Mizuki: Ughhhh! What’s that annoying sound, (his eyes widen as he leaps up from his bed) Oh My God!!!, I’m gonna be late for school (he slaps his forehead) What’s wrong with you Mizuki why’d you have to oversleep. Well, there’s no point in reprimanding myself I have to do this fast. (He speedily takes a shower and gets his clothes and bags ready). Oh No! It’s almost 9:00 what do I do and I haven’t had breakfast yet, Forget breakfast my priority is getting to school early. I know what to do, I’ll take a shortcut to school just Incase I get too late.( He grabs his tie and runs to the door), [I have to get there fast enough] (He pants heavily) come on almost there, come on legs dont fail me now!!. Almost there just a little bit more!! (3 minutes later)

Mr Kacchan: Oh Hello Mizuki!

Mizuki: (He pants a lot and sweats profusely) Good...........M...Morning...... Sir..

Mr Kacchan: Nice to see you’ve made it 5 minutes before school started, Good job!. But you’re shirt’s all drenched in sweat now.

Mizuki: Don’t worry Sir, I have my ways. (He gives a broad smile and walks away into his classroom)

Rekka: WOW!! Nice to see you this early Mizuki I thought you’d come late as always.

Mizuki: Why’d you always gotta be a downer Rekka, (He chuckles), At least I’m happy I wasn’t late again.

Rekka: You know that if you had been late today you would have gotten detention.

Mizuki: Yh,yh I know (He whispers to himself) Know-It-All.

Rekka: What was that!?

Mizuki: NothingI . (He runs to his seat)

Himari: Hey! Mizuki.

Mizuki: Hii Himari!

Himari: What are you still doing here, We’re about to have History class so get your books!

Mizuki: Alright Miss Bossy (He says sarcastically)

Himari: WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT ME!!!

Mizuki: It’s nothing

(He tries to escape but gets grabbed by the collar and gets hit 3 times on the head very swiftly)

Himari: Now you’ll know to keep your mouth shut

Mizuki: OWW! Why’d you have to hit me so hard (He rubs his head)

Himari: Shut up and get to class NOW!.

Mizuki: Okay!! (He picks his books and runs to class)

Himari: He’s so cute, yet so foolish (She gives a small smile)

(They arrive in the classroom)

Mr Seo: Mr Mizuki and Miss Himari please take your seats!

Himari: See it’s your fault I’m late.

(He interrupts)

Mizuki: I’m sorry, But thanks for dragging me to class. (He gives a wide smile)

Himari: It’s okay, at least we got here before the class started. (She smiles back)

Mr Seo: No more chitchat students, class is in session. Our topic today is based on an ancient Japanese mythology, I doubt if many of you know this story. This story is recorded at the time infact a very long time ago not recordable to the modern man. At this time, the heavenly bodies which are called the Sun, Moon, Stars and Other Bodies like Rain,Cloud,Thunder,Lightning,Light,Darkness and others we won’t talk about today had physical bodies. Moving on, Light and Darkness being enemies and can’t stand to be around each other but, their children Sun and Moon felt otherwise they ignored their Parent’s hatred for each other and instead planted the seeds of love which flourished mightily. Their love became unbreakable and their love was unstoppable. They fell madly in love with each other, they paid no attention to their parents who forbade them from seeing each other. But their love transcended all rules, their new found love drove Light and Darkness to meet the Council Of The Sky and complained about their children’s forbidden love. Because of that the Council Of The Sky warned the Sun and the Moon but they ignored them and The Council Of The Sky felt insulted at their disobedience and ignorance. So they separated them permanently, Now in the day the Sun would come out in search of the Moon but he would be nowhere to be found likewise in the night the Moon would look all over the Earth but he could not find his lover. But, One of the members of The Council Of The Sky felt pity at their suffering and made their spirits reincarnate into two human forms destined to meet each other but not all reincarnations were lucky to have met each other but those that did would enjoy their love again only to die some years later, But some of the reincarnations that did try to break the curse all failed consecutively. That’s all for today students, Class Dismissed!!!

Student 1: Ughh that was boring

Student 2: I know right, I almost slept through the whole thing

Himari: Hey Mizuki! Wake up!!

