Hello,I'm Ninenai.

I will not take a long time,I just want to tell you about this works of mine.

The real title of this story is 'The Rain Immortal' but I accidently made a mistake when I try to register it and here I am,changing the title.╮(╯▽╰)╭

When I decided to write this story,it was raining outside and I,at that time was drinking tea by the window with my grandmother.

I saw that the rain was actually not like what other people like to discribe it.

Ask people about what is on their mind when they heard the word 'rain',they will say like 'sadness','sorrow' or 'water'(￣ω￣;)

There were some people that didn't think of the rain like that.

That kind of people think the rain as happiness and life.

I am one of those people who think of the rain like that.

When it's raining,you can sing as loud as you want and dance like there will be no tomorrow without disturbing your neighboor!

You're lazy people(oops!sorry)but like to have flowers at home?

no worries,there is rains!just place your plants outside and done!

or

No waters at home?rains!go outside and place all of your bucket to get waters from the rain!You also can shower in the rains!

Okay,I should stop doing the 'rain promo'(͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I didn't know why but at that time I feel like 'Oh,I got!I got!',I feel so excited and I don't know why.

I quickly open my note pad and try to write the basic of my stories.

After a long while,I decided to do it and open my ******* account.

Then I think of the title 'The Rain Immortal' and write it on the title section.

At that time I think like 'Oh,I will not care about the views but my works!' then I start write the first chapter.

When I saw that I got few readers,I feel slight happiness pass by my heart and I try my best to write a great story but end up ruined it(╥_╥)

Then I delete about 6-7 of the chapters that I just wrote with sigh came out from my mouth again and again.

'I should just ignore it and continue with patient'

I said to myself

After that my mind become at ease and the chapterI wrote is a bit good than before.

I smile when I read that chapter after doing a new one with the same title.

Writting is not easy like what people see,sometimes you'll get stressed by it like me.

I write this story not because of anyone but myself,because,

I loves rains!

[Intro]

This is the story of Yuheng.

A seventeen years old that had live in the secluded mountains since he was still a child with his parents.

When he was eleventh,his parents passed away by a mysterious cause that Yuheng didn't know.

On one stormy night,he heard a sound from his door.

He brave himself to check it and found out that there was a young man unconcious by his door side.

The young man appear covered in blood and clothes torn apart.

He then saved that young man,later,the two became close like brothers or maybe can be said,lovers.

The young man name is Xia Yan and he is from the Great Xia Family of The Great Moon Empire.

Xia Yan stay with Yuheng for a periods of time and at the end he still need to comeback to settle down his thing.

Yuheng were unwilling but still let Xia Yan go.

Xia Yan then promise he will come for Yuheng and Yuheng promise that if Xia Yan hadn't come for a year,he will go outside to find Xia Yan.

Yuheng wait day and night,but Xia Yan had never comeback.

A year passed by and Yuheng had become eighteen.

As promises,he decided to leave the mountain to find his father's family and Xia Yan.

This is where the story of him becoming the figure that loved by the people and hated by his enemy,start!

[Part 1:Beginning]

In this part,we'll have few chapters that will focus on Yuheng life and other kind of things like he saved a young man and his little snake.The 'real' story of his journey on the path of immortal and love story will start on part 2 later😎

In the mountains in the distance,there is an old shack.

The shack look really shabby and broken with a hole on it roof and wall.It look like it will collapse soon or later.

The shack used to be a more bigger than it current size,but long ago there was a thunderstorms and made the part of the shack collapsed.

There's only one bed,a shelf, table with three chair and a fire pit to cook food in the old shack.

Not far from the shack was a small waterfall.It look very beautiful because the water that flow from the waterfall was very clear and clean.

In that old shack,there live a person,a 17 years old young man.

Even though he live in the mountains that no one dares to come and was very dangerous place,he had a beautiful eyes,silky black hair and fair white skin.

He had many spirits beasts in the valley as his friend.No spirits beasts in the valley didn't know about him.

Sometimes,those spirits beast will come and ask for his help.

That is how he manage to form a good relationship with the valley.

He sit by the window,he wore an azure clean robe and his black hair dance by the winds come from the window.

If one see him,the elegant man living alone in this old shack,people might say that he was a fox demon.

No one would believe that a human that live in this dangerous mountains would be this beautiful and clean.

Fortunately there was no human dares to come here.

He used to live here with his parents,but his parents passed away when he was eleventh years old and since then he had to survive alone in this dangerous mountain.

"You should eat more,so you wil grown up and be a powerful beast that shake the ground and shatter the sky!"He said to a little snake at the table.

The snake was very small and only can eat thumb size of prey but his master,Yuheng put a huge dead rabbit infront if him.

