Chapter 1: How they meet
Miya and Alex met in high school. Alex was a transferred student. When he first entered the class, everyone was stunned with his handsome face but with cold eyes. A boy who never liked talking with anyone that much. Miya settled her eyes on him because he looked lonely and handsome. She approached him with a flower and proposed. Everyone was stunned. Making everyone shocked, Alex accepted her flower and became his boyfriend.
He was quiet but caring toward Miya. Loyal and mature.
But with time, Miya starts losing interest in him. And the distance grew more when they were admitted into different colleges. Miya, as an extrovert, got lost with her new friends forgetting about Alex. Alex couldn't take it anymore and starts arguing with Miya. When finally Miya ends their relation with a simple word without any emotion. "Let's break up. I am tired and bored with you."
Now, after six years, one day, when Miya was walking on the street, thinking about something, she bumped into Alex. Or maybe he bumped into her intentionally.
Miya
Ouch.. I am sorry, sir. I didn't notice.
Alex
Didn't notice or want to bump?
Miya raises her head up hearing the familiar voice
Alex gives Miya a smirk. And with a smile on face, he says,"
Alex
Hi! Princess. Long time no see.
Miya was stunned seeing Alex. He has changed. Now he is the richest man of the city. Owned multinational companies. And he still recognizes her. But she collected herself soon.
Miya
Hi.. I am sorry I was distracted in my thoughts.
Alex
There is no need to feel sorry, princess. Even... I am happy that we bumped. So... can we catch up a little? Maybe sit in a coffee shop and have some chat?
Miya gives him a formal smile with a nod.
Alex opens his car door for her. As she sitshe pulls the car in an expensive cafe shop.
Chapter 2
Miya and Alex take a seat with a beautiful window view.
As they sit, Alex pushes the menu toward Miya for her to order.
Miya gives a formal smile at him and orders. Alex does too.
Alex
So... you were lost in some thoughts. May I ask.... I mean.. are you okay?
Miya hesitated but took a deep breath and finally spoke
Miya
My.. family is in trouble. They are about to go bankrupt. We need 1 million.
Miya
Alex... can you help me? I know.. I don't have any face to ask you for this.... if you won't it.. fine. I can understand
Alex
Wo wo princess. When did i say i won't?
Alex
But 1 million dollars is indeed a huge amount.
He opens the top buttons of his shirt to get comfortable. He leans toward her.
Alex
But before I give you this... I need to know something. Are you expecting me to give it to you for free or are you planning to pay it off?
Miya
Of course... I intended to pay it back. I may need some time but I promise I will.
Alex
Hmm.. smart girl. I will give you the money. But... I want something in return. Now
