"An isolated island , 'Phoa' is what written on the entrance. It looks completely devastated. No sign of life was there to be seen. Even the path has been closed by the thorns and covered by algae. The Phoa island gets deeper and darker on its way and finally a treat in an isolated Island, a royal tremendous palace. It is a very big castle still completely blemished without care. The gate is wide open and we are welcomed by a dry fountain in front of the castle. The entrance was confiscated by the thick layers of cob web. Inside the palace, there were few spoiled cushions a home for a mischief of rats. The entry of sunlight disclosed the portraits in the wall. A family image, a king , a Queen and a beautiful princess".

***(Phone rings)***

Keeping the book aside a voice said "hello"

"Hey Brici, don't forget we have a party tonight at the ship" said the voice from the other side.

"Yeah I remember" replied, Bricilla.

"Good then see you at the party" "bye" replied the lady.

Briccila, a middle aged beautiful woman with a sad ripened face with

a sulking tone cuts the call. When Bricilla was about to leave she witnesses the book glowing miraculously, wondered but without bothering she took the book and left the library.

Its a birthday party.

We see a lot of people greeting each other. Here we are yet to be introduced to other characters.

"Hey George! Welcome!"

"Hi. Thanks Dane, by the way she is my daughter Mia" he said pointing out the young girl standing beside him.

Mia greeted the man and left the place.

"Its been a long time since I saw you both together" said, Dane.

"Oh yeah! I have been hooked up in business after my wife's death. Moreover this is the first party I'm with Mia".

"Hey Vincent and Brian, Over here" a group of boys in the corner shouted at the brothers looking a lot alike.

While approaching their friends one among the two accidentally ran into George. Vincent went forward and asked for apology on behalf of his twin brother Brian and asked him in a concerned tone," You okay bro?" Brian replied "yeah, it's just the light is too bright for me". Vincent, "oh yeah I almost forgot let's get you into the corner". In a minute they joined a cheerful conversation.

Meanwhile, looking at the boys approaching towards her corner, mia suddenly felt some awkwardness in the air so she moved to a table where a lady sitting with a book on her lap. In order to come out of this unpleasant intuit, Mia made an eye contact and that is when the lady started to speak up.

"Hey I'm Bricilla, you seems to be lonely". Mia nods and replied "I'm Mia George" in a sulky tone.

"Are you the friend of this birthday girl" asked Bricilla,

"No I accompanied my dad, its technically a business meet for him. And you?"

"I'm here for the mother of the birthday day girl, she is my reading companion so I have to come for

her". They both shared a grin.

There we can see all our characters somehow connected with each other. That is when the fate interupts in their super ordinary lives. Suddenly a thunderstorm was heard and it was first felt by Vincent, for everyone's utter shock the ship started to rocking back and forth. It is more than enough to scare everyone on board. Bricilla to get a grip from falling, she stood up and grabbed the iron rod but suddenly the book she had with her fell into the sea, It was all glittering while waving in the sea. Lights were glimmering and a heavy storm hits the ship once again with an unexpected rain. People in the ship stumbled, women and children screamed in the horror of death.

"Fate can help you realise the magic as well the tragic that life holds"

It creates the circumstances that can even change your life upside down and you on the other side could do nothing and accept it. That is how fate interupted these five characters. It came in the form of 'storm' . Where they ended up to face the rare reality of life. Their fear is now standing in front and compelling them to face it.

Will it turn out to be a good change according to the plan of so called fate?

Lets enter into the second chapter.

Mia.

Sun hit my face very hard. I felt very tired yet my consciousness compelling me to wake up. I struggled to open my eyes and later realized what happend yesterday at the party.

I had an unusual talk with an unknown lady. Immediately lights went off. We screamed in unison when the ship started breaking down. And I blacked out while a familiar voice calling out my name "Mia!".

Looking around the place i am laying and covered with wet sand, things been messed up completely compared to yesterday. I see a lady who was with me yesterday is now lying unconscious. I checked upon her she is alive and so tried waking her up. The lady responded quickly to my pat on her shoulder. She tried to open her eyes while coughing wildly, i held out my hand for her to stand up and she asked in a surprised tone"what happened yesterday?" and where the hell we are?" . Without minding I looked for my dad. He was nowhere to be seen. I felt like crying but actually not. I am used to this, being without him. Yet a kind of uneasiness filled my heart. Moreover it doesnt feel good about this unknown land. My mind was literally exploding with numerous questions and a strange anxiety. I hear some scary foot steps approaching toward us. I shared a look with the lady who is barely standing beside me drowsily. We armed ourselves with some limbs of tree to protect us from the awaiting danger.

Mia hears some foot steps approaching her. She looked at the ground and witnesses two torn boots and a bare foot. She slowly raised her head and saw their faces. Its her father in the middle having the twin brothers whom they met yesterday standing on his both sides. Mia let out a sigh and looked at the lady who relaxed as well. Next second she ran towards them. All the three men were smiling, Mia smiled as well but not at them but at the fruits in their hands. Mia in a strange way said "I was very much hungry, would have turned into a beast any minute but you saved me from eating you" While grabbing the fruits from her dad's hands we can see a pair of hands grabbing some from one of the twins. Those women smirked and devoured like a beast.