The rabbit had a small horn on its head.This rabbit is the kind of spirit beast that people make as their pets on the outside world.

Yuheng,didn't know about spirit beast since he had never come left the mountain and learn about spirits beasts.He thought that all the beast he saw here were just an ordinary animal.

"Hiss~"

The little snake hiss at Yuheng like saying,

'How can I eat this,master?'

Seeing the little snake looking and hisisng at him with blank expression he chuckled and said,

"Alright,I'm just teasing you.Wait here,I'll go clean and cut it into a small piece for you"

Yuheng then stand up and start cleaning the rabbit.

After a while the rabbit had been cleaned and was ready to cook.

Yuheng put away a portion for the little snake and cut it into a small pieces.He then put it on a stone plate and give it to the little snake.

"Eat it,I'm going to the waterfall to take a bath"

He then put the other portion of the rabbit into a small pot.He place the pot on top of a fire pit and lit the fire.

"Take a look at my cooking,I'm not going to be long"

he said to the little snake

The snake hiss at him and continue eat his food.

Yuheng take the towel that was hanging by the window and go outside the shack.

He look around and saw a greenery view around his home,he smile warmly.

"I should just take a quick bath and go back to settle that rabbit stew.."murmured Yuheng

When he reach the waterfall he saw few spirits beast drinking from the waterfall ponds.There were blue deer with a wings,a wolf that had a burning black fur and many more.

When they saw Yuheng coming,they didn't run or attack him because they had been familiar with this human.

Everyday at this time,Yuheng will come and had a bath here while the spirits beasts drink from the waterfall's ponds and resting around.

He take off his clothes and showing those fair and plump skin.

The water was cold but Yuheng didn't feel any cold and just continue soaking and clean his body.

After a minutes,he get out from the waterfall ponds and wear a clean clothes.It was a beautiful bluish robe and it fits Yuheng perfectly.

This is one of his clothes,given to him by his parents long ago.His parents at that time know that they will not live for a long time,thus the father left the mountains to buy some needings like clothes,blanket and cooking needs like a pot that he use to cook the rabbit stew.

When he arrive at home,he saw the little snake who he had told to look after the rabbit stew had sleep.

He shook his head then hang his towel and his wet clothes by the side of the window.

After that he go and check the rabbit stew.The food still hadn't fully cooked so Yuheng let it be for a minutes more.

"Hiss~"

The little snake had wake up when he feel Yuheng presence.When he saw Yuheng checking up the food,he hissing at him.

"I told you to look after it but instead you sleep like dead pig there just now"said Yuheng

The snake move towards Yuheng and climb into his shoulder.The little snake then rubbed his head into Yuheng cheeks,acting cute.

Yuheng sneered and then chuckled.

After few minutes,the rabbit stew had fully cooked and Yuheng put it into a bowl.The stew gave a delicious aroma that made Yuheng smile.

The little snake also seems to smell it and hiss at Yuheng,like he saying that he want it.

"Oh,are you sure you can eat cooked food?"

ask Yuheng

He only thought that snake can eat raw food and not the cooked one.He was surprise that this little snake want to eat the rabbit stew.

The snake was impatient and hiss at Yuheng again urging him to give it the rabbit stew.

"Alright,alright here take mine and don't blame me if you feel sick later"said Yuheng as he push the bowl of rabbit stew to the little snake

The snake look at the hot rabbit stew and surround it.

He is going to wait for the stew to cool a bit before eating.

Seeing this,Yuheng smile and rubbed the little snake head.The little snake greenish-blue scale was so soft like there was no scale at all.

Even though it was soft when touch,When any sharp things like knife get into it.It'll be hard as metal,Yuheng know this.

There was one time when the knife in his hand fell of on the little snake.Yuheng was anxious when the knife is falling into the little snake.

To his surprise,when the knife touch the scale it made a metal scalling sounds.The knife then fell by the side of the little snake.

At the night,

Yuheng was sitting by the window with the little snake on his bossom.The snake was sleeping and didn't bother with his master rubbing his head.

"The moon tonight was pretty.."

He smile and look at the big full moon in the sky.

It was a sunny day and Yuheng is going out with the little snake to find some herbs and fire woods.

"I've used up the Moon Flower and the Black Stone Moss,we should find those two first"

"Then,we'll find you some food!"

Yuheng then walk down a stone path that his father made using a raw stone long time ago.Now the path was full of green and brown moss.

This area will be flood when there was a rain and we'll make it really sloppy.His mother had fell once here,so his father pick up few stones and put it there.

Then even the flood had gone,the path will not be sloppy by hard mud anymore.

Yuheng smile as he remembered the story of this mossy stone path.

After one hours walking,

They arrive at a stream that come from the mountain nearby.This stream was the same like the waterfall side by his home,clear and clean.

