Assassin's Creed

The Beginning of the tragedy..

Yuzu was walking down the sidewalk with Shigeko. They just got a text from Yuzu's mom that there's something she needs to tell them.

"What do you think mom is talking about?" Yuzu asked as they walked heading back toward their house.

"Don't ask me, I know nothing." Shigeko said and kept walking with Yuzu.

Yuzu just nodded and brought her attention back to the road and took a left turn then ran. Shigeko ran with her as they headed toward their burning house.

"No, no, no, mom!" Yuzu shouted and ran but the firefighters held her in place.

"Miss, please let the authorities take care of the situation." The man said but Yuzu didn't listen to him.

She sprinted toward the house and went to the bathroom to wet herself with water. Then she went upstairs to see her mom collapsed on the stairs. She took her mom and helped her up then went toward the exit.

Yuzu coughed as the smoke reached her lungs.

"Y-Yuzu, just leave," Ume said as she just woke up.

"I'm not leaving without you, mama. Not again." Yuzu said and kept walking toward the exit.

When the firefighters saw them, they hurried toward them and helped the two go outside safely. Yuzu was given some water and a new pair of clothes with a towel to dry her. Meanwhile, her mom was taken to the hospital to get her checked up.

The police arrived and they immediately went to ask them.

"Hey, kid. Where were you when the fire started?" The investigator asked.

"Haah, we were outside sir. We didn't know how the fire started." Yuzu replied.

"What happened before you guys went here?" He asked.

"My mom told us that there's something important she needs to tell us and that's when I saw the smoke coming from our house." Yuzu replied.

"We ran toward home and saw the fire." Shigeko added.

"Is that all?" The investigator asked. The girls nodded and he nodded back then left.

The investigator went toward to his group and discussed everything with them.

"Y-Yuzu, do you think auntie's alright?" Shigeko asked with her head down.

"Why are you asking that, mom will be alright. She will be, my mom's strong...I hope." Yuzu said and whispered the last part.

"Uhh, miss. We found this in your house. I think this belongs to your mom." The firefighters said handing her the phone.

"Thank you, officer." Yuzu said and took the phone.

Yuzu put the phone close to her when it rang. Yuzu jumped and almost threw the phone away.

"Hello?" Yuzu answered.

"Ume? Are you guys ready?" A man answered on the other line.

"Excuse me sir, I think you dialed the wrong number." Yuzu replied. "My mom is at the hospital right now." Yuzu added and she and Shigeko heard a gasp from the other line.

"What hospital is your mom in?" The man asked.

"She’s in Doctors' Hospital sir. Why do you need my mom?" Yuzu asked.

"I'm a close friend of your mom, Yuzu. She asked me for help ever since Yongi died." The man explained.

"We're still back home, I think we'll be asking the police to us to the hospital later." Yuzu replied.

"No need, I'll give you a ride to the hospital. Just stay there." The man said.

"Uhh.... Can I ask for your name sir?" Shigeko asked.

"It's Sho Aihara, kid. I'll be going now so that I can get ready." Sho replied and hanged up.

"That's weird. You don't know this man but your mom knows him?" Shigeko asked.

"Let's just wait and see, I think I've heard that surname before." Yuzu said and rested her head on the wall beside her.

"Are you leaving again?" Mei asked her father.

"I'm not going to spend much time, Mei. It's about your sister. She needs me right now." Sho replied.

"You care for her more than your own daughter?" Mei asked.

"Can we not talk about this right now? She will lose her family if I don't come." Sho replied.

"You'll lose me if you leave." Mei said.

"Mei, please." Sho pleaded.

"Just go, like I care." Mei said and turned around to leave.

"Th-then, why don't you come with me? You'll see who I'm talking about." Sho suggested.

"Fine, I'll go." Mei said and followed her father outside toward the garage.

Yuzu was asleep because of exhaustion; Shigeko was looking after her as the man arrived. She waited until the man came up to them before standing up.

"You are?" Sho asked.

"I'm Shigeko, Yuzu's cousin." Shigeko replied.

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Shigeko." Sho said and looked down.

"I guess she was really exhausted. Let me help you bring her to the car. I'll carry her." Sho said and carefully carry Yuzu.

"Shall we get going?" Sho asked and Shigeko nodded.

"M-mama..." Yuzu mumbled which the two heard.

