Love Between Fairy And Vampire

I don't want to die

Evening was approaching.

Today, the weather felt a bit different—light snow was falling, and the winds were blowing gently.

We are shown a boy running through the forest.

His leg was injured, and blood was oozing from the wound.

He stops at one point and says,

“What should I do now? Where should I go? I don’t understand anything...”

He looks back and sees that they were still chasing him.

He starts running again.

Some people were after him.

He was trying to escape them.

He was tired, panting, thinking—

“Where should I go now?

I don’t understand anything...

I don't want to die.

I can’t break my promise.

His leg was bleeding very badly?

And he is trembling in fear to be being catch by them.

He whispers to himself if I escaped safely from here, I'll surely do what grandmother said.

Grandmother I can't do this I'm very scared why you leave me here.

Can't we go together where you're right now,

It's my mist...ake

his is feeling very exhausted.

While running, he starts to screaming

Aahhhhhhhh.

”w...whyyyyy

Why this always happ...ened to m...

He was feeling very exhausted he can't run anymore,

But he didn't give up.

They were still behind him, yelling:

“Stop! Or else madam won’t pay us for our work!

And if we catch you, we’ll kill you!

Stop or be ready to die!”

He kept running, but then suddenly he stopped and looked back.

He thought—

“Where should I go now?

There’s no path ahead—only a cliff...”

He turned back again and saw that they had surrounded him.

They were slowly approaching him.

He said,

“Please stop!”

They replied,

“Or else what?

You’re already trapped!”

He slowly took a step forward...

But without looking, he placed his foot ahead—

And slipped into the cliff.

“Ahhhh—!”

He screamed.

Tears welled up in his eyes.

He remembered some moments from his life—

And slowly closed his eyes.

Darkness was settling in.

Snow continued to fall.

Those men looked down and said,

“That girl… she fell.

And it’s evening now.

We should leave.

This forest is dangerous.

And anyway...

She’s already fallen into the cliff.

There’s nothing left for us here.

Let’s go inform madam.”

They walked away.

Evening had arrived.

Darkness spread across the forest.

And the snow quietly laid its blanket over everything, little by little.

We are shown a girl.

Her name is Yomein Yonaria.

She was sitting beside her mother, who lay on the bed, silent.

She softly said,

Mamma… why aren’t you waking up? What happened to you…?

Then she turned to her father.

“Papa, look… mamma isn’t waking up.”

Her father said coldly,

“Come here, Yomein.”

She stood up and walked to him, crying.

Papa… what happened to mamma?

And he suddenly shouted—

“She’s dead! She will never wake up again!”

And just like that, he walked away.

Yomein was left there, crying alone.

The act of kindness

 Two Days Later...

Her father got married again.

The woman had two children — older than Yomein.

Yomein and her father stood by the door of their home, waiting to welcome them.

Yomein stood with a small teddy bear in her hands.

She saw that this woman would now be her stepmother, and the kids… her new siblings.

Her father said,

“Yomein, dear… say hello to your brother and sister. Is this what I’ve taught you?

Yomein said nervously,

 “Hi aunty, how are you…?

He scolded her—

“She’s your mother now.”

Her stepmother, Lucy, replied,

“It’s alright, Yomein, dear.”

Next to her stood her stepbrother and stepsister.

The girl, Alina, said with an attitude—

“Hi, Yomein.”

Yomein was so nervous, she didn’t know what to say.

Just as she tried to respond, Alina said,

“Mom, I want that teddy.”

Yomein refused to give it, but her father snatched it from her hands and gave it to Alina.

Yomein ran away, crying.

At first, everything seemed fine.

Her stepmother treated her nicely — just like her own children.

But it was all an act.

She never truly liked Yomein —

She only pretended to gain her husband’s trust.

Alina and Amon always harassed her.

They would blame her for things they had done wrong.

Yomein’s grandparents lived in another house.

Her grandmother never liked Lucy, so she never visited.

Yomein used to go visit her grandmother.

Her grandfather was very ill, and he felt happy when she came.

Her grandmother was sick too, so Yomein helped her with chores.

But Lucy hated it when Yomein went to visit them.

