It’s a rainy evening. Returning from her mother’s grave, Nicole is walking down the street to her way home feeling cold and low as always since her mother died of an asthma attack.

Eddie, a low-life scoundrel comes from behind riding his bicycle and shouts

As Nicole continues walking down the street, this bastard pulls over his bicycle and hits her on the back and she falls down in the pool of mud all drenched in dirt and filth.

Her palm is left scarred

Episode 3

Nicole is home after her bitter encounter with Eddie.

She walks up the wooden staircase with her wet self and is encountered by Anne, her stepmother.

Anne goes to the kitchen to prepare the drink

Nicole opens up her wardrobe to take out clothes and she finds her diary

She goes through her diary and finds her mother’s senior year picture

*weeping* Mom, I miss you so much

It kills me every time when I see your pictures knowing that you’re just a memory now

I miss the days when you’d teach me to be badass and bold

Nicole

When you’d boost up my confidence and push me into fighting for myself and my beliefs

But now that you’re gone

I’m left with no strength to fight no one

Nicole sits against her wardrobe and starts weeping rigorously

Nicole wraps up her diary and puts it back into the wardrobe and goes for the shower
