Inside one of the famous club in the city, a beautiful young woman was muttering curses to who knows who? “ I can’t believe that bastard did that to me” she sighed “ I was so foolish to trust him”. The bar tender looked at the girl puzzedly” it seems she is broken hearted” he thought. “Give me another shot” she ordered.Looking at the state she was in, he didn’t want to give her any more shots.” Miss you’ve had too much to drink why don’t I call you a cab to go home.” he gently offered. The girl suddenly raised her head.The bar tender’s breath hitched. She was more beautiful than the actresses he saw on the TV!. He couldn’t help but wonder how someone could break such a beautiful girl’s heart. “ Do you know who I am?”huh?. Her words snapped him out of his thoughts. She snorted” I am Sophia Evans you idiot!, I don’t need you to call a cab for me!. She took out a few dollars and slammed it on the counter” here you are, keep the change”. She slowly stood up and aimlessly headed to the bathroom. The bartender was stunned by her sudden outburst but he got a tip so he didn’t mind. Sophia was making her way out when she suddenly bumped into a hard and firm chest , her nose hurt so bad that she had tears in her eyes. “Miss are you okay? She heard a heavy masculine voice.Slowly lifting her head, she met a pair of deep sky blue eyes. She was captivated by the man’s eyes that she forgot to blink. Keith had a sly smirk on his face, he knew the girl was checking him out. “ You have a little something here” he pointed at the corner of her mouth. “ is that a…. drool ? he teased. Sophia was flustered, she quickly touched the corner of her mouth but there was nothing. She glared at Keith. The guy didn’t mind her glare at all, he actually thought she was cute. Sophia finally looked at his face, she was stunned by the man’s handsomeness. He was like a walking Adonis who was sinfully making every girl fall inlove at first sight. “Am I handsome”? She heard the man ask with a sly smirk on his face. She quickly averted her gaze. Although she was drunk, she felt herself sobering up a bit. No! she scoffed. “ You are the most ugliest man I have ever met. ( Infact, he was the most handsome man she has ever met but she didn’t want to admit it. Keith was intrigued “ oh really? you don’t say! he raised a brow feeling amused. “ Yes! now can you get out of my way? She was getting irritated. Keith stared at Sophia’s big round amber eyes and plumed pink lips. She was a stunner no doubt about that. Looking at her plumed juicy lips he had an urge to kiss her. “ what am I thinking?!” he reprimanded himself. “. KEITH! someone suddenly called his name. He turned around and happened to see a blonde girl with heavy makeup. “Shit! not this bitch again”! he cursed under his breath. Sophia was feeling a little bit dizzy when she was suddenly dragged by the man into a corner. She was shocked. “ What are you doing? She asked. Instead of getting a response, Keith covered her mouth with his hand. “ shhh” he made a shush sound. Sophia stared at man with wide eyes. “how dare he shush me? She thought angrily. After 5 minutes m, Keith finally withdrew his hand from her mouth. They were so close that they could hear each other’s breath. Sophia was staring at Keith but he was staring at her lips. He couldn’t control the urge to kiss her anymore, he liked Sophia’s unique scent. Slowly he pressed his lips to hers. Her lips tasted delicious with a bit of softness just like he predicted. To gain more access, he bit her lips softly and deepened the kiss. Sophia was confused as to why she didn’t push him away but rather enjoying the kiss. Keith finally ended the kiss with both of them panting. He suddenly held her wrist “ let’s continue somewhere else” he said. With that he carried her bridal style. Sophia yelped when Keith carried her but she didn’t complain. Literally speaking she liked the man, but why did she though?. She wondered. Keith’s eyes was burning with desire, he couldn’t wait. He took Sophia to his car and drove offf. He arrived at one of the hotels he owned. He could feel many eyes on him but he didn’t mind, rather he didn’t give a damn. Sophia on the other hand was feeling shy so she shrank into Keith’s embrace. Noticing her little actions, he chuckled. Being too close to him, Sophia heard his sexy chuckle and blushed. Once they got into the elevator they couldn’t keep their hands off each other .Keith’s hands roamed all over her body while she stuck to him like a koala. The elevator dinged reminding them that they’ve arrived at their destination. They broke the kiss staring deeply into each other eyes. “Are you sure about this?” Keith asked Sophia. He wanted the girl’s approval before continuing. If she backed out he will respect her decision. But will he though? Nah!! he doubted it. He was sorting out his thoughts when he was fiercely kissed by Sophia. That must be a YES! he concluded. Well there’s no turning back. He couldn’t help but carry Sophia to his room. Outside, the wind was blowing softly and the moon shone brightly on the two figures entangled with each other on the bed. As if blessing them. Faint sounds were coming from the room. It was a long, long night!

