A young college student applying lipstick and tying her hair while looking in the mirror . " I hope he notices me today " she thought . The young girl bubbling with energy leaves home for college . "Juvia " her friend calls her from behind . " Good morning Bisca " Juvia replies. The two friends reach their class's door . A good looking boy was standing Besides the door , " hey , Good morning you two " the boy said . " Good morning , gray " Juvia replies in shy a tone . Juvia and Bisca sit on their desks . " You should tell gray how you feel about him , juvia " . Bisca says . " I want to but I'm too scared " Juvia replies in a shy tone . " Oh come on girl , otherwise someone else would take him " bisca said in a disappointing tone . " Gray !! " A girl says in a perky voice and hugs him . " You sure are in enthusiastic mood today , Annie " Gray says while trying to break free from Annie's hug . Juvia looks on in shock as Bisca places her hand on Juvia's shoulder . " See sweetheart , you need to overcome your fear , otherwise you will be stuck with lifelong regret " Bisca says . " I wish I could be open with my feelings like Annie" juvia says . " Hey Gray , I heard you will be performing in tommorow's Ring goddess ceremony" Bisca asks gray . " Yep it is true , I'm a member of the dance team " gray replies . " Gray would look so amazing in traditional attire " juvia thinks . "The professor is here , take your seats everyone " a boy shouts . The students dispersed and quickly went to their respective seats.

"Tommorow is the day of the annual Ring goddess ceremony , people would offer their prayers through traditional ceremonies , there is no better occasion for you to confess your feelings " Bisca said to juvia , sitting behind her. " Alright , I'll defeat my fear and confess my feelings irrespective of the outcome " juvia replies in a determined tone .

The annual traditional ceremony which honours the Ring goddess is about to take place . The preparations for the festival are complete as juvia tries to gather courage for confession . Will she succeed in overcoming her fear ?

A girl's delicate heart beats with feelings of selfless love for a guy who has no clue about it . Will the boy ever hear the song of love that the heart beat sings?

"Hurry up Bisca , I don't want to be late for the ceremony" juvia says to Bisca who was applying make-up on Juvia's face . " Calm down princess , this is your big day , you have to look your best " Bisca replies while tying juvia's hair . An hour passed and the two girls were ready to attend the ceremony . The Annual prayer ceremony is a festival in which the people following the Ring religion offer prayers to the Ring goddess . Every year it takes place on the first full moon night of the year at the ancient shrine of Ring goddess which is situated at a hill top on the outskirts of the city . Like every year the area surrounding the ancient shrine was filled with stalls selling snacks and goods . "The festive atmosphere is amazing this year" Bisca says as Bisca and juvia move up the stairs to reach the shrine . " It is too crowded here " juvia says while trying to move up . " Hey Gray !! " Bisca shouts while waiving her hand . " Why is my heart beating so loud " juvia thinks as gray approaches the two girls . " Hi , you two look splendid today " Gray says to the two . " Save the compliments for later , juvia wants to say something to you " Bisca says with a grin . " My heart is not ready yet , I'm feeling too nervous " juvia thinks . " What you want to say juvia ?" Gray asks as Juvia . Juvia's lips started trembling " I - I - I wan-want t to " as she nervously tries to speak . A loud sound of bell interrupts as the priest starts chanting sacred verses ." Everyone please be quiet " the priest's partner says and everyone closed their eyes and bowed their heads down.

The priest finishes the verse and rings the big bell twice . " This marks the end of first phase , our traditional dance is next " gray says " Gray !" Annie shouts and run towards gray . " What Happened Annie ? " Gray asks . " Your costume's red ribbons are missing and your performance is up next" A worried Annie replies . " Damn it , what do I do now " Gray says in a worried voice . " I saw a stall selling red ribbons on my way up here , I can go and buy some " . " Thank you so much juvia , I'm going backstage , give it to me there " Gray says and quickly starts running towards the stage followed by Annie . " Why didn't you confess " Bisca says to juvia in a disappointing tone . " I was too nervous , I'll surely do it after his performance " juvia replies in nervous tone . " I'm waiting here , quickly get the ribbons " Bisca says as Juvia leaves the shrine and moves downstairs looking for the stall selling ribbons . Juvia spots the stall which was at the first step of the long staircase . She runs trying to make a way through the crowd and almost reaches the stall and suddenly she hears a loud explosion and the shockwave of the explosion causes her to fall downstairs . Juvia quickly gets up and looks in horror as the entire shrine was burning .

The survivors scream out of pain and loss as Juvia stands still amid the chaos as her expressionless face and cold eyes depicts the devastation she feels inside

" 2 weeks have passed since the blast and police investigations suggest that it was a planned terrorist attack , the followers of Ring religion are accusing the followers of Zeke religion to be behind this atrocity . The blast took 40 lives and left 110 severely injured , demands of hanging the ones behind this act is increasing as families across the city mourn their loss . This is Sasha Braun with cameraman Kenny reporting from the police headquarters , City news " Juvia switches off the news channel and takes the car keys as she prepares to leave for the ancient shrine . She reaches the shrine an hour later and moves up the staircase while wiping off her tears . She reaches the shrine top and stands in front of the half destroyed idol of the Ring goddess . " We all were here to offer our prayers to you , to honor you , to thank you , what did we do wrong ? why you took everything away from us ?" Juvia says as she falls on her knees with her forehead on the ground crying loudly . " Why , why " she screams . " What was the mistake of Bisca?, what sin did gray commit?" She cries out . Suddenly the hand of the goddess's idol broke and fell on the ground , shattering to several pieces . Juvia looks up as a Ring from the broken hand rolls towards her

Juvia wipes her tears and picks up the Ring that rolled towards her . Without much thought she decides to insert her finger in the Ring , and the moment she wears that Ring she starts to feel a strong invisible pull as her body starts to fade away in form of bright golden sparks . " What's happening to me " she shouts in a scared voice and the very next second her entire body disappears

Having her heart crushed because of the loss of her friend Bisca and her crush Gray , another misfortune befells juvia in form of the Ring of goddess . What did the Ring do to her ?
