So let's sum up everything

That should have been my first red flag
Bu no I had to be a 'baddie bitc#' and go read that disaster
Ok the story goes something like
Fl wants to choose the ml (crown prince) but villain (archduke) comes in between well not technically
When the emperor tells Alexander to choose ofc he chose the crown prince so the fl had no other option but to marry the archduke
She was always cold to him and being raised to be the killing machine he doesn't know what to do so he just kinda gives up on her
fl started seeing the crown prince and while at it they did a lot of...18+ stuff
WHILE BEING MARRIED TO SOMEONE ELSE
Later on the Archduke falls for fl
And after he finds out about it he tries to kill the crown prince (reasonable crashout)
But he ends up killing himself after the fl calls him monster and well...a lot of hurtful things putting a cherry on top with she says and I quote "You are the biggest obstacle in my happiness*
Well after the readers started to question how he could fall for fl the author answered that a maid put Love potion in his meal and that's why he fell for the fl
It triggers my trypophobia with how many plot holes it had
But oh well the biggest Backlash it got was not for it's shi**y story
But for it to be an omegaverse
and that too just for a simple 18+ scene
The ml goes into rut and he fl helps him
I hate I read all of that