Mizuki: What!? What!? I wasn’t sleeping

Himari: You fool!!

Mizuki: Hey!!! Don’t call me that.

Himari: Fool!

Mizuki: I said stop!.

Himari: (He’s so cute when he’s angry). Don’t worry I just wanted to see how cute you look when you’re angry.

Mizuki: Huh!?? You just can’t do that you know!!

Himari: (She blushes a bit)

Mizuki: Wait!, Why are you blushing?

(She gives a very small smile)

Himari: SHUT UP!!!!

Mizuki: Sorry! (He tries to block his head from 5getting whacked)

(She slaps him very hard and runs away)

Mizuki: What’s her problem she’s always hitting me!?

Mr Chen: Hmmm?, I guess that’s all for today’s Mathematics class. And I hope all of you will submit your assignments tomorrow before 9:30am, Is that understood??

Everyone: (faintly) YES SIR!!

Mr Chen: Now go home, school’s over.

Mizuki: (In a drained manner) Finally.

Midori: Thank goodness we are finished with that class, Now I can go home and read some manga books I just ordered.

Yumi: What’s your problem Midori?, and your obsession with anime and manga books?

Midori: You can’t understand, Anime and Manga are the two fantasy realms that one uses to escape this prison called reality.

Yumi: You’ve always been a fool haven’t you?

Midori: Hey Mizuki!

(He continues his loss in thought)

Midori: Mizuki! (He shouts), Mizuki! Mizuki!

Yumi: That’s not how it’s done! (She gives a creepy grin)

(She appears behind the lost in thought Mizuki and gives him a mighty slap)

Mizuki: Hey What’s your problem? (He shouts)

Midori & Yumi: WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?.

Midori: We’ve been calling to you but you’ve been lost in the clouds.

Yumi: And I knew that was the only way to bring you back to earth.

Mizuki: Really? I dunno why I just got lost when I was thinking about something.

Yumi: If I continue this I’m sure I’ll get lost in your weirdness, I’ll go look for Himari and you boys should meet us downstairs (Her tone gets very deep) OR ELSE!. See ya ( Her tone goes back to normal as she smiles and walks away)

Midori: Hmmph (sarcastically) And she says we’re the weird ones. That girl gives me chills sometimes, Ya know? I know what you were thinking about while you were in the clouds. (He pushes the middle of his glasses as the reflection of light makes his two lenses turn white)

Mizuki: (In disbelief) Hmmph, No way!

Midori: By your facial expression, I’m guessing you were thinking about Himari

Mizuki: How’d you know?

Midori: I just looked at your facial expressions and realized what you were thinking about, besides I’ve known you for years. I always know what’s running through your head

Mizuki: You really are smart and a true best friend. But I just want you to know I wasnt thinking what you were thinking.

Midori: (sarcastically) Ohh is that so? Well then, what was I thinking?

Mizuki: You were thinking I have something for Himari, right?

Midori: Cos you do!

Mizuki: Actually I don’t, I just feel we are connected or as if I knew her a long time ago.

Midori: Whatever. it’s your life do what you want and make your own decisions.

Mizuki: Oh shoot, I forgot we have to meet Himari and Yumi downstairs, Come on we need to run!

Midori: You’re right! Let’s go.

(They run very fast down the school stairs)

Midori: Come on we’re almost there! Just a few more stairs

Mizuki: Getting closer!

(They come out in the nick of time)

Yumi: (She pops her knuckles) Luck just shined on the both of you, You made it out very luckily. I would have popped your skulls if you had made it out even a minute late.

(Midori and Mizuki take some time to catch their breaths)

Himari: Hey Yumi, enough yelling let’s go!

Mizuki: Yh, come on Midori let’s follow the girls.

Midori: Okay!

(They all walk together then it starts to rain)

Himari: Oh no! It’s raining and I don’t have an umbrella, and there no place to take cover. My Mom’s gonna be sooo mad!

Mizuki: I have a solution for that. (He smiles)

Himari: What?

(He takes off his jacket and covers her head with it)

Himari: (She blushes) Ermm.. Thanks!

Yumi: Come on Midori where’s your jacket?

Midori: Sorry, I didn’t bring it.