"Nightmares," Shigeko said. "She always has those dreams ever since Uncle Yongi died." Shigeko added.

"I'll have nightmares too if that happened to them." Sho said and knocked on the car window.

"Hey, Mei, Can you open the door now?" Sho asked and a girl went out.

"So, that's her? Hmm...not bad." Mei said and opened the door at every side.

"Hop in, Shigeko." Sho said as he put Yuzu on the backseat.

They're all silent as they drove toward the hospital.

"Are you cousins with Yuzu to your mom's side?" Sho asked.

"Actually no, my father is brothers of Yuzu's father." Shigeko replied.

"I see if you’re wondering, this is my daughter Mei. She's a bit shy around people." Sho said.

"Well, I guess it's nice to meet you?" Shigeko said nervously.

"Haha, Mei don’t be rude,” Sho said and Mei turned to look at Shigeko.

"Shigeko right? Nice to meet you." Mei said and smiled a little.

"Hmm, Haah..." Yuzu yawned and slowly wake up.

"Shik? Where are we?" Yuzu said as she sat up.

"We're with Mr. Aihara, Yuzu. Don't worry; we're almost at the hospital." Shigeko explained.

"Hey there, Yuzu. We'll be there in a few minutes." Sho said.

"Thanks, Uncle." Yuzu said and leaned her head on the car door.

Sho smiled and brought back his attention toward the road. The rest of the journey was quiet except to the honking of cars outside a d people talking. They went out of the car and Yuzu stretched her body after the long journey.

"Aah! I hope mom alright." Yuzu said as she straightened herself up again.

"Don't worry, auntie will be alright." Shigeko replied and put her arm around her shoulder and the two followed the Aiharas inside.

"May I help you, sir?" The nurse at the counter asked as she greeted them.

"I'm here for Ume Okogi. Do you know where her room is?" Sho answered.

"It's on room 307 sir on the third floor to the right but only family members are allowed so that the patient could rest." The nurse explained.

"I understand, can I just send the kids upstairs then wait outside the room?" Sho asked and the nurse nodded in response. "Thanks." Sho said and asked the others to follow him.

They arrived outside the room and saw Ume still resting.

"Yuzu, you should go in first and we'll wait here." Shigeko said and Yuzu nodded nervously.

"It'll be fine, Yuzu. Your mom's strong." Mei said and Yuzu nodded again then went inside.

She closed the door and her mom opened her eyes.

"Hey there kiddo," Ume greeted as she smiled.

"Mom!" Yuzu shouted and hugged her mom tightly. "I'm so glad you're alright!" Yuzu said as she took a sigh of relief.

"Hehe, don't worry too much about mom. I'm strong you know. I'm more amazed by you! How did you know that you should wet your clothes first before entering a burning area?" Ume asked.

"I just watched it somewhere, mom. I saw you unconscious on the stairs! But you could've been more badly hurt if I didn't came in!" Yuzu shouted as she scolded her own mom.

"But how did the fire started anyway?" Yuzu asked.

"I don't know darling. Maybe I forgot the food I was cooking and it caused a fire inside the house. I don't really remember anything. Is Shik outside?" Ume asked.

"Yeah mom, you want them to come in?" Yuzu asked.

"Them?" Ume asked.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you that Uncle Sho took us here. He was worried about you too." Yuzu said.

"Ah it’s Sho. Can you send them in?" Ume asked and Yuzu nodded and went toward the door opened it slightly and poked her head out.

"Come on out guys. Mom wants to see you." Yuzu said and the three stood up and slowly reached the door.

"Hey, there." Ume greeted weakly.

"You! You made your daughter worry and all you can say is hey?!" Sho scolded Ume.

Ume only looked at Sho with a serious look so Sho said. "Can you guys step out for awhile? I need to talk to Ume privately." Sho said and the three girls nodded.

"What do you think they will talk about? Uncle Sho sounded serious." Yuzu said when they all sat down.

"Dunno, maybe it's about what really happened earlier...I'm just guessing so...yeah." Shigeko said then leaned her back on the chair.

"I think that Papa knows something that the only two of them know and refuse to talk about it while we are listening." Mei said as she looked at Yuzu.

"That too, but I asked mom if there was something she wanted to tell me earlier but she just shrugged it off." Yuzu said.

"Do you think Auntie is hiding something from us?" Shigeko asked.

