now on, you will be my kitty."
"yay!"Chan cheers, hugging the older from the bottom. "Han, your weird thing is in the way, can you move it?"
"Channie," Han breathes in, trying so hard not to get a boner from the kitten touching his most intimate place. "please don't touch me there..."
"i'm sorry!" Chan gasps, thinking he hurt his master. "did i cause discomfort onto your weird dangling thing?! i'll kiss it better!" true to his words,Chan places a small kiss onto Han's shaft, making Han yelp out.
"y'know what i'm going to go change, okay, bye!" Han awkwardly laughs out, running upstairs to change.
once he is fully clothed,Han goes back downstairs to see ningning opening and closing the refrigerator door, at awe at how the light turned off and on.
"are you hungry,Channie?"Ha' asks, taking out ingredients to make some macaroni and cheese since he was pretty famished himself. "i'm going to make some tasty food."
"what's food?"Chan inquires with big eyes. "it sounds fun!"
"it's fun to eat,"Han responds, quickly making the food. "it should be ready in a bit, go sit down at the table and wait."
"yes!" Chan beamed obediently, skipping off to sit at the table while he watches his master cook with stary eyes.
in no time, the food is done, so Han serves his new baby first and says, "you grab the spoon, scoop the food up with it, and place it in your mouth. do not eat the spoon, got it?"
Chan nods his head in confirmation and does as he's instructed, his face turning from curious to elated.
"this is the best thing i have ever tasted!" Chan praises, quickly shoveling some more food into his mouth. "it's sooo yummy, thank you Han!"
"it's no problem at all," Ha' smiles fondly while he devours a spoonful of macaroni and cheese, his heart already being filled with warmth within the few minutes of knowing Channie. "eat well, baby."
he had a feeling this would become his daily routine. just him and his kitten.
And he suddenly didn't feel so lonely anymore.