The morning sun shone directly into the room. Sophia groaned, she wanted to sleep more but the sun was too bright blinding her eyes. She sat up and held her head in her hands. “Ahh my hard hurts” she whined. “ Ah why did I drink again?” She asked herself. Right then all the memories flooded back into her head.

FLASH BACK

“Sophia aren’t you going home yet”? her friend Winda asked. Sophia was sorting out some documents in her office. Ever since her mother left the company in her hands she didn’t want to see it collapse so she worked hard everyday. Looking up from the document in her hand, she briefly glanced at Winda. “Let me just finish this and I’ll leave with you” she said. “ Oh come on Sophie is getting late already! Winda whined. Seeing her whine like child Sophia chuckled. “ Alright let’s go” she put the documents in one of her drawers and locked it. “ Finally! “ Winda breathed a sigh of relief. “ Am sure your Fiancé must be waiting for you now”. She teased. “ I told Kevin I wouldn’t come back tonight” Said Sophia. Winda looked at her with a raised brow,” you did that? then she grinned” why don’t you surprise him”. She suggested. Sophia picked up her purse and exited the building with Winda talking on their way out. “ Mmm that’s sounds like a great idea” Sophia smiled. Sophia met her Fiancé Kevin in a cafe when she accidentally spilled coffee on him. Kevin being a gentleman didn’t make a fuss like what other men usually do when their expensive suits are spilled with coffee. “ oh I’m so sorry” Sophia frantically apologized. Kevin took a tissue wiping off the coffee stain. “Is ok, is just an accident” he smiled. Kevin was handsome with his dimples and messy brown hair. Seeing his smile Sophia blushed. “ you sure it’s ok? cause I can tell your suit is quite expensive plus there is a huge patch of coffee stain on it. “ she emphasized. “ You don’t need to worry, I have an extra in the car so I can change. He reassured. Sophia was still flustered by the situation . “ Are you su……. “ hey you don’t need to get so worked up! I insist, it’s fine” he cut her off. “ Thank you” Sophia breathed. Kevin chuckled “ you don’t need to thank me for anything, am a gentleman so I don’t need to blame a lady for something which was partly my fault too. Sophia laughed at his words. “ Why don’t we catch up for coffee sometime? He offered. Sophia was a bit hesitant. Seeing her hesitating he said, “ you can treat it as a way for you to apologize, so what do you say?. She smiled “ sure why not!”. Kevin’s smile widened “ that’s great, sorry I didn’t introduce myself” he said feeling a bit bashful. “ I’m Kevin Green by the way, may I know your name pretty lady? he grinned. “ Sophia Evans ( she introduced), nice to meet you Mr Green. They briefly shook hands. “ Likewise” he said. “ I will take my leave then” Sophia said heading out. “ Ok meet me here on Saturday. Kevin added. With a nod Sophia left. From then on she and Kevin became became close. She knew Kevin liked her but she was not ready for a relationship since her boyfriend for two years cheated on her with her sister, but with Kevin’s persistent caring and pampering she slowly fell in love with him. They were happy together being girlfriend and boyfriend when out of the blue Kevin proposed to her. That the she felt like the happiest woman on earth. The two of them made all the preparations for the wedding but since Kevin’s father was sick, the wedding was postponed.

Sophia! Sophia! she felt someone shaking her. It was Winda. She snapped out of her thoughts. “ Geez what planet are you on! I’ve been calling your name for a while now. “ Sorry I wasn’t paying attention just now, what is it that you were saying? She asked. Rolling her eyes, Winda said “ I was saying that I bought you a bottle of wine yesterday for you to celebrate your upcoming wedding. She squealed. Sophia smiled “ you didn’t have to but thanks. She hugged her. When they got outside, Winda rushed towards her car bringing out bottle of wine with a glance on can tell how expensive the bottle is. Sophia took the wine and hugged Winda.” Thank you” she said. “ Ok Sophie I will see you tomorrow”Winda kissed Sophia’s cheek. “ enjoy your wine” she added and left.

