Oops sorry, I forgot to introduce myself to you, I`m Adeline the

archaeologist, so I am kinda Gen-Z, but I will try to speak normally

sometimes, so don't mindd.

So tbh... I mean ‘To be honest’ I've been obsessed with finding things or

stuff like treasure hunting no cap, i-i mean ‘for real’ so, my “supportive”

parents always arranged treasure hunts for me!!! When I was 5, I wanted

to be a pirate and my parents used to say, "You know you could be a

detective or something else” but I used to throw a fit, they used to just

shrug and say, “You`ll understand when you`re older.”

I remember crying a lot one day just cuz I couldn't be a pirate.

In 6th grade, I met Sherly, she is my bestie, and she had a brother called

Kai and I had a brother called Zane, We 4 were like 4 peas in a pod. They

were always supportive just like my parents

Once in 7th grade, my teacher told me about archaeology and I started to

get obsessed with it, my parents and my besties were supporting me and

when I was 14, I started going to abandoned places and finding stuff, it

was fun and after 2 years, I'm the youngest archaeologist in the world. At

18, I started going to some of the most dangerous excavations.

I`m 21 now and I`ve always wanted to go to excavations with my besties

but they don't like going on excavations, I begged them and

Now, I'm doing an excavation in Mount Fuji, Aokigahara Forest aka the

suicide forest, With my besties.

While excavating, we found a cave and to rest at night, we went inside it,

as soon as I went inside, I could feel... Sadness??? But why??? I was so

excited, I just shrugged and continued exploring it.

friends, and they were happy for me.

The next day, I thought I`d start exploring the laptop, so I was just

looking through it and, I found some pictures. I didn't know it could

show... Pictures???? Whatever, but the pictures kind of looked familiar

but I thought I was just imagining it and soon many weird things started

to happen.

We continued our excavation and as soon as I reached Mount Fuji, I felt

a stroke of mixed emotions... it felt like I had already visited this place...

We found a small village called “Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba” (Saiko

healing village) and went there, and the villagers were stunned to see us

and acted as if they knew us, they started asking us questions about our

lives and showed us some photos where we were wearing Japanese

clothes and all and they looked kinda similar to the photos in the laptop I

found.

When I was alone, I suddenly started remembering stuff like Me???

sword fighting??? And... suddenly, one of the villagers, who was an old woman startled me, she said, “you guys are our GUARDIANS” and I

chuckled, she just looked at me, bowed and went. I was kinda

perplexed.

I started going through the laptop, when I heard some people saying

“Omg,She is our leader, she even has the same laptop our leader used

to have.” , I didn't wanna interrupt, so I just ignored it.

I spoke about this to my best Friends, and they were perplexed too.

As I was going through the laptop, I saw a small note between its gaps,

as I opened it...

“I was the one who hid the Pink diamond, I was the one saving the

kingdom, and I....”

Wait, what did I just say??? And I just dozed off, when, I woke up, there

was a sword beside me and as soon as I touched it, I remembered this;-

“ I was a charming 20-year-old girl named ‘Yuri’ and I had a bestie

named 'Himari’ who always helped me when I was going through my

ups and downs, she had a brother named 'Kenji’ and he cared for his

sister a lot.

One day, I was just practicing sword fight when some guy just came

in my way,

he said to me, ‘Oh, do you wanna show your sword fighting skills?

Then come on, fight with me.” I fought with him and I won but he

was quite good, so I introduced myself to him and he said, ‘Hi, I'm

Fuji and you have impressive sword fighting skills”.

Then, we practiced sword fighting every day and eventually got close.

One day, Me, Himari, Kenji, and Fuji met, and we all were like a team

whenever the other kingdom people came and fought, we used to shoo

them away, so all the villagers loved us and started calling us the

Guardians of Saiko. They used to think of us like their Role models.

Slowly our village started becoming more prosperous and the

neighboring kingdom was jealous of us, it started to strengthen its

powers against us, after I learned about this, I took the Very valuable

pink Diamond and kept it in a secret place as I knew that the

neighboring kingdom always wanted it. I was at the forest side for

some days, hiding the Pink Diamond.

After I came back from the forest side, I told all the villagers about

the diamond and the plans of the neighboring kingdom and they said,

we all should be ready for anything.

One Time, Kenji had to go far away, he said he would be coming back

in 3 days. On the day Kenji was supposed to arrive, we got to know

the other kingdom hired a spy in our village and they were coming to

attack us, I thanked God cause I didn't tell them where I hid the

diamond.

