Foreign Cultivator

Episode 1

Takeshi had always been a typical 18-year-old living in Tokyo. He was an unassuming young man with a penchant for daydreaming and an insatiable curiosity. Every day after school, he walked home along the bustling streets of the city, blending into the crowd of students in their uniforms, each with their own unique dreams and aspirations. Little did he know that his life was about to take a turn beyond anything he could have imagined.

It was a crisp autumn afternoon, and the sun cast long shadows over the city. Takeshi's schoolbag swung lightly at his side as he navigated the familiar path. He had been daydreaming about the upcoming weekend, when he'd planned to visit a new exhibit at the local museum. Lost in thought, he didn't notice the approaching truck until it was too late.

The deafening screech of brakes, the blaring of the horn, and the horrified gasps of onlookers filled Takeshi's ears in the split second before impact. He was thrown through the air, a sensation of weightlessness engulfing him. Everything seemed to slow down as if time itself had stretched to its limits. Takeshi's life flashed before his eye's. Then, with a jarring thud, he hit the ground. Pain shot through his body, and the world went dark.

Takeshi awoke to a world vastly different from the one he had known. His senses slowly returned, and he found himself lying on a soft, unfamiliar surface. He attempted to sit up but was met with a wave of dizziness. As he steadied himself, he noticed that the environment around him was nothing like Tokyo. The scenery was stunning, with rolling hills and lush greenery stretching out as far as the eye could see. The air was crisp and filled with the scent of wildflowers.

Panic and confusion surged within him as he realized that he was no longer in his own world. Takeshi stood up, his legs feeling oddly strong and sturdy, and took in his reflection in a nearby pond. Fiery red eyes stared back at him, contrasting sharply with his jet-black hair. His nose was distinctly pointed, and his skin was a shade paler than he remembered. He touched his face, running a finger over his pointed nose, trying to make sense of the transformation.

"What happened?" Takeshi muttered to himself, his voice tinged with disbelief. He couldn't explain the changes in his appearance or the bizarre surroundings he found himself in.

As he began to explore the area, Takeshi discovered that this world was far from ordinary. He came across a group of individuals dressed in robes, practicing martial arts in a serene meadow. They moved with a grace and power that Takeshi had never seen before.

Approaching one of them cautiously, Takeshi introduced himself, "I'm Takeshi. Can you tell me where I am? This place is unlike anything I've ever seen."

The robed figure regarded him with a mixture of surprise and curiosity. "You're in the streets of dahila " the person explained.

Over time, Takeshi learned more about this world of cultivators. They followed various sects, each with its own philosophies and techniques for improving their martial progress. The world itself was brimming with energy, and these cultivators had dedicated their lives to tapping into its power.

One day, as Takeshi was browsing through an library, he stumbled upon a dusty tome. Its pages were filled with what appeared to be English words, and it sent shivers down his spine. Takeshi recognized the language immediately, for he had grown up in a world where English was a common tongue.

However, to his astonishment, he realized that no one in this world spoke English. The people here had no knowledge of it; they regarded the few English words in the tome as sacred relics, referring to them as "Divine texts." It was as if English was a forgotten language, preserved only in these enigmatic passages.

Takeshi was aghast by this discovery, and it raised an intriguing possibility in his mind. What if he could use his knowledge of English, a language from his world, to influence this one? Could he utter words in English to invoke their meanings and bring about miraculous changes? The idea seemed preposterous, yet tantalizingly plausible.

One evening, as he gazed at the starry sky, Takeshi whispered to himself, "Summon storm." He uttered the phrase in English, not expecting anything to happen. But to his astonishment, the once-clear night sky began to churn with dark clouds, and the wind picked up, carrying a faint scent of rain. Takeshi had unwittingly summoned a storm.

The realization hit him like a lightning bolt. He could, indeed, influence this world by speaking in English.

He learnd about a test to enter a sect by reading stone tablet.

The tablet was said to be a gateway to the sects in this realm, a means of determining who was worthy of their teachings.

The tablet was located at the heart of a sacred grove, surrounded by towering ancient trees that whispered secrets of the past. The air was heavy with anticipation as young cultivators from various places gathered, hoping to pass the test. Takeshi was no exception. The prospect of gaining entrance to one of these revered sects filled him with a mix of excitement and nervousness.