Getting into her car Sophia drove to Kevin’s apartment. Reaching his apartment she quickly took out her spare keys and unlocked the door. In the living room she didn’t find Kevin so she decided to check his bedroom. “ Kevin honey where are you” she called out. When she got to the bedroom it was also empty, “ Mmmh where could he have gone? She muttered. She was about calling him when she heard some noise coming from the bathroom. “ He must be in the bathroom” she concluded. Opening the bathroom room door she peeked her head inside. “ Kevin honey are you……. She suddenly froze witnessing the scene in front of her. KEVIN!!, HILDA! ? She screamed, tears falling down her face. In the bathroom two figures were entangled with each other, they stopped what they were doing when they heard Sophia scream. Kevin looked up in panic. “ Sophia I can explain” he took a towel and wrapped it around his waist. Tears flooded Sophia’s eyes, she felt the world around her spinning. She shouted at Kevin. “ Explain ? what do you want to fucking explain? “ I just caught you having sex with my friend so what’s there to explain huh” ? Kevin felt a pang in his heart. “ Babe I’m sorry” he whispered. Don’t you babe me Kevin, I can’t believe you did this to me. You’re my Fiancé Kevin and we are about to get married, at least have some dignity! She turned to Hilda with a hard glare.” And you! I thought you were my friend but I guess that wasn’t the case.” She smiled bitterly. “ Sophie am sorry” Hilda sobbed “ it was all my fault” she sobbed even harder causing Kevin to frown. “ You can’t blame yourself Hilda, it’s her fault too” he said pointing a finger at Sophia with a sneer. Sophia laughed mockingly. “ So now is my fault”?. Kevin sighed feeling frustrated”. “ Can’t you see it Sophia? You are so uptight, you won’t even let me touch you. You’re always in your business clothes not revealing any skin, I’m a man Sophia and I have needs!. Not wanting to feel guilty he blamed everything on Sophia. “ Ha ! so is that what this is about? Me? . She asked feeling suffocated. Kevin groaned “ Goddamn it Sophia, you’re not sexy enough” he said massaging his brows.” I can’t be with you anymore!. His words were like daggers piercing her heart. She raised her hand and slapped Kevin hard. “ I thought you were different” she said. She removed the ring on her finger and threw it on Kevin’s face, after that she strode out of the apartment. Kevin’s words still echoed in her ears “ you’re not sexy enough”. What a joke ! “ I will show you how sexy I am” she said with gritted teeth. She drove to a Salon, did a makeover and headed to the club where she had shot after shot before she met Keith.

Sophia was sitting on the bed with a dazed expression..” how did I end up in this room? She asked herself. As she was trying to remember, the bathroom door opened. A man with a towel around his waist walked out. The man had a strong physique with lean and strong abdominal muscles, since he got out of the shower, the water droplets slowly flowed down his white and delicate skin outlining his perfect body like a sculpture. She subconsciously looked up at the man’s face. His messy hair made him look more handsome with his enchanting sky blue eyes. “ Who are you?” She asked. “ Oh darling did you forget me already? Keith asked with a bit of playfulness in his tone. The girl on the bed had chestnut brown hair, big round ember eyes, pink plump lips and fleshly smooth white skin. Sophia frowned looking at Keith. “ he looks a bit familiar ! She mused. “ oh right ! he was the guy from last night, but how did we end up together? She creased her brows. Then it hit her “ No,no,no did we……… shit!. Her eyes widened seeing the smirk on Keith’s face. “ From your expression am starting to think that you remembered what happened last night” he said with a smile. Sophia ignored him and looked down at herself. “ Ahhh! “ she screamed. “ You pervert, why didn’t you tell me am naked? She glared at him. Keith shrugged “ You yourself didn’t even know you were naked so how am I supposed to know?” He grinned. “ Arrgh! I can’t believe this!. She immediately entered the bathroom with the sheets around her body. Keith let out a hearty laugh.