"No, I don't think so. I made her promise that no more secrets and she did a pinky swear with me." Yuzu replied.

"I-I see, well. I guess your mom has her other hand crossed on her back." Shigeko replied.

"Well, I guess I think that mom just wants to protect us from something but refuses to tell us." Yuzu concluded then a woman approached them.

"Hey, Kelly." Mei greeted to the woman.

"Hey, there. It's time to go." The woman named Kelly said.

"I'll just say goodbye to mom..." Yuzu said then knocked on her mom's room then went inside.

"Uhh, I just want to tell you that Kelly's here and we're going. I'll see you tomorrow mom, I love you." Yuzu said and went to kiss her mom goodbye.

"Be careful on your way there." Sho said and Yuzu just nodded then left the room.

Yuzu turned to the side and saw that they were waiting for her. Kelly let the kids first then went to the elevator. They arrived the parking lot and the kids followed Kelly to the car. They were all silent as Kelly drove toward the Aihara Mansion.

Sho was talking to Ume when the door opened and the doctor went in.

"Are you Sho Aihara?" The Doctor asked.

"Yes, doc," Sho answered.

"It's best if we talk outside." The doctor said and went out again. Sho followed and closed the door.

"So, about your wife, I don't think she's going to live for long. Not without a lung transplant. Her lungs are weak and that accident made it worst. I want you to decide now, sir." The Doctor explained.

"Is there any way that you could still save her?" Sho asked.

"We need a donor and that would take us a long time, especially it's the lungs. I don't think her lungs could wait any longer for a donor." The doctor answered.

"Uhh, can we just talk later? I want to explain it to my wife before I make any moves besides I don't want the kids to know." Sho said and the doctor nodded.

"I'll be in my office if you are ready, sir. But it's best if you hurry." The doctor said and left.

Sho slowly went back inside with tears forming in his eyes. Ume just smiled weakly and nodded.

"Just do it, Sho. I'm weak besides I won't live for long." Ume said and closed her eyes to stop herself from crying because Sho had started crying.

"Ume, how will I explain this to the kids? Especially Yuzu, I don't know how she will react!" Sho explained.

"I don't care if Yuzu gets angry at me, Sho. Just tell her everything she needs to know about me and my past." Ume said as she sighed.

"Ume please, I can't do it. I'm too weak. I want you to explain it to her." Sho said.

"It's already too late and you know that...I already put a letter on Yuzu's jacket earlier this morning. I think she might have read it by now." Ume said slowly as she had a hard time breathing.

Sho's eyes widen and the only thing he can do is sigh.

"I'm sure you have your reasons why you want to do this...I'm sure to explain and send your message to your daughter my friend, I'll see you soon." Sho as he kissed Ume on the forehead then went to the door. He looked back and saw Ume nod so he went out and talked to the doctor.

* * *

"I hope mom would be okay, I'm afraid..." Yuzu said as tears started forming in her eyes.

"H-Hey it'll be okay, Auntie will be okay," Shigeko said.

"But you won't know what will happen, Shik. I see mom frequently coughing but I just didn't mind it because she doesn't want me to worry." Yuzu explained.

"Auntie has her reasons why she refuse to tell you the truth." Shigeko said as they went inside the mansion.

"I guess... " Yuzu said then she immediately sat on the couch in the living room.

"I'll leave you guys now, if you need me I'll be in my quarters." Kelly said then left.

"So, for your quarters. Shigeko, you have your on room while Yuzu and I have the same room but two beds." Mei explained.

"I have my room but Yuzu hasn't? Why is that?" Shigeko asked.

"Because her bed is in my room, you could stay with your cousin if you want," Mei said.

"I-I see, I'll just go out for fresh air guys. I'll be right back." Yuzu said then left before the two of them could stop her.

'Isn't this the paper I saw earlier in my jacket from mom? She said I can only read it after I meet someone named Sho Aihara.'

Yuzu thought as she opened the letter.

Yuzu,

I'm sorry if my decisions didn't match yours but I have my reasons. I just want to tell you that the reason I was coughing is that I have cancer and I lied about it telling you it was just cold because of one thing, you. Your Uncle Sho will explain everything to you when you see him but it is better if you ask him to tell you. I'm afraid that if this letter was handed to the wrong person they'll target you and I don't want that. I love you, darling. I hope you won't hate mom. See you around darling; remember that I and Papa will always be watching you. I love you.

