In a room bathed in the soft glow of morning light
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[blinking her eyes open] Where... Where am I?
The ceiling above her was a blank canvas, and for a moment, she simply stared, the world around her a haze of unfamiliarity. Confusion tugged at the edges of her mind, a puzzle with pieces just beyond her reach.
grace Weaver (FL'S MOM)
[softly] She's waking up! Oh, thank goodness.
Sebastian Weaver (FL'S dad)
[filled with hope] Finally! It's been so long.
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[whispering to herself] Who are they? Why can't I remember?

[entering the room] Good morning, Sophia. How are you feeling?

[confused, her voice barely above a whisper] Who are you? And where am I?
Everyone In the room sees her reaction, no one is talking about anything.

[speaking gently] I'm Nurse Parker. You're in the hospital, dear. You've been asleep for quite a while.
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[struggling to process the information] Asleep? How long?
nurse
[with a hint of compassion] You've been in a coma for eight months. It's a miracle you're awake now.
grace Weaver (FL'S MOM)
[teary-eyed] She's stirring! Look, she's opening her eyes!🥹
Sebastian Weaver (FL'S dad)
[grasping Sophia's hand] Sophia, can you hear us?

[looking at them, feeling disconnected] I... I don't know who you are.
lorenzo Weaver(FL'S elder brother)
[rushing in, a mix of relief and uncertainty on his face] Is she...?
Sebastian Weaver (FL'S dad)
[nodding] Yes, she's fully awake now.
lorenzo Weaver(FL'S elder brother)
[heading out of the room, presumably to find the doctor] I'll get the doctor. He needs to check on her.

[whispering, her voice shaky] Sophia, it's Mom and Dad. We've been waiting for this moment.🥹

[feeling overwhelmed by their emotions and her own confusion] I... I don't remember you.
lsaac Weaver(FL'S twin)

[speaking gently, his eyes searching hers] It's okay, sweetheart. We're your family. We've missed you so much.

[her voice quivering] We've been here every weekend, hoping and praying for you to wake up.🥹
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[to herself, feeling lost and frustrated] Wake up? From what? And why don't I remember them?
lorenzo Weaver(FL'S elder brother)
[returning with a doctor]

[examining Sophia, his voice soothing] Good morning, Sophia. I'm Dr. Williams. How are you feeling?
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[voice shaky, gaze drifting to her family and then back to the doctor] Confused. Lost. Scared.
doctor
[offering reassurance] It's natural to feel that way. You've been through a lot.
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[whispering, almost to herself] What happened to me? Why can't I remember anything?

[speaking to Sophia's father in a hushed tone] Mr. Weaver, I must advise you to be cautious about reintroducing her to her past. Her memory loss was severe, and the shock could be detrimental to her emotional state.

[concerned] What are you suggesting, Doctor?

It might be better for her health if we focus on helping her build new memories and connections. Her past could trigger trauma or instability.

[feeling a sense of unease] There's something you're not telling me, isn't there?

[gently] Sweetheart, right now, what matters is that you're safe and you're with us.
lorenzo Weaver(FL'S elder brother)
You stay here, Mom. James and I will grab something to eat.

I think we should ask the doctor what can she eat

Sit you two......let me tell you what we think about your sister
Lorenzo and Isaac are walking towards the hospital room while carrying food that the doctor suggest

[offering a weak smile] A bit groggy, but I think I'm okay.

Sophia Weaver(fl)
[teary-eyed] But I want to know more. I want to remember.🥹🥹
grace Weaver (FL'S MOM)
: [wiping her own tears] And you will, sweetheart. In time, when the doctors believe you're ready, we'll help you piece together your past. Until then, focus on getting better and stronger. That's all we want for you.
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[softly] Okay, Mom. I'll try.
grace Weaver (FL'S MOM)
[holding her hand tightly] We're in this together, Sophia. Your health and well-being come first.
at night everyone talked and went home. Sophia was still in hospital because the doctor suggested they keep her in observation for a few days
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[Thinking about a lot of things ]
doctor
[entering the room with a warm smile] How are you feeling today, Sophia?
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[sitting up in bed] Better, I think. A bit tired, though.
doctor
That's expected after what you've been through. We just want to keep an eye on you for another day, make sure everything's progressing well.
Sophia Weaver(fl)
[nodding] I appreciate that. And... thank you for everything, Doctor.
doctor
[gentle tone] It's my job, Sophia. But it's your strength that's getting you through this.
The day passes, and Sophia spends her time in the hospital room, occasionally looking out the window, lost in her thoughts. Her mind is a whirlwind of confusion and curiosity about her past.