This is where he will find the Black Stone Moss.

There were many stone that black in colour here by the stream.If one look closely at those black stone.

It was actually not the stone that was black but the moss that cover it.This is what he come for,the Black Stone Moss.

"Ah,so many!This must be because of that storm few days ago that cause many of these moss flood here from the mountains!"Yuheng said happily

The Black Stone Moss had one purpose,to heal a slight wound when pasted on the wound.The wound will feel really hurts but soon the Black Stone Moss will do it work

Yuheng had used up his Black Stone Moss when he was helping the spirits beast atound him that were hurts by the storms few days ago.

For the spirits beasts around,Yuheng was like a mountain deity that help them after a calamity.

That is why the spirits beasts around was not afraid or going to attack him.He was their savior,like those mountain deity from the legends.

"Alright,It should be enough for a months ahead"

Yuheng said as he put the Black Stone Moss inside a glass jar that had a water inside to keep the moss freshed.

"Next,let's go find some Moon Flower"

said Yuheng

When they were walking near a huge rock,the little snake hiss and climb down from Yuheng shoulder.The little snake move towards that huge rock and hiss at Yuheng.

"Oh,I remember this place..this is where I found you!"

This huge rock was where Yuheng had met the little snake for the first time.

There was a powerful storms raging over the day before that day.Even when Yuheng gone out to search for sone herbs,the rain was still pouring slowly.

At that time,Yuheng was walking around this area and he saw a Black Stone Moss nearby the huge rock.

He go there to collect those Black Stone Moss,but he immedietly saw a small green-blue spirits beast was unmoving under a log.

That spirits beast was the little snake,he was underneath a log and was wounded badly.Yuheng though that ut was dead but when he reach to the Black Stone Moss.

The little spirits biss let out a hiss like he was asking for help to Yuheng.Yuheng was stunned but immedietly luft up that log and pick up the little spirits beast,it was a snake,a very little snake.

Yuheng then take out some herbs and wrap it around the little snake body with a shred of clothes.

He then take back that little snake with him.Since that day,the little snake had stay with Yuheng and refuse to leave.

Yuheng didn't mind to let the snake to stay since he would very much like to have a friend to stay with.

Then the two had become really close.

Yuheng smile and shook his head.

"To think back that you still haven't been named yet right?what name would I give you hm?"Said Yuheng as he scracth his head

The snake hiss at Yuheng.

"Let's talk about it later,let's go find the Moon Flower first!"said Yuheng

The little snake then move towards Yuheng and climb up to his shoulder.

The two then left the area.

Then they arrive at a meadow full of blue-silver like flower,this is the Moon Flower that Yuheng need to find.

"Let's go get some Moon Flower"

He smile brightly,with this meadow of Moon Flower.

He didn't need to worry about those injured spirits beast forever.

With Black Stone Moss and Moon Flower mix together,it'll give a huge healing effect on a wound and this is why the two had finish faster.

"Hiss~"

The little snake hissing at Yuheng.

"What is it you wanna play around?Okay"

The little snake then climb down and move towarss the meadow.He was very happy to got to play around this beautiful meadow.

"I'll should go and pick some Moon Flower first.."

Yuheng then move around to find some good Moon Flower to take back.There were many Moon Flower here but he still need to look at the condition of the Moon Flower.

Some of them had been eat by bug or tjere was some parasite that make the Moon Flower lost it effects.

After an hour the little snake finally comeback.

Yuheng had been waiting for the little snake a while ago.He had pick many Moon Flower and place it inside a wood box.

"Let's go back,I think we'll just eat the food at home?we can go to find you some raw meat right now.."said Yuheng

"Hiss~"

The little snake hissing at Yuheng.

It was already past the noon when they arrive at home.

There was a three wolf with black burning fur waiting infront of Yuheng shack.The one in the middle is injured and want to ask for Yuheng help.

When they saw Yuheng comeback the two wolf rush towards Yuheng and bite his robe and pulled Yuheng towards their friends.

"Woo~"

Yuheng smile and said,

"Alright,I need to prepare the medicine first"

He then go inside the house and place the thing on the table.He then take out the two jar and wooden box on the table.

He took one moss and one moon flower and mix it.

Instantly there were warm aroma sweep into the air.

"Done!"

He then walk outside to meet the three wolf.

"Woo~"

The wolf saw Yuheng coming and let out a howl.

Yuheng look at the injured wolf and sigh.

"Next time becareful when you hunt for food"

He said that as he put the medicine on the wound after cleaning the blood on it.

This is how Yuheng life,he help the spirits beasts and thr spirits beast will help him back.

The little snake was looking at his master doing works from afar as he eat a small cube size raw meeat.

He think that his master was a really good person.
