Maybe rina is a character in the game that God was playing
Maybe she was an avatar that God tested if it could get worse than it already was
she knew her life was over as soon as her parents left her and her sister to make new families with other people, all alone, in America, away from her motherland
she dropped out of college, and tried to earn money to feed her sister and herself
She was doing good, she wasn't happy but at least she was alive, but maybe God really wanted her to suffer
boss
"why didn't you do anything when the guy was stealing?! Huh?! You are a cashier! Can't you call the police??" **he screamed at her**

"he was pointed a gun at me" **she answered simply**
boss
**he scoffed and pointed at her** "how dare you talk back to me?! You're fired!"
rina
"Thank you!" **She said and took off the cashier apron and threw it on the floor and walked out**
She just wanted to go home and maybe talk to her sister, or call her boyfriend
She walked home, pulled her hood up and zipper up her sweater to protect herself from the cold weather of December
she entered her house and took off her shoes before walked to her room. She opened the door to be met with a scene, she never thought and never would have thought she would see

"what the f*ck?" ** she shouted at the two sleepy figures on her bed**

"rina?" **he said, his voice cracking**
rina shifted her eyes to her sister, who is looking back at her with fear in her eyes
rina
"you're so f*cking petty, aren't you? Always jealous of me, always wanting my things, but you're never satisfied" **she said, still standing at the door frame**
rina
"And you, you think you're all that? You're such a manwh*re, f*cking my sister behind my back, and you don't even regret it, do you?" **she turned my attention to him as she ignored her sister**
haru
"rina, I can explain, she is the one who-"
rina
"and you didn't want this? You're f*cking lame, you know, that excuse is a decade old, merry f*cking Christmas to both of you" **she said before slamming the door with a thud**
she walked out after putting her shoes back on and walked to the nearest park
she looked both sides before crossing the street, then a pair of headlights turned on, and she looked her side and realized it was a truck approaching
She couldn't move, she wanted to walk, but what is the purpose to her life anyway?
She closed her eyes and clenched her fists and waited for the impact
instead truck stopped right before it hit her, she opened her eyes to look around, she was perfectly fine
she resumed walking again, and sat on the bench near the park
she hissed as a sharp pain shot up to her thigh

"wounds in winter hurt like a b*tch" **she mumbled as she pressed on the bruise through her pants**
She noticed a thick fog reaching till her ankles as he was looking down
She looked up and noticed the change in the landscape
There were no vehicles, just streetlight flickering a little, creating an eerie setting, which made her ears ring
She looked to the side again and suddenly there was tall man, wearing a long coat, just standing there, looking at her
Again, she wanted move, hell she wanted to run away from this place, but her limbs were heavy and glued to the bench
The man approached her, slow and steady, it felt like forever for rina, like air was sucked from her lungs
Yeah, maybe it wasn't the God playing, it was the devil

"w-who-" **she started, but her mouth was shut by a force**

"make this easy for me" **he said as an unsettling smile stretching across his dark face**
