Main Characters

Jun Lee - He is a South Korean solo singer. He is 25 years old. He is extremely handsome and is good at fighting as well. Currently working in Jester M. Entertainment. He is the only heir to WL Company (the richest company in South Korea) but keeps his real identity hidden to pursue his dreams.

Lia May - She is an American-born Korean and is 22 years old. She is beautiful and talented and can make guys heart melt. She is the youngest daughter of Jester M. Entertainment but keeps it a secret due to her father's request.

Kai - He is 25 years old and a South Korean solo singer as well. Jun and him are childhood best friends. They work at the same company. He comes from a rich family and is very cool and handsome too.

Tina - She is 24 years old and is a South Korean model. She is very beautiful and cute. She is friends with Jun and Kai. She hates Lia and has a crush on Jun.

Julie Kim - She is 22 years old and Lia's best friends since childhood. She also comes from a rich family and is a famous designer. She has a crush on Lia's brother.

Liam - He is 26 years old and is the future heir to Jester M. Company. He is an overprotective brother. Although looks heartless on the outside, he is actually very caring towards the people he love.

The recent debut of Jun broke the music chart record in the whole country and in a short amount of time, he rose to fame.

However behind that successful reputation lies a hard working but lonely boy.

Haaa...I'm so tired. I haven't had a good sleep and I'm so hungry ugh.. I hope no one notices me.

Jun said in his mind as he sat down on a bench near a park.

He looked up in the bright sky and sighed.

No, I shouldn't give up, not after I left home and made that deal with dad. I've come this far so I should see this through.

Then, as he got up and decided to walk back, he dropped something and a girl (Lia) called him and said, "Hey, wait! You dropped something."

He turned back and gloomily said, "Oh thanks"

"Hey are you okay?" asked Lia.

"Yeah I'm just tired," replied Jun.

"I see, you must've worked hard. I don't know what you're going through but I hope that in the future you will have no regrets and never give up!" said Lia as the smiled sweetly at Jun.

Jun was touched by her words and looked away as he was blushing.

In present time :

Jun is now a famous idol that everyone knows. After those words in that year, he thrives hard and continues to work harder. He meets Lia and couldn't believe that it's her. He is pursuing Lia and she is his manager.

However, Lia doesn't remember him and now she likes Kai. But Jun knows.

"I love you, I want you to only look at me!"

"I'm sorry..."

"Hmph I won't give up no matter what!" *smirks*

What will happen when his love for her cannot be shown off to others because of reputation and gossips? What will he do to make her fall in love with him?!

Jun is holding his annual concert in Seoul. The stadium was filled with loud cheers and screams. He was shining brighter than any stars.

After the concert has ended, he went backstage. Lia came to him and said, "You've worked hard. Here, have some water."

While he was drinking she wiped away his sweats from his face and neck. Jun got startled and said, "I've worked hard so aren't you gonna give me my reward?" *smirks as he placed his hands on the wall*

"Wha..what are you saying!!!" Lia shouted back.

Jun giggled.

He has liked her since that year he met her and was shocked to see her at his company. Now, Lia is his manager.

After the concert, Lia drove Jun back to his villa. "Rest well, you have a shoot tomorrow. I'll pick you at 10am. Good night," said Lia as she smiled and waved at Jun.

What was that smile...she looks so pretty.

Jun thought.

The Next Morning :

Lia was waiting at the front door and suddenly, Jun came from behind and hugged her from behind.

He said, "Good morning angel I missed you." *smiles and hugs tighter*

"Hey! Get your hands off me! Don't touch me and please don't do these kinda things again." Lia dreamed angrily.

"But I like you and I don't want to do it sneakily," Jun said with a sad expression.

"Haa..you are a singer and you'll meet a lot of pretty girls. Don't waste time on me. I don't have much time too," Lia murmured and turned her face away.

What does she means? She hasn't even looked at me properly. Only looked at Kai. Stupid Kai!

Jun thought in his mind and pouted.

In the company :

They arrived in time for the shoot. Coincidently, Kai had something to do and he went and meet Jun and Lia.

"Hey guys, what are you doing today?" Kai smiled and waved at them.

"Hey Kai," Lia said sweetly and blushed slightly.

Jun saw it and was annoyed at Kai. "Hey!" he said angrily and glared at Kai.

"What's wrong with you?" Kai said confusingly. Jun got even more pissed and walked off.

"Hey Lia, wanna grab a drink later since I finish around you guys?" Kai asked.

"Sure!" she replied excitedly.

Wow I hope my outfit was okay today. Ahhh I'm so happy.

Lia grinned happily.

After the shoot, Jun went and find Lia but then he saw Lia in Kai's arms. They were hugging. He saw her blushing and got extremely angry at the scene.

Jun came and pulled Lia to his side and glared at Kai.

"What were you guys doing?" Jun asked impatiently.

"She looked dizzy and tripped, but luckily I caught her. That's all bro. What's gotten into you?" Kai replied.

Jun's face turned red but he was still a little irritated because they were very close.

"Hey! Let go of me!" Lia exclaimed as she was struggling to move away from Jun's arms.

"No! Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" Jun asked worriedly.

"You..no need to overreact I just twisted my leg." Lia replied.

"What?!" Jun shouted. "Why are you so clumsy?"

"It's fine leave it," said Lia.

"No I'll help you bandage it. You should rest for a few days." Jun told her.

"Lia, just listen to Jun. Let's meet next time when you're better." Kai said and smiled and patted her on her head.

Lia blushed and said, "Okay...bye Kai."

Jun then got angry again at the sight of Kai patting her head. Then he sighed and thought, Well, at least he caught her. Hmm she must've worked really hard for the past few days. I should take care of her then *happy*.

After that, he sent Lia back to her apartment.

At night at her apartment :

Jun carried her like a princess and went up.

"Hey..you don't need to carry me like that. You're exaggerating! Put me down!" Lia said embarrassingly.

"You should feel honoured! Hmph!" Jun replied. *chuckled*

Inside her apartment, it was small and simple but neat. Jun put her down and helped her bandage up her ankle. After bandaging, Lia asked, "Are you hungry? I can cook something for you."

"No! You shouldn't walk that much. Let me borrow your kitchen, I'll cook. And FYI, I know how to cook!" Jun said proudly. Lia agreed.

Lia couldn't help but look at him cook.

Wow, he sure knows how to cook. Heh, I guess he's pretty capable and I have to admit, it's kinda attractive. Lia thought and giggled.

After dinner, Lia got a call from his father.

"Dad!" Lia said happily.

"My dear angel, I heard you twisted your leg today. Are you ok??" Her dad said anxiously.

"I'm fine, yeah. Okay okay I'll be careful and lie low. Don't worry, I love you." Lia replied and smiles. Then she sighed.

Haaa...when will brother come back I miss him. And this life right now, it's not bad but it's kinda tiring..I hope I can go back soon...

Lia thought in her mind as a sad expression appeared on her face. Soon she fell asleep on her couch.

Jun came and and said, "Lia, I finished washing the dishes.

But he found Lia has already fallen asleep. Jun tried to wake her up to ask her to go to her room. In her sleep, she suddenly grabbed Jun's hand and said, "No..no..don't go...please...mmm.."

Jun got flustered and then carried Lia to her room. His heart was thumping so loud and fast. He decided to stay beside her for the night..
