Hey guys this is my second chat story....I hope you all will enjoy it ｡◕‿◕｡....
A black fancy car stopped in front of the company building of Eastwood Enterprises....
The person from the passenger's seat got out of the car and opened the backdoor of the car....
The person who got out of the Car is the CEO of Eastwood Enterprises.... Cyrus Eastwood....the oldest son of Richard Eastwood...a second generation rich....
The person who opened the door is his secretary Noah Foster....
They both got out of the car and went inside the company building.... seeing Cyrus everyone stood in their places to give him more space and bowed to him in respect....
Both of them walked past the workers and got inside the elevator.... Noah pressed the button of the top floor and then stood beside Cyrus...

So, what's on the schedule for today?
Noah Foster (MC)
Well...it's nothing much... first you have to attend the board meeting about the opening of the new store at around 10 am...then you have to do some paperwork...and after that you'll have to have lunch with Mr. Harrington around 1 pm....and then another board meeting at 4 pm...and yeah that's all for today...

Seems like I really don't have much work for today...

Yes sir *said quietly*
After the meeting Cyrus got inside his Office room....and Noah followed him inside....
Cyrus sat on his chair then looked up towards Noah and said....

Get me a cup of coffee please....and also bring the papers which needs to be signed....

After sometime Noah came back with a cup of coffee and the documents....
Noah Placed the coffee on the desk and then handed Cyrus the file....
While trying to take the file from him.... Cyrus's hand touched Noah's fingers a bit...

*Eyes widened slightly*
But before Cyrus could see.... Noah fixed his expression...

Alright then....
Saying that Cyrus looked at his wrist watch and then continued...

Meet me at around 12:40..... we'll head out to meet Mr. Harrington then....

Noah stood in front of the door of Cyrus's office and knocked twice before getting inside...

After a fifteen minute ride they reached the restaurant and got inside....

After greeting him back.... Cyrus sat down across him....

Mr. Harrington looked towards Noah and asked....

He's also doing great sir *said smiling professionally*

Ahh....look at you two....both of you grew up so much.....*sigh* I never thought that one day I'll be doing business with Eastwood and Foster's son *said with a gentle smile*
Both of them just smiled as a response without saying anything....

After the meeting both of them came back to the company....

Noah stood in front of the office door and knocked twice before entering inside....
Hearing the knock Cyrus looked up and saw Noah and asked....

These are the documents related to this afternoon meeting please take a look....

Saying that Cyrus again started doing his work...when Noah spoke again...

It was almost 10 pm when both of them got out of work....
Cyrus sighed in exhaustion as he got inside the car....

Oh, today was quite hectic *said being tired*
After a pause he again spoke...

Let's drop you off first then I'll go home....

What!! No sir there's no need... I can go back by myself

Oh, Noah! drop the formalities now will you!... We are out of the company....also I'm dropping you off first your house is on the way to my house... besides it's also quite late...so there's no reason to refuse....
Noah couldn't finish his words when Cyrus cut him off and said...

There's no but....you're like my younger brother I should take care of you *said smiling*
Hearing the word ‘Younger brother’ Noah somehow felt upset but didn't let it show outside....
After a while they reached Noah's house and he got out of the car....

After dropping him off the car went away....as Noah stood there staring at the disappearing figure of the car....

*Sigh* Yeah right....younger brother.... looks like I'm doing great at hiding *said smiling sadly*
After the car fully disappeared from the sight Noah turned around and got inside the house....then he got inside his freshened up....
After a while Noah got out of the bathroom and flopped on the bed and started rolling around while saying to himself....

God, I'm so tired!... That workaholic Cyrus never lets me breathe for a second!!.... Even after today's schedule was over he still made me work overtime... I'm tired of this!!(〒﹏〒) *said whining in exhaustion*
Noah was throwing a tantrum while rolling on the bed dramatically when all of a sudden he remembered Cyrus's words....
“You're like a younger brother to me”
After remembering this he stopped what he was doing then stared at the ceiling sadly....

Yeah, right....he thinks of me as his younger brother *sigh* looks like there's really no chance * said chuckling sadly*

If only dad never took me to that house in the first place...if only we never knew each other from childhood....then I think I would've never felt this way *said to himself while smiling sadly*
Two little boys stood in front of each other as their father introduced them....one of the boys was a bit older and the other one was a bit younger

Cyrus, my little boy, meet Noah.... he's a new friend of yours, and also he's 3 years younger than you, so please be nice to him*said smiling as he looked towards Noah*
While the Older one was ready to make a new friend....the younger one hid behind his dad as he kept on peeking at Cyrus from time to time.....