Himari: Mizuki, what are you gonna use to cover yourself?

Mizuki: Don’t worry, I’ll be fine.

Himari: Okay. (She blushes)

(They reach a sheltered shop)

(They start panting)

Himari: Oi Mizuki, get outta the rain would ya, you’ll get a cold.

Mizuki: Yay!! Woohooo! Yayyy!

Himari: Will you grow up and get out of the rain stop acting like a kid.

Mizuki: Yayyyy! I never knew the rain felt so fun to play in, I haven’t done this since I was a kid.

Himari: Whatever. (She looks away).

(The rain slowly subsides)

Mizuki: Awwww gone already?, at least I had a good time.

Yumi: Phew, finally it’s over. (She gives a relieved expression).

Midori: Well, now we can go home safely and dry.

Himari: Hey you guys look up.

Midori & Yumi: Cool, a rainbow.

Midori: (He pushes the middle of his glasses and it shines white) Did you know that rainbows are formed when the Sun’s rays are refracted by the rain.

(He receives a sudden heavy whack on the head)

Yumi: Know-It-All. (She chuckles)

(Himari stares at Mizuki)

Mizuki: (Stares up at the Sun). Hmmm.

(She walks up to him)

Himari: Hey Mizuki

Mizuki: Yes?

Himari: Errr.. here’s your jacket (She blushes but tries to hide it).

Mizuki: Oh thanks. (He smiles)

Midori: Hey Mizuki! Let’s get going.

Mizuki: Alright, Byee. Himari-kun.

Yumi: HEY WHAT ABOUT ME, AM I INVISIBLE NOW?

Mizuki: (He laughs) Yh, Good bye Yumi-kun.

Himari: Thanks again for the jacket.

Mizuki: No problem it’s okay.

Himari: Goodbye Mizuki and Midori.

Midori: That’s better. Let’s go now.

(They walk away from each other into different streets)

Midori: (He looks at his watch) Crap! It’s already 5pm, are your parents at home?

Mizuki: Nope, they went outta the country.

Midori: Nice, we’ll stop at my house so I change my clothes and get some of my manga and my laptop.

Mizuki: Hmm.

(30 minutes later)

Midori: I’ve got them and changed my clothes let’s go to your house.

Mizuki: Okay.

(They get to Mizuki’s house)

Mizuki: Finally, home sweet home. Make yourself at home Midori, I’ll go change my clothes.

Midori: Yh, why not?

(He walks into his room)

Mizuki: (To himself) What’s wrong with me? Why do i feel so connected to her? I just feel as if we’ve known each other for a very long time? Hmph.

Midori: Hey Mizuki, You never told me you had a Gamestation 5 console with the best game in the world, Shounen Force. Wait are you an anime freak like me?

Mizuki: Nope, I’m just into their type of games, and as for the console my parents bought that for me before they left to keep me company.

Midori: What!!!, Do you know how much this costs?

Mizuki: How much?

Midori: It costs 1500¥, that’s a lot ya know.

Mizuki: Really?

Midori: Of course, it just got released some months ago.

Elsewhere................

Yumi: You know, I’ve seen how you look at him.

Himari: Hmmmm??

Yumi: I know you, there’s always this thing in your eye whenever you look at him.

Himari: Are you jealous or what are you trying to say?

Yumi: Are you crazy? Why would I fall for someone like him we’re friends but not that close.

Himari: I don’t like him like how you think I do, we’re just friends you know?

Yumi: Hmmph.

(Meanwhile at Mizuki’s house)

Midori: Hah! I win again, which makes it a 3-2 score. (He pushes his glasses and it shines white), I wouldn’t expect any less from myself since I’ve read and studied every move of the game online and have perfected them without even having the game, How good am I?

Mizuki: Let’s make a bet.

Midori: Hmmph, What?

Mizuki: If I win the next two matches, You’ll have to do my mathematics assignment for me, And if I lose I’ll do both our Math assignments and whatever assignments we are given through out the week.

Midori: You think you’ll beat me, you must be dreaming. I accept (To himself: This is a chance I can’t lose I must win this)

Mizuki: Alright.

(10 minutes later)

Midori: Huh??, How did I........ I lost??

