The words were barely audible through the grin on his lips, and his cheeks had gone slightly pink.
" Oh", was all she could say.
He looked at her curiously but quickly averted his gaze, turning even more pink than before.
" Why do you look so surprised?", he joked.
He was still blushing when she got up and moved away from him.
" So that means you agree with what I said earlier about the robots?".
" Well I mean...yeah".
" Well good", She said.
" But please don't tell about my crush to anyone", she begged him.
He rolled his eyes, but nodded.
" I can try, but it won't be easy".
He grabbed his pillow and tossed it at her which made her laugh.
"So are you going to stay over or go home?", she asked him.
"You don't seem too upset that I'm staying here..."
"Well I guess I like having you around", he admitted with a grin.
"No... no I now know you are human"
"We can't sleep together...." she said to him.
"No way, because I wouldn't let you touch me !".
"But we would be sleeping together. You said so yourself".
"Yeah", he agreed.
"I mean, that would be bad if people found out. "
"I suppose so" he shrugged.
" But I want you to hold me tonight" he said with puppy eyes.
"But maintain distance okay!"
They were facing each other and she couldn't help but stare at his chest.
Suddenly she felt a hand on hers and lifted her head, looking straight into his eyes.
His eyes softened and he smiled at her, pulling her closer.
" Hey", he whispered.
His voice brought goosebumps along her skin and she couldn' stop herself from smiling.
" Hey"
He closed the gap between their lips and kissed her softly.
Her hands instinctively went to the back of his neck and deepened the kiss. His grip tightened on her waist.
He pulled back to catch his breath and she looked up at him, her face flushed red .
"God you are beautiful", he muttered and leaned forward for another kiss.
He broke the kiss suddenly and laid down next to her.
"Now you better close your eyes"
"Why?"
"Just trust me okay?"
Reluctantly she shut her eyes and listened to his breathing.
After a while she opened her eyes again and saw him already asleep.
She smiled and snuggled closer to him.
"Goodnight, Robot"
