Taehyung woke up out of breath, gasping for the little amounts of air he couldn't find
His sweat cold and sticky. Blood pressure up and surly not going down, his limbs weak and shaking.
The door bursted open, his mother standing there with a belt in her hand. She was furious.

Why the **** are you screaming?!

You fucking waked me and your father up at 4 o'clock in the morning to fucking screams
Taehyung looked up at her with fear as she approached him. He knew what was about to happen.
The belt jingled with each step, her foot heavy. She swung at him, the belt making a loud clap as it made contact with his skin.
Taehyung screamed in pain, tears once again flowing out of his eyes.

Shut the **** up you piece of shit!

Taehyung's step dad marched in the room shoving Tae's mom of him. She fell on the floor with a loud thud

His eyes were red from tiredness and angry. He clenched his jaw with the vein on his neck throbbing aggressively

Taehyung shut his mouth immediately holding back a whimper. His parents looked at each other before walking out of the room.
Taehyung laid back on the bed, his hand over his mouth trying his best to muffle his lonely cries.
His body was sore and aching. He was tired. Tired of his parents, tired of "mine" and tired of school.
He was weak and vulnerable to anyone who wanted to step on him. This was too much for him.
But it was just a nightmare, they all must have to come to an end. That's what he told himself, to make life easier. Maybe that's why he was weak, he found hope in the most absurd words.
He cried his eyes out until feel asleep. He will always be their to help, maybe you don't know it but always. The only reason is because your his.

The First Day (Home)
Taehyung lazily got out of bed, groaning at his aching body. He rubbed his eyes trying to clear his blurry vision.
Sighing deeply, this was the first day of the new school year. This is the year others could change, make new friends, become popular and etc.
But that wasn't the case for him, in no ones view would they give him a chance. Why would they anyways? He was the perfect target for bullying.
He was weak and the only way to get through high school was to be strong. Never in a lifetime would you see a nerd trying to pick a fight with a jocks. It was always the other way around.
High school was for trials and errors, for most people but not for a boy like Taehyung. He never got to experience that.
High grades and nothing less. No parties, no getting drunk and passing out on in a random building. Absolutely none of that, he wasn't trying to get this head cut off by the monsters he lived with.
The boy had no control over his life. That's just how it is for some people. They didn't get the chance to live.
Taehyung looked up on the ceiling clock. It was six minutes pass seven and school started at 7:45. He was going to be late.

No, no, no, I'm gonna be late on the first day?!

The bus comes in less than 30 minutes, what am I going to do?

This day couldn't get any worse
Taehyung jump off the bed only to fall on the ground because of his jelly legs.
He ran to the down stairs bathroom not forgetting his towel. He hurriedly did his morning routine, then taking a cold shower.
Yes, a cold shower. He did have a heater but that was only for his parents. He would have to pay money if he wanted to take a hot shower. He would only do that when it's winter.

Please don't let any one see me
He ran out of the bathroom with the towel wrapped around his body. He didn't want anyone to see any part of his disgusting form.
He went back to his room to get dressed. Once he finished putting on his uniform, he went down stairs to eat his breakfast.
The normal bread and butter. That's all he could eat for no one cooked in the morning and he wasn't allowed to cook something unless it was for the whole family.

It's twenty two minutes after the hour. If I leave now I can make it to the bus stop in time.
Taehyung
But I need lunch money...

I am sorry sir that I couldn't get the papers to your desk in time but there was so much work to do. I-
Mrs. Um walked into the kitchen. She was on the phone with her boss and by the looks of it, it wasn't going great.

I have to work in the night too?! But tomorrow I also have the night shift.
Time was going and Taehyung needed his lunch money. The only way was to ask her but it was against the rules to interrupt her call.
He walked up to her with his head low. Immediately her angry gaze went to him.

May I get my lunch money, ma'am?

Excuse me a second, sir.
She placed down her phone on the counter. She harshly grabbed his jaw making the poor boy wince in pain.

Didn't I let you not to disturb me when I'm on the phone?

The grip on his jaw tightening.

I-i wanted to ask for lunch m-money

She handed him over 5 dollars. He bowed, excusing himself from her.
He rushed out of the house, the bus would come any minute and so it did.
The bus was right behind Taehyung, speeding up the road. He waved his hand out trying to gain the bus driver's attention.
The bus speed pass his hand, nearing the side walk.
Taehyung
Is it going to stop?
The bus slowed down not coming to a complete stop. Was it testing Taehyung? He didn't care, he ran after it.
It soon stopped seeing he really needed it. He hopped into the bus, paying with his lunch money, then taking a seat. This was already a tiring first day.

Hope I reach in time
And with that the bus rode off, heading to the school.
