Jeon Jungkook was never a huge fan of the color blue. It always seemed cold and uninviting, so he leaned towards warmer colors. That is, until he met Kim Taehyung who always wore the most beautiful baby blue contacts he had ever seen. Kim Taehyung was a well known man, He was a Gucci model who often visited Jeon Jungkook's coffee shop for photo shoots or hiding out from the rain. They never truly spoke. Jungkook knew Taehyung's coffee order as well as the order for his staff and body guards. Taehyung would leave him a generous tip, and a warm "I hope you have a very lovely day, Mr. Jungkook!" with a small smile before him and the staff would file out the door again.
Saturday was different. Taehyung never visited on weekends. Jeon Jungkook looked up from the counter, expecting another usual customer or teenagers coming in with groups of friends. Kim Taehyung looked different this time. Gorgeous, as always, but different. Casual. An oversized sweatshirt and some sweatpants with classic sneakers. He wasn't here with his staff, either. But he still had those baby blue contacts in. He was breathtaking.
"Mr. Jungkook!", Taehyung approached the counter and rested his hands on it while he looked up at the menu. "I want something new. Something not on the menu. I want you to drink it with me."
"Something new? I can do that. What were you thinking?" Jeon Jungkook was awkward, socially. Especially around cute boys. Taehyung was beyond cute, he radiated ethereal beauty.
"Something white chocolate, salty, with a hint of caramel?"
"I've got just the stuff for that." He moved away from the register, and started to gather up the supplies to make Taehyung's drink.
"Make two. I want you to drink this one with me."
"It's almost my break anyways." Jungkook flashed Taehyung a small smile, focusing on making the drinks as Taehyung found a seat near the window. He brought both mugs over carefully, and took a seat across from Taehyung. "No photoshoot today?"
"Not today. I didn't have business trips, either. I thought I'd stop by and see my favorite barista while I had free time."
Jungkook chuckled slightly, taking a sip of his drink. "Your favorite barista?"
"You run the best coffee shop in town, Jeon Jungkook."
"Why, thank you. I really appreciate that."
Kim Taehyung flashed him a soft smile that melted Jungkook's heart. "You make great coffee and you're quite handsome."
He choked a little on his drink before wiping his mouth and hiding his face in his hands. "Ahh.. You're the model here, Taehyung. Not me."
"Modeling is fake beauty. You.. You have pure beauty. Raw. I'd love to photograph you sometime. I have an extended break in a few weeks, we could meet up then and I could get pictures?"
"I don't want to be in a magazine.. or a poster.."
Taehyung shook his head. "No, no. The pictures are private. For me. I like capturing natural beauty on my free time."
Jungkook thought it over for a bit, slowly finishing his drink as he leaned back in his chair. "I'll do it, but on one condition." Taehyung nodded for him to continue. "We get to hang out privately like this more often."
"Are you asking me on a date, Jeon Jungkook?"
"Us meeting up for a private photo session also sounds like a date, Kim Taehyung."
"Ahh.. it's a deal." He flashed that soft smile again before he glanced down at his watch. "I've got to go meet with my parents. I'll see you.. Eight days from now?"
"Of course! Thank you." Taehyung slid him a few dollars before leaving, and Jungkook had a smile on his face for the rest of his shift.
Taehyung didn't show up eight days later. Nor ten days later. On the twelfth day, Jeon Jungkook saw him walk past the coffee shop with another man latched onto his arm, a shorter man with startling silver hair. Kim Taehyung didn't even glance into the coffee shop.