Inside the bathroom Sophia was looking at her reflection in the mirror. There were visible hickeys on her neck. “ is he an animal? She gritted her teeth. “ forget it ! what’s done is done, I will just take a bath and leave. By the time she came out of the bathroom, there was no one inside the room. “ Hmm where did he go”? She shrugged it off. Drying her hair she saw a set of women clothing on the bed. She dressed up quickly and left the room. She didn’t want to meet Keith so she was in a hurry to run away. Carefully tiptoeing she looked at her left and right making sure no one was around. She breathed a sigh of relief when she reached the elevator. The elevator was on the 6th floor and being on the 8th floor she had to wait. She took out her phone to check her messages and to her shock there were several missed calls and text messages from Winda. She typed a message to Winda to assure her that she was fine. “ Windy am alright don’t worry about me, we’ll talk when I get back”. After the message was sent she turn off her phone. Knowing Winda’s personality she will call her as soon as she read the message and she wasn’t ready to talk to anyone. She was so lost in her thoughts that she didn’t notice the elevator door opening revealing the man she was trying to get away from. However, the man inside the elevator frowned when he saw Sophia in front of him. “ This woman! I was gone for just ten minutes and she is already running from me ? he mused. He took a step towards Sophia and tapped on her nose. “ Going somewhere darling” ? he smirked. Sophia froze when she heard Keith’s voice. She laughed nervously. “ I,I was looking everywhere for you and I finally found you, yay!” She cheered with fake enthusiasm. Keith chuckled. “ Yeah hooray! congrats for finding me”. he played along with a clap. “ Oh my God ! Why did I have to meet him here? I can’t run away now!” She sighed inwardly. “ What do you want from me” ? She sighed. Keith hooked his lips into a smile. “ Isn’t it obvious? I want you!. Sophia’s eye twitched. “ How can you say that! She glared at him adjusting her dress. Sophia was wearing a turtle neck dress slightly above her knees. The dress hugged her body showing off her curves. Her hair was tied into a ponytail, she had no makeup on but it didn’t affect her beauty. She was a sight to behold. Her fierce expression now made her enchanting. “ You look beautiful in that dress !” Keith complimented with a soft gaze. Sophia blushed. “ I know am beautiful you don’t have to tell me”. She rolled her eyes. Keith grinned looking at Sophia “ You’re feisty! I like that. “ You know you don’t have to be so obsessed with me because of what happened last night right? She didn’t want to have any guy drama in her life at the moment. Keith lifted Sophia’s chin looking into her eyes. “ Do you think I’ll let you go that easily”?. You’re are the first woman I’ve had a sexual relationship with whether you believe it not. I’m not gonna let you go because you’re are mine! He said with a dangerous glint in his eyes. Sophia flinched looking in his eyes. “ You’re a psycho you know that “? She spat. “ And if you allow me…. I’ll be more than just a psycho for you” he said with a wink. He picked her up and flunked her over his shoulders causing the latter to scream. “ Hey! put me down “ she shrieked hitting his back with her fists. “ If you don’t stop struggling I’ll find a window and throw you out” he warned. Sophia gasped “ you wouldn’t dare !. “ Try me” he challenged. Sophia’s lips twitched but she didn’t say anything allowing the man to carry her away. Keith carried her back to his suite. He threw her directly onto the sofa. “ Ah! can’t you be gentle ? She frowned. “No! he said looking down at her. “ I must have done something really horrible in my past life to meet someone like you! “ and didn’t your mother teach you how to treat women? She asked through clenched teeth. Keith narrowed his eyes “ hmm did she ? let me try to remember!”. Resting his fist on his cheek he shook his head in denial. “ Unfortunately she did not”! he smirked. Sophia wanted to scratch his handsome face but on second thought she refrained from doing so. All she wanted was to get away from him and angering him was a bad idea. “ Are you hungry? Keith asked looking at her dazed face. He didn’t want to starve her. Sophia wanted to decline but then again, she didn’t want to piss her off. She raised a brow at Keith “ You should have asked that a long time ago you know! She scoffed. “ Tch! Says the one who almost ran away” he taunted. Sophia’s face flushed “ hey I already told you that I was looking for you!. She laid on the sofa with the cushion in her arms ignoring the man in front of her. Keith gave her a fleeting glance and left. He deliberately left the door open. He knows Sophia wanted to get away from him . Not wanting to be a jerk in her eyes, he decided to let her go “ indirectly”. Sophia jerked up once Keith left. She rushed out of the room and ran off using the stairs. Unbeknownst to her, Keith was watching her every move. “ You can ran but you can’t hide” he smirked watching Sophia’s back. “ Shall I follow her Sir”? His bodyguard Simon asked. Keith sighed “ Let her be for now.” “Sophia”! he uttered and smiled