She started making her work more in the house to keep her away.

Sometimes, she even hit Yomein when she didn’t do things right.

Days passed... and the torture got worse.

At school, Alina and Amon would bully her, along with their friends.

At home, she wasn’t given proper food.

She didn’t even have a proper room —

She lived in a storage room where there was barely any light.

Her father took Amon and Alina to school in the car.

But Yomein always walked — even if she was running late.

Her father never cared.

It had been four years since her mother died.

But nothing had gotten better for Yomein.

Her father didn’t want to see her face.

And Lucy wouldn’t let her leave the house.

He hated her deeply.

She wasn’t happy.

She was just surviving... slowly fading away.

And then, one day… her grandfather passed away.

After the funeral, Yomein’s grandmother took her in.

She lived alone, and she couldn’t watch Yomein suffer anymore.

Yomein started living with her...

And for the first time in years —

She felt a little happy.

Her grandmother reminded her of her mother.

They were happy together.

But Lucy still didn’t leave her alone.

She would send people to beg for money, insult her in front of others.

Still… days flew by like the wind.

Nothing was perfect —

But Yomein and her grandmother were happy, together.

Now, Yomein was 18 years old.

She had completed her schooling.

She had a job, and they didn’t have much money — not even for college.

They barely had enough food to eat.

Her father never gave her a single coin.

He wanted her dead.

He didn’t care if she was alive… or what condition she lived in.

He didn’t even care about his own mother — Yomein’s grandmother.

The Papers in the Drawer

One day, Yomein’s grandmother was thinking,

“I could die at any time… What will happen to Yomein after me? Where will she go? She’s just a child… and those awful Yansen and Lucy — who knows what they’ll do to her?”

With tears in her eyes, Grandma thought,

“If I transfer the property papers to Yomein’s name, at least she’ll be able to live in this house, and won’t have to ask anyone for help.”

Next morning at breakfast, they both were sitting together.

Yomein seemed lost in thought.

Suddenly Grandma said,

 “Yomein?”

Yomein looked at her and replied,

“What is it, Grandma?”

Grandmother asked,

“Yomein, don’t you have any friends?”

Yomein, hesitating, replied,

“No, not really. They’re all busy, so I haven’t been able to talk to them for the past few days… Why? Did something happen, Grandma?”

Grandmother said softly,

“Yomein, don’t lie. I know everything.”

Yomein looked at her but didn’t say anything.

Her Grandma continued,

“yomein… do you like any boy?”

And then seriously added,

“Have you thought about what you’ll do after I die?”

Yomein’s eyes filled with tears.

She hugged her grandmother tightly and cried.

“No! I don’t like anyone. And you’re not going anywhere. Please don’t talk like this. I can’t live without you!”

Her grandmother gently stroked her head and said,

“But one day, everyone has to die.”

Yomein sobbed,

“Then I’ll die with you too. I don’t want to live without you…”

Her grandmother, trying to be firm, said,

“Go. In the drawer, there are some papers. Bring them.”

Yomein looked at her with a sad face and got up slowly.

She went to get the papers, thinking,

“Why is Grandma suddenly saying all this?”

She took out the papers from the drawer, looked at them… and started crying again.

“Grandma, why are you doing this? We’ll stay together… right? Then why all this?”

From the room, her grandmother called out,

 “Yomein, come here.”

Yomein wiped her tears and went back into the room, sitting beside her.

Grandmother said,

 “Bring a pen from there.”

Yomein went to get the pen, wondering,

“Is Grandma angry about something? She’s never spoken to me like this before… I’ve never seen her so serious.”

She returned with the pen.

Grandmother said,

 “Here, sign here.”

Yomein looked at her, about to say something—

But Grandma interrupted gently,

“Look, Yomein. You’re the one who has to live in this house after I die. You need to understand that. It’s your choice if you want to live with someone or alone.

But Yomein you know too… I don’t have much time left.”

And somehow…

She convinced Yomein to sign the papers.

The Promise Before Goodbye ✨

Yomein’s grandmother said,

“Yomein, promise me... after I’m gone, you will never do anything to harm yourself. You will never think about dying. You must live, for me. Do you understand?”
