(thinking) They cheer for someone who doesn’t exist. But I’ll keep playing this role… for now.

[BACKSTAGE - DRESSING ROOM]

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Opens the door before Azure enters "You overdid it again." hands her a towel and water bottle

Wipes her face, takes a sip "I’m fine. They were wild tonight." sits on the couch, tired but satisfied "How did it look from the crowd?"

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Sits across from her, arms folded "Perfect. As always." pauses, then adds "You should rest more. Your voice won’t survive at this pace."

Chuckles softly "Worried about me?" glances at him with a teasing smirk

Expression stays flat "I’m your assistant. It’s my job."

Leans back, closing her eyes briefly "Right. Just the job."

[SOUND OF STAFF OUTSIDE]

STAFF MEMBER (outside) "Great show tonight, Azure! You killed it!"

Raises her voice slightly "Thanks! See you tomorrow!" softens tone when they’re gone "Kai… do you ever wonder if it’s worth it?"

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Looks at her quietly "It is. You’re free here." pauses "Even if it’s a lie."

Azure(fl)

Nodding slowly "Yeah… even if it’s a lie."

Chapter 2: "The Mask I Wear"

[DRESSING ROOM - AFTER THE SHOW]

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Picks up her jacket, holds it out "You’ll catch a cold."

Azure(fl)

Puts it on slowly "Thanks." glances at herself in the mirror "Do you ever think I’m fooling myself?"

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Adjusts the collar for her "You’re fooling everyone. That’s the point."

Azure(fl)

Small smirk "Right… everyone."

[HALLWAY - WALKING OUT TO THE VAN]

FANS (outside, shouting) "AZURE! JUST ONE LOOK!" "PLEASE SIGN THIS!"

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Low voice "Head down. Just keep walking."

Nods, puts on sunglasses and a mask "I’m used to this."

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Protectively guides her to the van "You shouldn’t have to be."

[INSIDE THE VAN - DRIVING AWAY]

Sighs, leans her head back "This isn’t freedom, is it?"

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Glances at her from the driver’s seat "It’s better than being locked in a mansion."

Azure(fl)

Quiet for a moment "True." then smirks slightly "But I’m still locked in something."

[AZURE'S APARTMENT - NIGHT]

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Unlocks the door, steps aside "After you."

walks in, throws her bag on the couch "Home sweet home." pauses "It’s quiet."

Locks the door behind them "You said you wanted quiet."

[KITCHEN AREA]

Azure(fl)

Opens the fridge, grabs water "I said I wanted normal".

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Sits on the counter casually "This is normal… for us."

Azure(fl)

Leans against the counter, staring at her bottle "I wonder what it feels like to be... just me."

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Softly "You’re you with me."

[MOMENT OF SILENCE]

Smiles faintly "That’s why I keep you around."

Deadpan "And here I thought it was my cooking."

Chapter 3: "Normal Is Just a Word"

Knocks on her bedroom door "Wake up. You’ve got practice at 10."

Throws a shirt at her "Special treatment ends when you oversleep."

Sits at the table, yawning "What’s this? Porridge again?"

"Healthy. You need to keep your strength." pours tea calmly

Pokes the bowl "You sound like my mother."

Raises an eyebrow "I’d rather not be compared to her."

CHOREOGRAPHER "Again! Azure, your timing was late!"

Panting, wipes sweat from her forehead "Got it. One more time."

Watching from the side, arms crossed "You’re pushing too hard."

Grins between breaths "It’s called dedication."

[BREAK TIME - STUDIO CORNER]

Sits on the floor, drinking water "Do you think… I’ll ever be free of this double life?"

Leans against the wall, watching her "You will. One day." pauses "When you decide to be."

Stares at him quietly "That’s not easy, Kai."

"I didn’t say it was."

Leans back, exhausted "Another day of pretending."

Starts the engine "You’re not pretending on stage." glances at her "You’re more real there than anywhere else."

Soft smile "Maybe that’s why I love it so much."

[NIGHT - NEWS ALERT ON PHONE]

Kai (Azure’s Assistant/Second Lead)

Looks at his phone, brows furrowing "There’s a rumor." "Some reporter thinks you and Liam are… involved."

Sighs deeply "Already? I haven’t even met him properly yet."
