Caleb Morgan (20) – Architecture, 3rd year
🔹 Sharp-minded, perfectionist. Draws dark sketches unconsciously from his dreams. Wants to design iconic buildings, but secretly battles the shadows inside him.
Narration: Caleb’s eyes snapped open. Darkness twisted unnaturally around him. A cold presence hovered near the bed, whispering incomprehensible words.
Caleb
(thinking)Not again… who are you?
(A black mist forms into a vague humanoid shape. Eyes glowing faint red.)
Presence: “He remembers… and so will you.”
Caleb
(whispers) "Stay back… I won’t let you control me tonight."
Caleb
(The shadows recoil. Caleb exhales, heart racing. The figure vanishes slowly, leaving a chilling silence.)
Next Day – College Courtyard]
Noah (19, Psychology 2nd year): (trips while carrying books)
Caleb
(coldly) "Watch where you’re going."
Noah
(blushing) "I-I’m sorry…"

(thinking) Why do I feel… something familiar about him?
logan

Caleb
(glares back) "Or what?"

(thinking) Why is he… so intimidating, yet… I feel drawn to him?

The sharp scent of ink and paper filled the room. Caleb sat over his sketchbook, hand moving on its own.
Caleb
(thinking): Why do I keep drawing the same… eyes? Red… glowing…
(He flips the page — black swirls form a shape eerily like the shadow from last night.)

(peeking) "Dude, that’s creepy. Trying a horror concept now?"
Caleb
(snaps book shut) "Mind your own business."

(to Logan, softly) "That guy, Caleb… he feels strange. But I don’t think he’s bad."
logan
(firmly) "Don’t get close to him. I can tell—he’s dangerous."
(Books tumble from the top shelf. Noah bends to pick them up, startled — faint whispers echo only in his ears.)
Whisper: “You’re tied to him… just like before…”
Noah
(thinking)Before? What does that mean?
Evening – Campus Hallway]
(Caleb passes by. Lights flicker violently. Students murmur nervously.)
Noah
(to Caleb, gathering courage) "Did you… feel that?"
Caleb
(cold stare) "You should stop asking questions you’re not ready for."
Shadows followed their every step. And somewhere deep, the entity watched… waiting.
Chapter 3 – The First Crack

The hallway was nearly empty. Fluorescent lights buzzed faintly overhead. Caleb walked, headphones in, when he felt it — the pressure. The air turned heavy.
(Lights flicker, one bulb bursts. Students scream, scattering.)
Noah
(rushing forward)"Caleb! Watch out—!"
(A glass window shatters suddenly, sharp shards flying. Caleb’s eyes glow faintly silver for a split second. The shards freeze midair… then fall harmlessly to the ground.)
Noah
(staring)"H-how did… it stop like that?"
Caleb
(coldly) "You didn’t see anything."
logan
(grabbing Noah’s arm) "I told you, stay away from him!"
elias
(defending Caleb)"Logan, shut up. You saw the glass—Caleb didn’t even move!"
Later – Outside, under the dim streetlight]
Noah
(thinking)His eyes… I swear they changed. And that force… it felt unreal.
(A shadow ripples on the ground, stretching unnaturally. A faint laugh echoes — only Caleb hears it.)
Presence (whisper): “The cracks are forming… you cannot hide much longer.”
(Caleb clenches his fists, hiding the tremor in his hands.)