As he approached the stone tablet, Takeshi marveled at the intricate carvings that adorned its surface. The Divine Texts were etched into the stone, their meaning shrouded in mystery. He couldn't help but wonder what secrets lay hidden within those words.

Takeshi took his place in line, waiting for his turn to face the test. He observed those who went before him, their expressions ranging from determination to disappointment. Some could barely read a handful of Divine Texts, while others demonstrated more proficiency.

When it was finally Takeshi's turn, he stepped forward, his heart pounding with anticipation. He cleared his mind and focused on the first line of the tablet. The characters glowed faintly in the stone, beckoning him to unlock their meaning.

With a deep breath, he began to read. Takeshi's pronunciation was flawless, and the words flowed from his lips effortlessly. As he continued to recite, he watched in awe as the stone tablet responded. The characters shimmered with a radiant light, indicating his success.

The onlookers gasped in amazement. It was unheard of for someone to read all the Divine Texts on the stone tablet. Takeshi's accomplishment had set him apart.

Various Elders from the sect began to approach him, each vying for the chance to take him as their disciple. They promised him power, knowledge, and a promising future in their sects. Takeshi, however, remained composed. He was in no rush to make a decision.

Just as he was considering his options, a hush fell over the crowd. A figure emerged from the shadows, and Takeshi's heart skipped a beat. It was Great Elder Shen, a legendary figure in the world of cultivators. His reputation was awe-inspiring, and his presence commanded respect.

Great Elder Shen regarded Takeshi with an intense, piercing gaze. "Young one," he began, "would you like to become my disciple?"

Takeshi's mind raced, and he realized that this was a moment of great significance. He weighed his options carefully before responding, "Great Elder Shen, I am honored by your offer. However, I would like to know more about the sects and your teachings before making a decision."

Great Elder Shen nodded, a hint of approval in his eyes. "Wise choice," he remarked. "Tell me, what is your current cultivation stage?"

Takeshi, unfamiliar with the concept of cultivation stages, hesitated. He didn't want to reveal his lack of knowledge about this world's customs. Instead, he decided to ask, "Great Elder Shen, how can I check my cultivation stage?"

A subtle smile played on the Great Elder's lips as he answered, "It's simple. You just have to say, 'Reveal stage.'"

Takeshi followed the instruction, speaking the words with a sense of curiosity. To his surprise, a small, shimmering aura materialized on his back, revealing his cultivation stage to the onlookers. Laughter erupted from the crowd, and Takeshi felt a pang of embarrassment.

Great Elder Shen's expression remained stoic, though. "It appears that you are at the Body Tempering stage," he stated, as if nothing was amiss.

But one voice in the crowd was less forgiving. "Body Tempering stage? Even children have already surpassed that stage," a man jeered, prompting a ripple of laughter.

Takeshi's face turned crimson, but he refused to be discouraged. Instead, he was determined to harness the power of the Divine Texts to prove himself. He knew that this world had an entirely different set of rules and that he had to adapt quickly.

With determination burning in his eyes, Takeshi decided to use the power of the Divine Texts to break through to the next cultivation stage. He focused on the words etched in his memory and uttered, "Cultivation improve."

The effect was nothing short of miraculous. A surge of energy coursed through his body, and he felt himself ascending through the stages with incredible speed. It was as if the barriers holding him back were dissolving, and he was transcending limitations.

The crowd watched in astonishment as Takeshi's aura soared, and he achieved the QI Refining stage in the blink of an eye. Great Elder Shen, too, observed with a hint of incredulity.

As Takeshi stood there, his newly acquired power coursing through his veins, Great Elder Shen approached him. "What Divine Text did you use to achieve such a feat?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine curiosity.

Takeshi knew that he couldn't reveal the true source of his knowledge, so he replied, "I learned it from a secret book that my grandpa gave me. I've been studying it in secret for years."

Great Elder Shen nodded, seemingly satisfied with the explanation. "Impressive," he said. "You have shown great potential, young one."

Takeshi's meteoric rise in power didn't go unnoticed. The crowd began to whisper among themselves, and the news of his unprecedented breakthrough spread like wildfire.