As soon as we got to know this, Me, Fuji, and Himari, were going to

save the diamond.

While we were preparing to go, the other kingdom's soldiers

surrounded us, we couldn't do anything except run.

Fuji, at once had to fight them alone, while me and Himari were

running towards the diamond but Fuji`s skills weren't enough, and we continued running until...

We 3 reached the end of a hill, Fuji tried his best but there were just

too many people against us, and while Fuji was dodging one of the

swords it hit Himari and she fell of the hill.

Looking at Himari die, I couldn't do anything, I just sat there and

cried while Fuji was fighting. At last, we had to surrender,

They kept us in a jail kind of thing but there were some of our spy

villagers in this place, so they helped us to escape from there.

When Kenji returned, we told him about Himari, he cried a lot and

then, he took his knife out and killed Fuji and said I will haunt you

guys forever for killing my sister, I told him,” No,we didn't kill your

sister, I am sad because your sister died but you can't just kill us just

because your sad.” and he said, don't lie I saw Fuji`s sword in

Himari's stomach.

Oh my god!!! He mistook us and then suddenly everything went black "

which means I died???”

Wait, what??? Himari is Sherly, Kenji is Kai and Fuji is Zane. But does Kai

remember his past??? I never talked about all of this to anyone and just

excavated stuff, as I was excavating, I found a cemetery and one of them

had just a stone place, and “Kenji the goblin” was written on it.

Wait what??? Does it mean Kai is a goblin???

I wanted to know, so I went to the villagers and asked them if all of this is

true and this is what they said

“There were some of the villagers, who got to know Kenji and made

connections with the other kingdom army. So, they told the king about

this. The king got angry and sent soldiers to bring Kenji,

Kenji along with the neighboring kingdom's soldiers, killed many

soldiers from our kingdom, when the king learned about this, he

secretly sent spies to get him. When Kenji was caught, the king killed

Kenji.

The mountain god was angry on Kenji because of all the things he

had done and as a punishment he made him a goblin, and for him to

get rid of this curse, Himari must kill him with Fuji`s sword and

rumors say that Fuji`s sword can be found in the hill Himari died”

I was shocked, why did Kai make connections with the neighboring

kingdom??? I decided to ask him, when Zane and Sherly were not there

with us.

So, one day, while excavating, I told Sherly and Zane to go together to

left, while me and Kai would go right,

When we were far away, I hesitated but I asked Kai about everything, He

looked sad and spoke

“Well, I mistook Fuji and you for killing Himari but then, I got to

know you guys didn't kill her on purpose, I started regretting it and

wanted to do something to make it right, I knew you always wanted to

save our kingdom, so I made connections with the other kingdom, so

that they won't fight us.

When everything was almost settled our king attacked us, so we had

to fight back and when the king sent a spy, I just surrendered, I

wanted to die but the mountain god made me a goblin and until

Himari kills me with fuji`s sword, I will be immortal”

I couldn't reply, we were just silent the whole time and suddenly we

heard a shrill sound, we turned to look at Zane and Sherly??? They said

they also remembered their past when they visited this place but didn't tell anyone about this.

So now, our goal was to make Kai get rid of his curse,

After searching for days, we found the hill where we died, then we

started excavating there for a month, and then we found the sword,

Then, Sherly could’nt get herself to kill Kai but she had to, so with shaky

hands, she Killed Kai. Kai turned into fire particles and disappeared. We

all cried a whole ocean.

The next day, Kai was erased from Sherly`s and Zane`s memories, I

asked Sherly and Zane about Kai, and they said I was probably dreaming

about a guy named Kai, but I still remembered him, I had stuff that

belonged to him and remembered all the memories of him.

After a few years,

A new archaeologist joined our department, and He looked like Kai!!!

OMG, and his voice was also exactly like Kai's. I started talking to him

and yep, I could confirm it was Kai. My heart was filled with joy and his

new name was Jake.

I started helping him in his new profession and eventually got close to

him.

Then, I introduced Jake to Sherly and Zane. At first, they didn't like Jake

but now they had connected with him more than I did.

Soon after, we are now in another excavation.

Even though, nobody knows the truth about which I do, they still

connected with each other. Sherly, Zane and Jake may never be the

same after knowing the truth but for now, we are 4 peas in a pod...
