Its summer season

All the school students are having summer vacation and all others are busy with their works.

Clara a 18 years old girl is travelling in a bus to her hometown "kathbourg", where her grandma lives.

20 years ago Clara's grandpa went missing. Her parents lives in a town and her grandma who refuses to leave her hometown, lives lonely in her hometown.

Clara used to visit her grandma when she is young and its been 4 years since she visited her granny due to her studies. Now after 4 years she is going to meet her granny, But she is more excited about her best friend kristy. she's gonna meet her now.

Bus reached the village , Clara got off the bus.And started to walk towards the village.

Finally I've reached home after so long!!

"Grandma im back... I missed you!!"

"ohh!! dear i really missed you too" said my grandma with teary eyes.

"im hungry and tired"

because its a hot summer day.

"get in and freshup, i have cooked your favourite pasta" said my granny.

" okk grandma i will freshup in a second ".

My room is at upstairs and i love my room crazily because it has a beautiful view from the windows and i have many memories with my room.

I went to my room and slept on the bed.

" ohh!! its been so long since i slept here😄its so soft and comfortable love it"

i took a shower and went downstairs for lunch.

"yummy you are the best cook granny"

i ate bellyfull😋😋.

"granny im going to meet kristy"

"okk dear but be careful " said my granny.

knock knock. ..💥💥

"coming..." shouted kristy

she opened the door "heyy clara....😀 when did you come" kristy shouted with excitement.

we hugged each other , "its been 4 years since we met but you didn't change at all its crazy"

"you too" said kristy with a smile. we came back to my granny's house,

we both sat in my room and were chitchatting about these 4 years and memorising the childhood.

" hey did you remember that day"said kristy

"what day??"

" when we were in 2nd grade we sneakily tried to enter the woods" said kristy

and i continued" yeah i remember and we got caught by our parents" and Kristy continued " and the whole day we got punished 😂".

" Those memories were so sweet "

"yess and do you remember that, we used to pluck mangoes from Marry aunty's tree" said kristy with excitement "yeah and we got chased by her😅😂" i continued.

we have discussed about our beautiful memories of childhood for hours. Its 2'o' clock in the afternoon.

" Clara im going to the market " shouted granny from downstairs.

"okk grandma go safe"

my granny left to the market and both of us were chitchatting about the past.

"kristy.."

"yess" answered kristy with questioning face.

"however granny went to the market ,lets go to the woods"

"did you forget its dangerous😱 " uttered kristy .

"Are you crazy those were all rumours, do you believe them😂" i said it in humorous way.

"i dont know but my mother dont like me going into the woods😐" kristy exclaimed.

After a long debate i somehow managed kristy to get into the woods.

We are in front of the woods

"lets go.."

" *A**re you sure" said kristy with confusion*.

"yeah dont think much lets get in and return in 2 hours".

we started to walk into the woods.

The woods were creepy but i feel like im a super girl and i can do anything.

"im so excited, its crazy, we are going to solve the mystery of the woods".

" yess im also excited but a bit scary too" kristy murmured .

"ohh common kristy just think that we are at our backyard 😂😂".

" okk im counting on you" said kristy with full of hope.

we walked deeper and found nothing. "why there are no animals ?"

"i dont know " said kristy.

" its been 2 hours since we walked in lets go back" kristy frustrated.

" ok ok lets go ". we both returned back but...

"WE LOST...."

" Clara did you remember the way" said kristy with anxious .

"i dont think soo.." me murmured with bleak.

" then what to do😨😨" sombered kristy.

" do you believe me" i asked her.

" yes " kristy replied.

" okk then follow me lets go" im afraid too but acted as if im brave, to comfort kristy.

we walked deeper and deeper.

" clara its been 4 hours since we came , i think we lost " uttered kristy with despondent.

"dont worry lets just keep walking, i think there will be a way out for sure " i replied optimistically.

" look there , something's shining i think we found the way to village " said kristy with full of hope.

" yeah lets go there "..

we followed the shining ray of light and it led us to "THE MIRROR ".

" ohh its crazy !! who left this huge triangular mirror in the woods " i astonished.

" wohh!! the wood carved frame is amazing " kristy amazed.

" kristy!! am i this beautiful!? " i touched myself in the mirror.

we were holding hands until then and kristy moved a bit back to compare me and the mirror.

"yess you are looking beautiful in the mirror " said kristy.

" then what about reality😒😒"

she smiled and turned back.

" clara.. clara.. i found the way" whooped kristy .

" wait!! what?" i turned back with full of excitement.

we both followed the way to the village and reached home. we hugged each other with full of happiness.

" okk Clara bye im heading home" said kristy .

" byee take care" .

"I was so excited beacause we have solved the rumour. I will tell it to grandma. will she worry about it. im already back safe and sound so she may not worry". my mind is full of these thoughts.

" grandma im back".

why is it so dark . why didn't she turned on the lights .

" granny are you there" im confused.

" clara....." screamed kristy.

i startled !! and ran out.

" what happened kristy? " i panicked.

"there's no one at my home" cried ot kristy.

" what!!???"

" are you sure did you check properly "

" yes i checked and on my way here i didn't see anyone on the roads too." uttered kristy.

" okk dont panic , first lets search for them or else lets go to the police station " i tried to cheer her.

We searched the whole village and found no one . And there is no one in the police station too.

kristy satrted crying,

" Kristy dont cry , believe me lets go back to the woods and search for way out." i tried to convince kristy.

" I told you not to go to the woods but you didn't listen to me and we ended up here lonely in village ". she cried out with agony.

"yess its my fault , i should have not done this." " sorry kristy.."

" Noo.. its my fault too i should have stopped you , dont feel sorry " kristy comforted me.

" okk lets dont waste time here , lets get into the woods " i cheered up.

its so dark so we went to my home to borrow a torch. we were searching for the torch.

" i got it " i shouted with excitement.

" is it working, turn it on" said kristy.

i tried to turn it on but its a bit old one and the switch strucked. i hardly turned it on and 'found someone behind kristy' 😵 "ahhhh!!!!! who are you " i screamed.

kristy turned back and screamed at him and ran to me. for our surprise, he screamed as well . we ended up screaming at each other.
