I was about to give Kim a piece of my mind when suddenly truck came speeding right us, it ran across the road to the sidewalk and was heading straight for me
I heard Kim scream but I couldn't move my body at all, but just before the truck hit me Kim pushed me out the way the truck hit Kim instead which sent him flying
All I remember I was blood Kim's head was bleeding, the truck hit him in the head I ran towards him franticly when I finally reached him

the bystanders started calling the ambulance and someone called a cab to take Kim to the hospital cause of this head injury which was bleeding a lot it scared me cause I didn't want to lose my friend he was losing so much blood
We got in the cab heading straight for the hospital the bystander that helped us was thankfully a nurse who tried to stop Kim from bleeding

Hey everyone 🤗 my name is chiz a rookie author this first chat story so far I have updated two chapters tell me your thoughts in the comments section.
Hospital
As we rushed into the hospital the nurses put Kim on a stretcher and rolled him into the operation room immediately
While Kim was in the operating room the nurses tended to my injuries which I thought was pointless since Kim's was far worse than mine
I called Kim's parents and told them what happened and which hospital we were. I called my Aunt and told her everything
while I was on the phone I tried to speak as calm as possible as I explained what happened to Kim's parents and my aunt I didn't want to add to their worry or agitate them further with my emotions

the both of them searched my body for injuries. While Kim's dad tapped my shoulder he was a man of few words, I could feel he was telling me everything will be fine,we will get though this.
His hand never left my shoulder as he looked at the operating room his face calm but his eyes filled with dread and worry
We all waited staring at the door of the operating room with dread and anxiety waiting for the doctors to give their verdict
