I was watching a horror movie in my living room when I heard a loud knock on my door.
It was raining that day, so I thought a tree must have fallen and had accidentally knocked on my door.
I continued to focus on the movie, but the knock kept repeating itself over and over again.
I didn't give it a second thought and quickly got up to see what it was.
I opened the door and saw a bunch of guys, who look like ancient warriors drinking and laughing. They looked at me with their sharp eyes, confused.
I was so scared that I immediately turned around to go back, but the door wasn't there anymore. It was a wall and beside it were barrels filled with wines.
“Hey! Who are you?”
A man's voice came out of nowhere. I looked everywhere but couldn't see him.
Until...
“Hey! I'm talking to you!” He shouted.
The guys who looked like warriors moved aside, and I saw another guy in the middle, looking different from the other warriors. Maybe he was their general or some sort of person with a higher position.
“General, maybe he is a spy sent by Prince Johannes.” A warrior stated.
“Hm...come here.” He said, asking me to go over where he was.
I don't want to die in an unfamiliar place, so I went to him.
“Why are you so slow?” He grabbed my arms and pulled me hard, making me sit on his lap.
“G-General! Don't touch that girl! What if she draws out a knife and kills–”
“Shut up!”
They all stayed quiet.
I looked confused as well, but I couldn't care less because I only want to go back and watch my favorite movie. After all, it's the last season!!!
“What's your name?” He asked, grabbing my face gently.
“Elizabeth,” I replied.
“Elizabeth... What a nice name for a spy.”
He pinched my cheeks hard after saying that and asked, “Now tell me who sent you?”
“I don't know what you are talking about. Ahh! Let go!”
"Still lying!?" He picked me up using my neck and placed me on the table.
“I'm not a spy! Ahhh! Hugh–” I looked at him, crying and begging to let go.
“I'm not...”
“Tsk!” He finally let go but...
“Lucia!”
A maid immediately went to him.
“Bath her and send her to my room.”
“N-No! I said I'm not!”
The maid grabbed my arms and led me to the bathroom. Even the bathroom was different from the modern one.
“P-Please, I'm begging you. I don't want to die! I'm not a spy.”
“Little girl, I can't help you. I'm just following General's orders.” She replied while removing my dress.
“Where are you from?”
“Mars.”
“Mars? Hm, I must say you have unique clothing.”
I didn't reply as I was enjoying the bath. It was full of rose petals, making it so fragrant.
At that moment, I forgot that I was on my way to death.
Tok! Tok!
“General, Ms. Elizabeth is here.”
My heart was beating so fast.
“Come in.”
We went inside and the maid immediately left. I was alone with him in an unfamiliar room.
He was only wearing his robe, so I thought he'd do something mischievous.
“Sit here.” He ordered as he sat on the bed.
I quickly moved and sat beside him.
“Not there. Here.” He said, grabbing my waist and placing me on his lap.
Does he have a hobby of making girls sit on his lap?
“What are you thinking?” He flicked my forehead.
“Oww. Why did–!”
I met his eyes, so I was flustered and embarrassed. To be honest, he has the charisma and attractiveness I couldn't resist.
“What? Feeling shy?” He chuckled.
“Don't worry I won't eat you.” He added and opened a box that came out of nowhere.
“Are you also from the modern era?”
I was shocked by his question.
“H-How did you know?”
I gasped and suddenly realized that...
“I am the same as you. You must have been confused about why you entered an unfamiliar place, right?”
“Y-Yes.”
“You're experiencing a time loop.”
“Time loop?”
“Yes. You'll be in the same place even if you find the exact lookalike of the door you used to come here.”
“I don't understand.”
“Search around and try looking for the same door that you used.” He said.
I did what he said and saw my door.
“Now try opening it.”
I opened the door and it led me to the same place, the same guys I saw, and the same situation I was in earlier.
As expected, the warriors looked at me, confused.
And...
“Hey! Who are you?”
The man I was talking to just now was in front of me again, saying the same thing.
I suddenly thought it was fun and played a little.
“What do you mean who are you? I'm your daughter!”
All of them were surprised and reacted the same way, except for him.
“What??? General has a daughter???”
“General, you...”
They looked at him.
“Huh? Daughter? How come you didn't say wife? That would have been more believable.”
He stood up and carried me to his room.
“Hey! What are you doing? Let me go!!!”
“You said you're my daughter so listen to Daddy, hm?”
“Uhhh! Stopp!!!”
The warriors were too stunned to speak.
The end.
