The stranger let out a low, exasperated sigh. "Look, lady, I don't have time for this. I pulled you out of that wreck, and now the doctors are billing me for your care. I need that money back."
Lena's eyes widened, her mind reeling. What was he talking about? Why would she owe him money?

He says and turns to put the pen back to doctor's pocket and gets out of the room like a sudden storm, who came in a blink, said not a word, and went back too...
Doctor
The doctor cleared his throat, breaking the silence. "Well, Lena, it seems you've got a bit of a situation on your hands."
Lena's eyes remained fixed on the door, her mind reeling from the sudden whirlwind that had swept through her room.
She inquired about her phone, wondering if it had survived the accident. Thankfully, she had stored it in the glove compartment's document box while driving, which had cushioned the impact. Although the phone was damaged, it was still usable.
Doctor
The doctor nodded affirmatively. "Yes, your phone is right here. Nerese, could you please return her phone?"
She dialed a number, and as soon as the person on the other end picked up, they burst into tears.
