Welcome welcome (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
This story is based on real events and the story is as I couldn't think of any other name.
Well, this story was told to me by my MT brother.
His name is won't be revealed as well so we'll call him Jake. The girl's name won't be revealed so we'll call her Julie for now.
Let's start now.
So he knew her when he was just 5 y/o.
It happened about 13 years ago. Julie only had her mother (her parents were divorced) so, other children wouldn't like to make friends with her.
Other children used to make fun of her for she didn't have a father figure.
She was in the same class as Jake at that time, Senior Kindergarten.
She was a new admission and had to introduced herself.
She had presented her name as "her name & her mother's surname."
At that time it was only common to put our names then one of our father's name.
She also gave some information about her mother, when the homeroom teacher asked her about her father and Sushi replied saying "I don't have a father. My mother is my mother and my father."
Upon hearing that everyone began to laugh, but he didn't. One girl, named Natty, stood up and questioned in a rude manner. "How is it possible to not to have father? Is he dead or were you born out of a wedlock?" Julie was on the brink of crying, when the homeroom teacher ordered everyone to be quite and befriend her.
The homeroom teacher told her to go take a seat. So she went and sat at last bench. Everyone was still gossiping about wheater it was actually true about her being an illegitimate child. The boy sitting next to Jake asked him the same thing.
Jake replied to him "Did you really come here just to find out if what Natty said is true or not? It's not place to judge someone just by some false accusation.
I really don't care about her. It's not about me so, I do not want to interfere. But you can go and ask her yourself."
After school Julie's mother came to take her and Jake's mother was also presnt there. Other kids had told their parents about the new kid. Even their parents said not to mingle with her as these types of children don't have a good upbringing.Julie kept crying continously and her mother tried to calm her down.
Jake was going home with his mother when suddenly his mother met Julie's mother. His mother asked if Julie was a new student and his mom told me to befriend her and give her company.
Then they got to know they're neighbours! In the evening when other children would play around, she used to sit aside on a bench and read a fairytale. Jake asked her if she wanted to come and play with him, she asked Jake who he was because they never really had a proper introduction before.
He told her that he was her neighbour and classmate, named Jake. He didn't have any friends always during that time. She was the first friend he had ever made. Jake was a really silent child back then, but he was really happy to have her company. They played together, they studied together, in fact they grew up together.
And not for just 2 or 3 years, they had been together for a whole 10 years. But 3 years ago, she had shifted to USA for her studies. Julie's mom and Jake's parents are really good friends. And we talk very frequently.
And yea that's it. Don't make fun of people because you'll never know what they're going through unless you walk in their shoes. [The parents who said these types of children don't have a good upbringing, should really focus on their own child's fostering because what they just said shows their own nurturing. Being a parent doesn't mean you can do anything you want and hurt a child.] That's it for now, goodbye.
