Oliver woke up in his king-size bed. He rubbed his eyes to make sure it was morning and checked the clock; it was 7:00 in the morning. Oliver was ready to get some caffeine. He was about to step out of his room when he saw his furry friend Tim by the door in his little flannel. Oliver picked him up and said, 'Who is a good boy?' Tim was enjoying the pets, and Oliver put him down.
Oliver walked down the stairs, which awakened Alexander, his other cat. Alexander ran from the room he was staying in and proceeded to follow every step that Oliver took. Oliver said in a happy tone, 'My, my, Alexander, aren't you excited for today?' Alexander nodded his head. He saw Brian and Jay in their respective rooms, relaxing on their beds. Oliver went to the kitchen to get some coffee. Finally, this day started for him.
He started hearing meows and frogs; he knew that EJ and Helen had finally woken up. The camera was right next to Oliver, seeing with excitement, waiting for their first drop of food. Oliver prepared all the food that his animals needed. When the last bowl was filled, he heard every animal in the house running downstairs. He was about to say, 'Good morning, guys,' but Toby accidentally threw him onto the couch. He didn't mind it; he had already drunk his coffee and was relaxed. He saw the last member of the household eating her bowl. 'My, Sally, did somebody have a good sleep last night?' he asked her. She nodded with happiness. While waiting for Sally to finish, halfway through the book, Sally finally finished her bowl. He smiled as he saw Toby approaching the speaking buttons. The red button means human, the blue button means half human, half animal, and the green button means animal. Toby kept pressing the blue button. Oliver said, 'Are you sure, Toby?' Toby barked, and Oliver understood that was a yes. He lined up every single member of the house and asked them, 'Are you ready, guys?' They proceeded to howl, bark, chirp, and make all kinds of animal noises.
Just one member wasn't sure if he wanted to turn into a human. Eventually, he took his time, and it was finally the process to turn into a human. Oliver turned off the lights and said, 'My companions, my friends forever until the end, now you may return to your human state. Let's flicker today!' He clapped his hands twice and turned on the lights. A row of people appeared; most of them had brown or black hair, while some had magical colors. When his companions opened their eyes, he heard for the first time that day Tim spoke, 'Jeff, the first one who gets upstairs is going to drink dark coffee.' He saw Jeff and Tim booking it upstairs, and he giggled as he proceeded with his day.
Sally was sitting next to Oliver; she was still tired, so she slept on his lap. He saw how Jay and Brian were chilling, acting like animals because Jay was licking Brian, trying to make him clean or just for a flirty gesture. Oliver said to Jay and Brian, 'You do know there is a shower, right?' He proceeded to say to Oliver, 'Oh no, I'm not trying to clean him; it's just a flirty thing that we sometimes do.' Oliver thought Jay was being flirty with Brian, still half ferret, and he swore he could have heard Jay say, 'No, I was the first one.' He heard that Tim and Jeff were fighting, so he told them to come downstairs so he could judge who was the first one. After a few minutes, Oliver told Tim, 'Jeff actually won this time; he gets the dark coffee.' Tim was kind of mad, but he didn't care; he already had his food. Tim went downstairs to relax with Brian and Jay as they made such a cute couple.
Oliver heard, once again, Helen and EJ fighting, so he decided to go up to their room. He knocked twice on the door, and EJ opened it in a grumpy mood. Oliver asked them, 'So, what seems to be the problem?' EJ proceeded to say, 'He was telling me that my style choice is too coffee emo edgy, meanwhile he looks like he came out of a Disney movie that includes emo.' Helen was about to interrupt, but Oliver said, 'Helen, it's not your turn to speak,' so Helen was quiet. EJ proceeded to explain what the argument was about, and Oliver said, 'Okay, Helen, it's your turn now.'
Helen proceeded to explain her side of the story. Oliver then said, 'Okay, I see you both have problems with each other's outfit choices. You know what would be fun to agree on? If you both learn what the meaning behind edgy and emo is.' EJ proceeded to say, 'That's actually a good idea.' Oliver let the boys get in. Brian's computer lab And they started searching up the meaning behind the words emo and edgy. The house was finally peaceful again when he heard somebody meowing. Somehow, he saw Toby. Ben was frustrated because he wasn't able to win the game, and he thought that Ben was cheating. Oliver said, 'Is everything okay, Toby?' Toby proceeded to say, 'No, Ben is cheating!' 'I'm not cheating,' Ben said in an offended voice. 'You're just really bad at the game.' Oliver said, 'Now boys, let's not say that kind of thing. Maybe you need to relax; after all, video games can get you exhausted. Maybe you need a cup of, I don't know, Mountain Dew or whatever you kids drink these days. If you're feeling a little bit stuck on something, you could always discuss it with the other person about how you're feeling. I'll get you water, Toby, and Ben, what do you want to drink besides water?' 'Everything is fine, Mr. Oliver,' Ben said. Oliver gave Toby water and he gave Ben some soda. They both cheered and drank their respective drinks. While Oliver was walking downstairs, he saw that Jay was getting a little bit funky. Instead of licking the neck, he was licking his partner's faces. Mr. Oliver asked, 'Jay, did you ask them for consent before you did that?' Jay said yes and then moved on to read another book.
