Rain pours heavily... Neon signs flicker in the distance.
A boy named Tae around 17 years old runs barefoot.. Bruised.. Clutching his torn shirt.

Yoongi lifts tae into his back. Tae struggles weakly.. Pounding on his shoulder.

(Gritting teeth)

Yoongi walks into the rain.. Carrying tae on his back.
Tae's face against yoongi's shoulder.. his eyes are full of shock and exhaustion...unused to being Cared of..
Yoongi stands in front of a warm lit small house. He lays tae on the couch after cleaning him up...
He covered him with a blanket and boils water to make soup.
Tae opens his eyes, groggy, tries to sit up but groans in pain.
MIN YOONGI
don't move too much... You are safe here.
TAEHYUNG
Safe? There's no safe place for me.
MIN YOONGI
(turn towards him)
MIN YOONGI
Then make this first.
Yoongi hands him soup. Tae stares towards him hand trembling.
slowly, he eats devouring it as if he hasn't eaten in days. Yoongi quietly watches him..heart aching.
TAEHYUNG
(chock) *cough cough*
MIN YOONGI
(pat on him back)
MIN YOONGI
Easy there there.. you oky?
TAEHYUNG
(eyes filled with tears... Nod)
MIN YOONGI
eat slowly..ask me if you want more.
MIN YOONGI

MIN YOONGI

Tae looks at him in disbelief as though those words are too heavy to be real.
MIN YOONGI
What happens Tae?
TAEHYUNG
(Shake head.. whisper)
MIN YOONGI
(smile softly...pat on his head)
TAEHYUNG
(look at him with doe eyes...)

is the soup good?
TAEHYUNG
Its... it's.. Delicious.
TAEHYUNG
ca-can i have more?
TAEHYUNG
(say while straightening the bowl towards him)
MIN YOONGI
Why not...i made it for you...(take the bowl)
Yoongi left for the kitchen to take more soup.. Tae feeling so warm for the first time.
Yoongi covers Tae with another blanket as he sleeps.
Tae, half-asleep whispers faintly.
TAEHYUNG
Why? Why are you helping me?
MIN YOONGI
(Whispering back)
MIN YOONGI
Because you deserve better..you will understand someday.
A drop of tear escapes his eye. For the first time he dreams in warmth instead of nightmares.
