Since young Ivan monteverde has always been an introvert person, he hates to socialize with anyone,
He is born with Heart Problem and probably wont live long,

As he ivan is about to reach the school gate, a strong arm is wrap around his neck,
his expression changes from looking silent to looking annoyed
"Hi Loves" a handsome young man greeted him, this person is Summer Bautista, the only person that can stand ivans quietness,
"come on summer, can you please stop calling me loves in public places" ivan answered and rolled his beautiful eyes,doing that makes him even cuter,
"You should be thankful cause,you have me the most handsome man, that love you" he said as he tilted his head
Ivan was speechless, even though what summer said is true,he won't admit it,
He is fully aware of summers feeling, they have been friend since elementary, and he also have feelings for summer,
"Okay thank you then" ivan answered sarcastically,
summer smiled brightly,
they arrived at the classroom and take there seat,
While summer was checking his homework, ivan silently look at him,
this man, this person who knows him more than his parents do, this man who was there at his hardest moment, those times where all he could do is seat and cry, those day where all he could asked for was a hug,
ivan smiled,
Summer turn his head toward ivan and smiled back
"look at you, you look much more cuter when you smile" he said and pinch ivans cheek,until it turn almost pink,,,
Summers mood became even brighter,
He loves ivan, he want to asked him, to be his boyfriend but he is scared that ivan would reject him,
Just being with him, makes him satisfied already, he won't asked for more,
AFTER THE END OF CLASS
ivan and summer was in there way to the cafeteria
When ivan feel a sudden pain on his chest, its so painful that he wish just to die than feel this, he grab summers sleeve
summer look at him and panicked and ask him if his alright, summer is not aware of ivans heart problem, since nobody in there family talked about it,
after minute later, the pain start to subside,
ivan exhaled, and look at summer in panicked, he doesnt want summer to know about his current state,
"what happen to you, are you alright," summer boomed him with question,
he smiled, his smile is so bright and warm,
"i'm ok" he only answered shortly...
He didnt want summer to pity him,
He loved summer,
if ever he died, he dont want summer to know early,
Being with summer makes him forget the tomorrow,
One month ago, his chest pain attacked, since he was a child he is fully aware that he wont live long than a normal person would, if he cant find a suitable heart donor within this period,
He will die.....
he tried to find one...
his parents is always out of town, no one know where they are, the only person he have right now, is summer,.
but he cant tell him his state,,,,
he was in dazed there is only week left,
he want to cherish this moment and with the person he loved the most,
he grab his phone and wallet, and drive his car to summers house,
He arrived in a minute,
just as he is about to press the doorbell, the gate open,
A man in white walk out, hands in his pocket, looking so handsome, his all in white, as if his an angel, about to remove all his worries,
that man smiled brightly, brighter then the sun,
just thinking of leaving this man alone, and heartbroken makes him, want to curse himself,
"Van honey, you miss me so much, that you came to visit me , i'm so touch," he said as he hug him, as if he knows that his hug can removed worries,
"shut up" he said and rolled his eyes,,
"yes, yes, honey" he answered cheerfully
"what brings you here,come in, its cold outside," he invite
"how is are you, are you alright, do you feel uncomfortable anywhere," he asked,
"i'm ok" he answered
"summer,?" ivan called
"hmmm" he answered
"would you like to have a week of vacation with me," i asked
summer walked near him, and feel his forhead, after that he tilted his head and looked at ivan with doubt
Being look that way makes him annoyed,
"are you coming or not, if not i can go by myself," he said angrily
summer laugh out loud
" of course i'm coming, i'm coming," he answered but still laughing
"stop laughing" ivan barked at him,
"okay, okay" he said
"where are we going" summer asked,
"i want to go to pagudpud" ivan said
"why there,"
"i just want to," i always dream of going there with the person i wish to be with me for the rest of my life," ivan said
"your going with me," summer asked trembling
"yes, i want to go with you" he said smilling
His lips was sealed with summers lips, that kiss was gently and warm, that makes people addicted, he closed his eyes and feel the warm,
"your finally accepting my feeling," summer asked happily
"no," he answered
summer became quiet
"i want to go there with you for now,that what all i can do," he said,
he want to be summers first boyfriend and last to, but he cant be selfish, he cant bear to leave summer heartbroken a week later, for once all he could think of was to be with summer,
"ok, im fine with that, as long as its with you," he said and nodded his head
"when are we leaving" summer asked,
"tomorrow," ivan answered
"ok" summer smiled happily