Mizuki: Good luck with our assignments, I’m expecting them early tomorrow. (He laughs mockingly)

Midori: So.. you’ve been holding back all this time, Did you use a cheat code, No you couldn’t have there are no cheat codes for this game.

(Mizuki drops his Math note on Midori’s arms)

Mizuki: Have a nice time. (He laughs loudly).

Midori: Whatever, (He turns his face away angrily).

Mizuki: I don’t want to brag but I’m an expert at this game, but you played well but, not enough to defeat the champ.

Midori: (He smiles) Don’t worry I promise I will beat you next time. I swear on it.

Mizuki: You can try.

( Mizuki excorts Midori out of his house as they exchange goodbyes)

Later that night..........

Mizuki: Well, I guess I’d better go to bed now. I need to sleep early.

(He jumps on his bed and sleeps off immediately)

(At Himari’s House)

Himari: (She gets up from her bed), (She pants) What was that!? (She grabs her head), That man I saw he looks very familiar, like I’ve seen him before. I know I’ve seen him before, but where? (She climbs off her bed), Hmmm? It’s already morning. Well it’s already 6am I’d better start getting ready to go to school.

Himari: Well, I’m ready now, I’d better start going to school.

(She arrives at the school gate)

Yumi: Hey Himari!, you’re early as always.

Himari: Hmmm.

Yumi: What’s wrong with you, you dont look as chatty as always. You look disturbed, Come on tell me you know you can.

Himari: Can you keep a secret?

Yumi: If it’s yours then why not.

Himari: Okay, Yesterday night I had a dream about something rather lemme say someone.

Yumi: Continue.

Himari: My dream was pretty weird though, In the dream there was like a war going on, the atmosphere reeked of gunpowder and smoke. But, there was a man he took someone I think it was me but it didn’t look like me, He said he would protect me no matter what, it was like we were in some kind of relationship, he hugged me and said he loved me, then he pulled me into a small cabin. The sound of gunshots were deafening it was like we were in the First World War.

Yumi: Woah! please continue, This is getting interesting.

Himari: Well, His face was blurry whenever I tried to see it, it was like I was about to die. He called my name but he didn’t call me Himari he addressed me by a different name.

Yumi: What’d he call you?

Himari: He called me...... Hikari

Yumi: What else, What did he look like?

Himari: I couldn’t see his face completely but he had silver hair and had these light blue eyes, but I couldn’t really see his face.

Yumi: Maybe he was your soulmate in your past life.

Himari: I’ve told you before I don’t believe in those kinda stuff.

Yumi: Then what’s your explanation?

Himari: It’s just a random dream, but I’m definite I’ve seen someone that resembles him somehow.

Yumi: Hmmm?, Okay If you say so.

Himari: I know I’ve seen him somewhere, but I can’t remember where. (She smacks her forehead)

Yumi: Don’t whack your forehead too much, do you want to have a swollen forehead or a huge forehead.

Himari: (She chuckles) I’m pretty serious you know.

Yumi: Yeah,yeah. I know

Himari: I’ve got to think (She grabs her face with her two palms)

Yumi: It’s obvious I’m of no help since I didn’t see him like you did.

Himari: I don’t even know what to think.

Yumi: How can you not know.

Midori: Hey, ladies. How are you two doing?

Yumi: We’re doing fine, thanks for asking.

Midori: What are you girls doing.

Yumi: Girl’s stuff, so it’s none of your business.

Midori: Whatever, I was just asking tho.

Mizuki: Hey Midori!, I made it as early as possible to collect my Mathematics assignment.

Midori: (He looks at his watch) Hmmph, it’s 8:30.

Himari: (She looks at Mizuki), Yumi! Yumi!

Yumi: What!, What!, What?

Himari: It’s............ him

Yumi: Who?

Himari: Him! (She points at Mizuki) He’s the one I saw in my dream.

Yumi: Really?, Are you sure?

Himari: Yes, I’m sure of it. Look at his silver hair and light blue eyes. Just like the man in my dreams, but they still look different somewhat.

Yumi: How??

Himari: His hairstyle is way different and the height too is off. The man I saw was still taller.

Yumi: So he’s the one?

Himari: I don’t know really.