Great Elder Shen, recognizing Takeshi's unique talent, conferred upon him the title of the Holy Son of the sect. It was an honor that left Takeshi humbled and overwhelmed.

After Takeshi's astonishing breakthrough to the QI Refining stage, he found himself standing before Great Elder Shen, eager to learn more about the world of cultivation. He couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and curiosity about the incredible journey he had embarked upon. It was time to gain a deeper understanding of the path he was now treading.

Takeshi's eyes met those of Great Elder Shen as he asked, "Great Elder, can you please explain the stages of cultivation to me? I wish to understand the path I've set foot upon."

Great Elder Shen nodded with a faint smile, pleased by Takeshi's thirst for knowledge. "Of course," he replied. "The path of cultivation is a journey of self-discovery, where one learns to harness the life force within to achieve ever-greater heights of power and understanding. There are eight stages of cultivation, each marked by a significant increase in one's life force."

Takeshi listened intently as Great Elder Shen continued to explain.

Body Tempering Stage - Great Elder Shen began. "At this level, you learn to refine and strengthen your physical body. It lays the foundation for your journey, increasing your strength, resilience, and speed. Cultivators at this stage often develop techniques to bolster their physical abilities."

Initial Foundation Stage - "This stage allows you to extend your life force beyond your physical body," Shen continued. "You'll be able to sense the world's energy and establish a connection with it. At this point, martial techniques become more profound and connected to the world's energy."

QI Refining Stage - "You've already achieved this stage," Great Elder Shen remarked "Here, your life force takes on a more tangible form. It becomes known as 'QI,' which can be molded and shaped for various purposes. This is where you'll discover the true power of martial arts."

Flowing QI Stage - "In this stage, you'll refine your QI further, allowing it to flow more smoothly within your body," Shen explained. "This enhances your control over your life force, making it easier to execute complex martial techniques. Your movements become more fluid and precise."

True Foundation Stage - "At this stage, your life force becomes harmonious with the world's energy," Shen said. "It's a pivotal point in your journey, where you'll be able to sense the ebb and flow of the world's energy around you. Your martial techniques will reach a new level of finesse."

QI Fusion Stage "Your QI now has the ability to fuse with other elements," Shen continued. "You can harmonize your life force with the elements of nature, imbuing your martial techniques with elemental power. This allows for a greater range of attacks and defenses."

**Perfect Harmony Stage**: "In this stage, your life force is in perfect balance with the world," Shen explained. "You'll be able to manipulate the world's energy at will, drawing upon its vast power to perform extraordinary feats. Your strength and speed become superhuman."

Nascent Stage - "The final stage is the Nascent Stage," Shen concluded. "Here, your life force is fully awakened, and you become one with the world's energy. And your Martial abilities become infinitely more powerful."

Takeshi absorbed the information, his mind racing with the possibilities that each stage offered. He now understood that his path to becoming a formidable cultivator was marked by these stages, each building upon the previous one.

Shen continued, "It's not just about strength and speed, Takeshi. As you progress through these stages, you'll learn to master your life force, which in turn will enable you to perform a wide array of martial techniques. You can even fuse your QI with weapons, enhancing their power and making them extensions of yourself."

Takeshi nodded, his excitement growing. He was beginning to grasp the depth and complexity of cultivation, and it filled him with a newfound determination to succeed.

With a reassuring smile, Great Elder Shen said, "You've had a long and eventful day, Takeshi. It's time for you to rest and recuperate. I've prepared a room for you in the sect. You'll need your strength for the days to come."

Takeshi was grateful for the opportunity to rest, but he couldn't help but feel a sense of restlessness as he entered his personal room within the sect. He was surrounded by an unfamiliar environment, a far cry from the life he had known in Tokyo.

As Takeshi lay on the comfortable bed, he contemplated the path he had chosen. The stone tablet, the Divine Texts, the stages of cultivation—it was all so surreal, and yet it was his reality now. He knew that he had a long and arduous journey ahead of him, but he was determined to embrace it wholeheartedly.

The events of the day had left him mentally and physically exhausted, and it didn't take long for sleep to claim him. As Takeshi drifted into slumber.