They arrived at pagudpud at night, they already booked a hoter,
they share the same bed and room,,
after they rest for a while ivan started to explore, there room is near the beach where you can go out and take a walked
this place is like a paradise,
during there vacation, they became more closed to each other, they do different activities, they had fun,
Wednesday:
the whole room was filled with cooked food smell, ivan walked in that tiny kitchen, in the hotel room, he see summer, holding a knife cutting a cucumber, with a cute apron on his body, the food he made smell so good,
"i didn't know you can cooked food" i said walked near him and wrap my arms around his waist,
"of couse i can, when i became officially your boyfried i'm going to cook for you everyday," he said smilling,
Ivan want to say someting when summer cut his word,
"i'm going to return to manila today, i'm gonna be back late,so dont wait for me okay," he said as his attention was on the chopping board,
"what are going there for," i asked his voice cant hide the feeling of sadness,.
summer smile and stop his chopping, he look at ivan and kiss his lips,
"My mom asked me to return shortly, cause she had something to say," he said
They eat quietly.....
later that day, summer leave,
Ivan dont know but he feels uneasy,....
He want to call summer and ask him back, but he cant,
Summer did not return till midnight, ivan didn't do anything but just stay in his room, during this days his chest pain, become abnormal and sometimes happen when his in the shower, which made him panicked,
Around 2:20 am summer return, his face is as pale as paper, ivan notice it immediately, he asked him, but summer did not answered and only comforted him....
the next day ivans phone rang and the caller is his doctor, its a good news for him, cause they found him a heart donor, he is so happy that he run to summer and kiss him,,,
summer smiled,,
that night ivan plan to return to manila the next day...
Summer asked him to stay to star gazing, ivan nodded...
"Ivan i love you" summer said..he took something out of his pocket, its a ring a very beautiful ring, it has summer and ivans name, there is a sun simbol together with summer's name,
"I loved you since, I loved everything about you, your smile, you angry look, the way you rolled your eyes, everything....in this life i'll only love you, if ever i'm in the same situation in my next life, i'll always choose you, i can give you anything in this world," summer says as he looked at the shining stars....
ivan feels heavy in his heart and he don't know the reason, summer give him the ring, he look at it preciously....
ivan looked at summer and said "you asked me a question if i finally accepted your feelings towards me, and ready to be your boyfriend right,?"
"after i return to manila and finish my business, i'm going to give you my answer, ok," so wait for me please," ivan said with tears flowing from his eyes,,
Summer smiled at him and kiss his lips, that kiss was as very gently,
"I love you" all summer could said

the next morning summer and ivan return together, ivans operation is on monday, he was very happy, he planed that after this operation he will asked summer to be his boyfriend and lived with him...
THE OPERATION WAS SUCCESSFUL
after the operation, ivans body became better, his family was there, but summer wasn't
after he wake up..the first thing he asked was summer,
ivans parents was hesistant...
his parents lied and said that summer is fine but because the final exam was coming he is focused...
Ivan thought about it and believed...
Its been a month after his operation and he finally feeling more normal...he is happy to finally get out of the hospital and visit summer,
He first visit, summer's house, but it said that the owner sell the house already...
ivan was uneasy...
he asked anybody that know summer, but they just look at him weirdly
he finally came home and asked his parenst,
His parents became hesistant once again but finally give him, his hospital information as well as the name of his heart donor......
Tears flow from his eyes, his heart ache, his hand tremble, his heart donor was the person he loved the most....
His parent was looking at him.........
finally giving him the letter that written by a familiar hand writting...

Hi my love, how are you, are feeling alot better, i dont know where to start, but i'm sorry for leaving you earlier than expected, i'm sorry that i cant bear to see you in so much pain, but still hiding it from me, i'm sorry for not keeping my promise to cook for you everyday, I know i'm selfish, but i love you just so much that seeing you in pain, is like torturing me, i just love you so much that giving you my heart is no different, you have two things to take care of, one is my heart, and the other one is my ring, please be healthy ok, if ever you love someone else, please love, dont be scared to show them, i know i'm asking to much, but please, live a healthy life, for me ok, I LOVE YOU, SO MUCH THAT I'M WILLING TO GIVE YOU MY HEART
