Summer begins
The sky has always seemed so bright. It's like the city hasn't seen a grey sky in decades. Missing the rain has become a familiar feeling already. I kind miss the water dropping onto the ground and the sight of people fleeing from it. It's been 5 years since that trip and 5 years of constant memories of a damsel in distress. That being me of course. Shall we begin?
I'm going to need to take you to back to when I was around 18 years old. See, alot of stuff happened around this age but I'll let the author tell you guys the details, after all I'm just a character she created. Plus, I can't share details to save my life.
The sound of chattering echoed across the classroom. Today was the final day and the girls in class couldn't wait to share the details of the summer plans.
Dami
This summer is going to be a pain in the ***.

Dami
Ye-na! Does everything miserable I say revolve around the fact that I'm single or is it just you shoving it in my face.

Oh come on, you're overreacting Dami.
Ye-na saw her boyfriend and waved him over. A massive smile spread across her face as Dami groaned.
Dami
Can you guys take this lovey dovey stuff somewhere else?

Or do I have to bare witness to all of this?

Anyways. Have you packed up for the trip?
Dami tilted her head in confusion. A flicker of betrayal portraying through her eyes.
Ye-na
W-well me and Jihoon are going to Japan.
Dami
When were you going to tell me? After I blabbered out our summer plans for the entire year or never?
Ye-na
You're not being fair here Dami
Dami
No, you're not being fair. Why didn't you just tell me so I could save myself the embarrassment of sharing ideas with someone who already had plans.
With that Dami got up and left the room. What a way to finish highschool aye?. She exited the building and rushed out the school gate. That's when she noticed her brothers car.
She walked up to it and knocked on the window. The window rolled down and her brother looked at her with a massive smile on her face.
Dami
Do-young, what are you doing here?
Do-young
Well to collect you and head to our summer vacation.
Dami tilted her head in confusion. Vacation? She opened the car door and closed it.
Do-young
My company is having this camping trip in Jeju and mom and dad decided it will be good for us to go.
Dami nodded her head understanding.
Dami
My things are already there I'm guessing.
Dami
What are you waiting for? Let's go
Laughter erupted from both of them. This was going to be an eventful summer.

After a day and a bit of driving and stopping places, both Dami and Do-young arrived at the camp. Dami looked at the entrance amazed at it's size then did a double take because the actual camp was amazing and beautiful.

Do-young parked the car and they the both exited the car. Dami started jogging around and looking the cute cabins. Do-young watched his little sister with a smile on his face.

Do-young dragged Dami towards the biggest cabin and spoke to the receptionist. She looked gorgeous and Dami noticed the look in both her brother and the receipt eyes.

She should be careful. He isn't in the greatest of moods.

Do-young winked at Yuki, earning a blush from her and walked up to Dami. He placed a set of keys in her hands.

4th cabin will be your house for the next 8 weeks. By the way, did you tell mum and dad you were taking a gap year?
Dami
Yeah~ They didn't take it well. It's alright though.
Dami hugged her brother and walked over to her cabin. Her stuff was probably already there.
She counted the cabins and noticed the big day four written on the cabin door. She entered her keys and unlocked her door. Her stuff was in the hallway untouched.
Dami
Looks like big bro brought a lot of things for me.
A boy with black hair walked down the stairs and right past Dami. Her eyebrows twitched at the rudeness.
Dami
Hey you! Greet people when they're at the door.
She puffed her cheeks out. The black hair boy looked back at Dami and smirked.
Minho
Am I suppose to greet dirt? Do they just let anyone in the camp?
Dami
Listen here you dipshit. Just what do you think you're playing at.
Minho
I'm an A-list model and yet I'm partnered up with a peasant. How could Do-young do this to me? I'll have him pay.
Dami rushed towards the black hair boy and slammed him on the wall. Her face filled with rage.
Dami
Maybe I should tell Do-young that you're treating his baby sister like shit.
Dami
Should I beat the apology out of you or are your going to do it without my help?

A week had passed since the encounter and Dami was starting to lose patience with her housemate. How could being nice be?. He always had something slick to say. She kicked the pebble and halted when she bumped into someone.
He looked gorgeous and she couldn't help but blush. The boy looked at her and grinned before extended a hand out.
Daniel
Sorry. I didn't mean to bump into you like that, I hope you're not hurt.
Dami
Of course not. I'm the one who should be more careful.
The boy chuckled and shook her extended hand.
Both Dami and Daniel turned around when the heard a voice calling out for Daniel. A beautiful girl walked up to them. A pearly white smile plastered on her face and he golden tanned skin glistening under the sun. Dami stared in awe.

Dami nodded her head and smiled before waving the duo a goodbye and heading back to her cabin. This whole place is crawling with good looking people. She couldn't compete.