Sweetie, this is a new friend say Hi *said smiling*
After hesitating for a long time Noah finally got out from behind his dad's leg then said....

Saying that both of their dads left to talk about some work related stuff...
Cyrus looked towards Noah and extended his right hand in front of him...

Seeing his confused expression Cyrus sighed and said....

Hold my hand... didn't you hear what dad just said.... You can get lost in here *said gently*

Noah's eyes flickered between Cyrus's face and his extended hand....then after sometime he hesitantly forwarded his own hand and then held Cyrus's hand....

As Noah held his hand Cyrus tugged at it and said...

*nodded while giggling*
Like that they started running around the house....while laughing and giggling to themselves....

*Startled awake*
Noah woke up after hearing the ringing of the alarm....
He stared at the ceiling while mumbling to himself....

Why did I dream about that time!...*said sighing deeply*
Saying that he looked at the time and hurriedly got up....

Oh sh*t I'm gonna be late *said in panic*
Noah freshened up and got ready as soon as possible....he got downstairs and started heading towards the door...when his mom called him from the kitchen....

He took out the phone and looked at the caller ID...which showed Cyrus's name....

Noah got the tab out of his bag and opened the calendar to check the schedule...

All of a sudden Noah stopped speaking and stared towards the screen with a sad expression....
When Cyrus couldn't hear Noah's voice any more he frowned and turned around....

Noah, why did you stop? What do I have to do after the meeting ? *asked being confused*
Noah finally got back his senses and fixed his expression before looking towards Cyrus....

Oh, after that you...have a blind date *said normally*
Both of them stood there in silence without saying anything for a moment....then after sometime Cyrus spoke....

Oh...now I understand why you stopped *said looking towards him*
Hearing his words Noah felt as if his heart dropped in his stomach...his eyes widened a little, and he started feeling anxious....

(oh no!! Did he find out? No way there's no chance!!)
Noah was about to speak when Cyrus cut him off by saying...

You forgot about the blind date part, so you forgot to book a seat at the restaurant...don't sweat it you can just book it now....

And you can go home after the meeting at three.... I won't be here anyway....so there's no need for you to stay till late....also you can use the time to get some rest...you said you were tired *said smiling a bit*
Saying that Cyrus got inside his office room and Noah stood in front of it...
He felt relieved that Cyrus didn't find out about his feelings...but something else now started bothering him....
He sat at his desk and started working, but he couldn't focus at all...his mind kept on going back to the blind date part....
He sighed as he stared blankly at the screen...

So, it's today....*said mumbling to himself*
It's not like Cyrus was never set up for a blind date by his parents....but he kept on rejecting them...he didn't even bother to show up at the restaurant.....but this time he said he would go.... without making a fuss....
Noah shrugged off the uneasy feeling and focused on his work....
Noah knocked twice before he got inside the office room.... and stood in front of Cyrus...

I booked a seat and texted you the location of the restaurant *said looking at Cyrus*

Should I text the location to the driver ? *asked curiously*

No it's fine.... I'll be going alone *said as he focused on his remaining work*
Noah nodded in response but didn't leave from there....he stood there hesitantly as if he had something to say....
Cyrus noticed his presence, so he stopped working and looked up towards him and said...

What happened? *asked in confusion*
Noah stood there in silence for a moment then spoke....

Do you....do you really want to go?..... To the blind date? *asked hesitantly*
Cyrus looked at him for a moment and said....

Yes...why are you asking this? *frowned a bit and asked*

No...it's just you never went to the previous ones that's why I'm asking *said hesitantly*
Cyrus smiled a bit and leaned back on his chair and said....

I know I did that... but this time I want to go.... I met her once at a party, and she seemed quite interesting.... *said smiling as he stared at the screen while thinking something to himself*

I see...then I'll take my leave now....have a good evening sir...
Saying that Noah bowed and left....
He came in front of his desk, packed his things and got out of the office....
Noah called a cab and got inside as he kept on thinking about what Cyrus said....
He stared out of the window while trying to control his emotions...but he didn't succeed and tears started rolling down from his cheeks...
Noah wiped his tears as he mumbled to himself....

What the hell am I doing!!.... He doesn't even know about my feelings then why am I crying!!.... I have to stop these feelings....I have to stop myself from falling for him more....or else I'll be the only one who will end up getting hurt *said sobbing lightly*
Noah again wiped his tears and looked out of the window.... but his tears continued to roll down....