Mia heard the boy saying, "I was fine till now, even in this isolated island". The other one replied, "Not anymore Vincent! Look how these beautiful women turned out to be a beast while looking at fruits".

The three men laughed at the girls and shared the remaining fruits among them.

"We can't stay here not so long" said vincent on hearing some weird sounds from the island while eating the fruits.

"He is right" replied George "we need to find some source to escape out of this place. I couldn't even guess where we are right now ".

"I am pretty sure, there are bunch of animals that are waiting to taste our fleshes" said Brian with a teasing smile.

"SHUT UP!" Mia shouted at him while feeling the chills on her spine.

The fact that they are running out of time in an unknown island and simultaneously hearing some weird sounds out there is even more frightening.

"I'll look into that side we may find something" said George.

"We will come with you" stated Vincent while turning towards Mia and Bricilla "you two please be careful don't go wander around here and there and just stay here.We will be back soon". Soon after they left bricilla whispered to Mia "Look at him warning us af if we are his children and he took us to a theme park"

Looking at the three men walking away in distance Mia sighed and replayed that concerned voice of Vincent in her mind.Unconsciously smiling.

"You are thinking about the boys aren't you? " the sudden question distracted Mia as she gasped and kept quite for some time.

"They are pretty good eventhough we didn't know their names we could see their character, one is so kind and the other is highly spirited yet, I don't like him sometimes" said bricilla while giggling. "What do you think?"

A small spark of smile entered in Mia's face.

"You know what-"

Mia turned to check on Bricilla who just left the sentence incomplete instead looking at something delightfully.

"What is it? What are you looking at?" Mia's curiosity is visible. "Is there any ship or boat that you can see?" Bricilla smiled and said "I just saw something" "Is it any boat?" Mia asked in the tone of excitement. "What no, nothing like that its something over there, its glittering ".

Mia nods in utter disappointment. Bricilla stood up and went near the thing she lifted a book from the water and excitingly showing it to mia and said "See this is my book and I took it from library, i thought I missed it yesterday. It is literally glowing, can you see it?" Mia looked spaced out. Yet she sensed something is fishy.

*We can see Mia confused because the book that Bricilla had is not an ordinary book and also there is a reason for why the book glowing only in the presence of Bricilla. To know why please wait for the next chapter*.

I saw the way Mia looking and smiling at the boys walking away. Though I'm not a social bird,🐦 a person who tends to contain myself from others 🤐 but I felt strangely close👭 with this young lady. We were casually talking about the three men and that is when I saw it. Something in this aesthetic seashore in an unknown island. A book that is floating in the sea waves🌊. But that's not the point. That's the same book I was reading yesterday in the library🏣.

I felt both strange and curious 👀 at the same time about the things happening in my life continuously. Leaving Mia aside I went to take the book coming towards me floating in the seashore, glowing unusually.✨While lifting the book from the salty water🌊 I could feel my eyballs popping out of my eyelids👁️ on seeing that shinning rusty book in my hands.

I displayed it to Mia who threw a doubtful glance at me.🧐 Is this for real?🤥 Am I the only one who is witnessing this? 😱Or Is she thinking I'm fooling around?🙄I mean, do I really in the situation of cracking jokes or what?😐 !!! I thought to myself and once again got reminded of yesterday as the book was shinning back in library too. Taking the book I returned to the shore found myself comfortably sitting 📖on the wet sand filled with strangeness while the mild waves crashing smoothly on my feet and cleaning the minute sands away.

I checked upon the girl who is looking so confused🙄and got fed up with me,😑 thinking i am a prater and said

"Before I loose my mind I-I ...better go with them" and she left. Opening the book I got remembered of those lines I read back in library,

"An Isolated Island Phoa is what written on the entrance....."

Scene 2

*We could see that other than Bricilla Mia does not find the book out of ordinary. Is that mean, Bricilla has some connection with this strange old book?. Lets look into it.

Bricilla is now sitting alone in the seashore🏖️ with the soothing music🎶 of sea waves🌊 playing at the background and allowed herself to take over by the charms produced by the book. She continues to read the book where she left...*

"The portrait 🖼️of a family looks like a king🤴 queen👸 and princess.👰 While looking around the mysterious palace 🏰 we

encountered many antiques scattered around the corner of the staircase grubby as if someone left it without care for a long time.

Suddenly an anonymous ❓ voice of sobbing echoed throughout the empty palace. Eyes explored every nook and corner of the palace still no sign of a human being, that sudden sobs paved way to the weird thoughts 💭 of haunting stories in this desolated palace. The sobbing stops. The next minute voice came over shouting hoarsely,

? - "***It is all because of me. If I didn't go there that day it wouldn't have happened**".

The voice shouted and cried in agony.
