Joseph watched the road as he stood at the crosswalk. He was holding the brand new purchase of Luv Me More! A dating sim game that the reviews claimed would really suck you in. With four different girls to choose from and all sorts of endings it was a game that critics said could not be missed! So like any lonely 20 year old weeb, Joseph went to the game store and bought himself a copy for the PC. It was a transaction that was quick and painless. Not a word was said other than those nessecary for the purchase of the game. Now crossing the street on his way home he wondered what kind of experience it would be.

He had friends that didn't praise these types of games and others that swore by them as the best things around. Smiling, he took the rest of the walk home at a slow and steady pace. He was in no rush, and it wasn't as of he had anywhere to be, since he did just lose another job. Maybe after a bit of relaxing things would be better for him. Even as it began to rain, just a light drizzle, Joseph didn't rush home. In fact he stopped by a McD's and got himself some comfort food. I nice burger and fries with a Coke to make his gaming experience that much better.

Finally, after he finished the rest of his walk, he made it home, which was at a collage dorm. Room number 435 at the Mitchell Spells Community College. No one really knew much about the history of this school it had been around for centuries, though it did start out as a high-school. Not that Joseph really cared about stuff like that.

Hell at this moment, he hardly cared about anything, nothing seemed to be going right for him. Just last week his girlfriend of 4 years had even broken up with him just to start dating the guy he thought was his best friend. He wished this was what lead to him losing his job, but he lost his job, because the company was downsizing due to almost going bankrupt. it was like, whatever he had done in his previous life was now coming back to haunt him.

Thoroughly frustrated at life he slammed the door of his dorm room, his roommate, like always, wasn't there. Joseph sighed as he ploped down onto his computer chair and input the information for the game. sure he hadn't needed to go out to get a digital code for the game, but it was nice to get the poster that came along with paying it from the store. The poster had all four girls on it. Monica, the blonde girl that looked like a she was a chemist. Sarah, who was the jock character. Avery, who seemed to be a writer based on the information from the advertisements he had watched. Lastly, there was Olivia, who seemed to be an artist by all the paint on her face.

Joseph sat there contemplating who he was going to choose first as the game downloaded onto his computer. Until he heard the game music and saw a bright light flash before his eyes.
