hi guys.Im someone who you didn't know and probably u just caught a glimpse of this post..I wanna share with yall something that i always feel and i keep it inside..like when i get mad of something or what.i never show that to anyone..ofc u also experienced that right?..maybe ur mom always scold you for not being good to your brothers or sister.Or your friends cuz you don't wanna lose ur friendship..let me tell you that relationship and feelings are literally TOXIC..sometimes.We heard that you must endure the feelings that you feel so it would not hurt others?-let me give you an example..Ur not doing great in ur exam and ur mom keep judging you n compare urself with ur cousins or what..how do you feels at that times?..You want to tell ur mom that u already do ur best or u just gonna go silence and listen to ur mom babbles.-i know ot sounds rude but forgive me-Pls tell them the truth..Tell them how you feels..How you don't like being compared to your siblings or ur cousins..Tell them u already do your best to keep up but sometimes THINGS JUST NOT WORK OUT AND ITS FINE.You can be upset about it BUT don't give urself too much PRESSURE.You need to tell them.Or you'll keep burden urself with that shi*s inside ur head and STRESSED THE HELL OUT OF URSELF.Its ANXIETY you feel that makes you wanna QUIT.Imma gonna tell you this and pls remember that "YOU'RE GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOURSELF" as the bts says "LOVE YOURSELF" APPRECIATE YOURSELF AND BE GRATEFUL WITH EVERY SINGLE THING IN YOUR LIFE.Yeah...its good to hear that right:)The funniest thing that i feel is when i write my first 'chat story' and there's a comment that makes me feel like being appreciated for the first time..Living with my family..i never being praised for getting a good marks or what..but when i try to RELIEVE MY STRESS by type in my chat story..and there's SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATE MY WORK i feel so-idk what to say..but..it felt so good that it keeps me up and BELIEVE IN MYSELF that im good enough.It just there's someone who don't appreciate me and someone who appreciate me..So-therefore..if you having a bad time reading this..i just wanna say thanks for spent ur time to read this and i hope you'll feel better for urself:)there's something i want u to do if you don't have anyone to talk to.Pls write down your anxiety or your stress-cause or something..I'll make sure to read it out and reply ur comments;).To whom who likes this i hope you'll have a better day tomorrow:)))
