- Y/N groaned in annoyance as her boss gave her a pile of work. she ran her fingers through her hair in frustration. -

Y/N: I'm sick of this.

- she said while closing her eyes and placing her head on the table. -

Taehyung: Y/N, you ok?

- her coworker, Taehyung asked her while placing his hand on her shoulder. -

Y/N: yes. it's just I'm tired. boss told me to stay for two hours more after work.

- Taehyung giggled at her making her scoff. -

Y/N: yah don't laugh.

Taehyung: poor you. your boyfriend will be waiting for you then.

- she looked at him as he talked about her boyfriend. -

Y/N: yeah. I should text him that I'll be late today.

- After texting her boyfriend, she again looked at Taehyung. -

Taehyung: hey Y/N, do you know about the trend about couples nowadays?

Y/N: what trend?

- she looked at her confused. -

- Taehyung sat beside her and took his phone out from his pocket. he clicked a video where a girl was pranking her boyfriend by playing death. -

- Taehyung and Y/N giggled together as the guy's expectations were hilarious. -

Taehyung: what do you think?

- he said while looking at her. -

Y/N: amazing. [giggled]

Taehyung: I'm thinking about pulling this prank on Suzy. I wonder what her reaction will be.

- he said while smirking. then an idea popped in her mind. -

Y/N's mind:

- I can pull this prank on my boyfriend too. -

Y/N: hey, I'm thinking about pulling this prank on him.

- Taehyung smirked as he heard her. -

Taehyung: then you have to make a video on it.

Y/N: ok, I'll try.

- they both laugh together as they imagined their loved ones reaction whsn they will see them being dead. -

- walking towards her house, Y/N checked her phone if her boyfriend texted her something. there was no message from him. -

-'' strange '' , she thought. her boyfriend never leaves her on unseen. -

Y/N's mind:

- maybe he is busy. -

- opening the front door, Y/N called her boyfriend. signalling him that she is home. -

Y/N: Jungkook, I'm home.

Y/N: Jungkook?

- Y/N placed her bag on the table and went inside. -

- Jungkook was nowhere to be seen. she looked in the living room, kitchen. he was nowhere. like he was vanished. -

- walking upstairs to their shared room, she opened the door. he wasn't there but she could hear the water running from the tab in the bathroom. -

- she sighed, feeling relieved that her boyfriend is in the bathroom. knocking on the door, she called for him. -

Y/N: bunny? you're in here?

- Jungkook didn't answer her question. she grew impatient as he wasn't even answering. -

- '' is he mad at me? '' , she thought to herself. she pushed the door a little bit only to find it open. -

- stepping inside the bathroom her feet meet with cold water which was spread by the water from bathtub. -

- her eyes went towards the sink and she gasped for air as she saw a bloody rod lying there. the water in the floor was mixed with blood making it disgusting. -

- she widened her eyes as they fell on her boyfriend's lifeless body. -

Y/N: [whispered] J-Jungkook?

- she went towards him and sat down beside his body. then it hit her. '' he is pranking me. '', she thought to herself. she sighed in relief as she knew he was playing death. -

Y/N: Jungkook don't play. get up-

- she stopped talking when she pushed his body revealing his bloody face. her heart skipped a beat as she checked if he was breathing or not. -

Y/N: h-he is not breathing.

- she started crying as she discovered him dead. she shaked his body, screamed his name. but he didn't answer. -

Y/N: J-Jungkook please wake up. you can't l-leave me like this. Jungkook p-please wake up.

- she cried like a crazy. all those happy moments they spent together were flooding in her mind making her more weak. -

Y/N: I-I need to d-do something.

- she said while getting up. looking for her phone which she kept on the sink, she called Taehyung. -

Y/N: p-please pick up.

- her hands were now shaking as Taehyung didn't answer her call. she again called him but her phone slipped from her hand as she felt a strong hand warping around her waist. -

Jungkook: welcome home, baby.

- she shivered hearing his deep and husky voice. turning around, she met those familiar eyes which she craved for to see. -

Y/N: Jungkook?

- she flinched as his ice cold hand caressed her left cheek. his hands were cold because of the cold water and floor. her eyes filled with tears as Jungkook smiled at her. -

Y/N: I hate you. I hate you so much.

- she was crying while hitting his chest. he grabbed her hand and pulled her closer, hugging him tightly. Jungkook nuzzled his nose on her neck and whispered. -

Jungkook: I won't leave you baby, never. you're mine.

- Jungkook's voice was different. it was deep more than usual. -

- her eyes went towards the bathtub. -

Y/N: w-what?

- her breathing hitched as she saw Jungkook's lifeless body lying near the bathroom. '' if he is there, whom am I hugging? '' she thought. -

- she flinched as she felt the negative energy hugging her tightly. chuckling, he whispered in her ear. -

Jungkook: I'll never leave you. because it wasn't a...