Mama

Yuzu clenched the paper and threw it. She's so angry because her mom kept secrets from her. Yuzu only went back inside and went to Mei's room and closed the door. She heard the shower running and thought that Mei is taking a shower.

"Haah, Mama. Why do you keep breaking your promise? I don't understand you." Yuzu mumbled as she cried.

"Hey, I thought you were just clearing your head outside, are you okay?" Mei asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just angry and I feel helpless that's all." Yuzu replied.

"I think I know what you're feeling. I felt it when dad left me without saying anything." Mei said.

"The only problem is that my mom wanted to end her life without telling me, now it is too late to try and stop her." Yuzu said as she sat up.

"How do you know?" Mei asked.

"She sent me a letter that she's ending her life for my own sake, also told me that all I need to know, I can get it from your father." Yuzu said. "Do you know anything about mom's talking about?" Yuzu asked as she added.

"I-, Mei stopped and thought of something before continuing. "I don't, actually," Mei said.

"It's okay; I know this is only adult talk that we can't know about." Yuzu said and lay on her bed again then turned to the other side then closed her eyes. Mei did the same and remembered what her father told her before they met the Okogis.

Flashback

"Ah, before I forget Mei. You can't speak about our people in front of Yuzu." Sho said.

"Why so?" Mei asked.

"She doesn't know anything about the Shadow World, kiddo. Her mom doesn't want her to know anything about that so please let's keep it that way, okay?" Sho explained.

"Yes, sen-father, is there a reason why her mom doesn't want to tell her?" Mei asked.

"I'm not sure but I can only tell you that when you search the Okogi clan, you will find something about your question," Sho said then parked his car.

End of Flashback

Ring Ring

Mei stood up and took the telephone then answered.

M- Hello?

S- It's me dad, can you please give the phone to Yuzu?

M- Just wait as I fetch Yuzu.

Mei left the phone hanging but put it on speaker before she went to Yuzu, she was peacefully asleep but she has to wake her up.

"Hmm?" Yuzu said as she sat up and yawned.

"It's Papa, on the phone. It's on speaker." Mei said.

"Uncle?" Yuzu asked.

"It's about your mom Yuzu. She..." Show said.

"She what?" Yuzu asked but she knew what already happened.

"She's gone. I'm sorry, Yuzu. I don't know where she is." Sho said on the other line.

"... " Yuzu was shocked because of the betrayal of the people around her.

"Yuzu?" Sho asked.

"I'm f-fine, Uncle. She disappeared? How?" Yuzu asked.

"I'll hang up now, the police are here to investigate the scene. I'll see you here, take care guys." Sho added then hung up.

Yuzu stood up but fell on her knees. Mei caught her before her knees touched the floor.

"Yuzu! Are you alright?" Mei asked worriedly.

"I feel weak, it's like someone is taking my e-energy o-of..." Yuzu said as she stuttered.

"Sit and don't you dare close your eyes. Wait here." Mei said before going to her dressing room.

Mei came back with a necklace. She put it on Yuzu who was confused.

"What is this for?" Yuzu asked as she touched the pendant. It glowed from her touch causing her to let it go.

"There's some things you need to know but now it's not the time." Mei said. "Keep this on you and touch this if you think your in danger but if you have no idea it will glow and call us immediately if you do." Mei added.

Mei looked at Yuzu who was still focused on the necklace. Mei just sighed and turned to leave.

"I'll just call Shik to tell her what happened. I'll be right back." Mei said then left.

She headed toward Shigeko's room and knocked.

"Hey, Shik. You awake?" Mei asked.

"Y-yeah, just woke up. Why?" Shigeko answered.

"Papa called and we need to go to the hospital." Mei said but even before she could finish her sentence Shigeko burst outside.

"Is Auntie alright?" Shigeko asked. Mei looked down then shook her head.

"Do Yuzu know?" Shigeko asked and Mei nodded.

"Where is she?" Shigeko asked again.

"Yeah, she's in our room." Mei said and Shigeko hurried to their bedroom.

Yuzu saw Shigeko first but she didn't know how she did that.

"Hey, Yuzu. I guess you already knew that's why it didn't shock you." Shigeko said then Yuzu stood up.

"Yeah, I do. But there are still questions that need to be answered so let's get going." Yuzu said and went out of the room.

"Is Kelly available?" Yuzu asked.

"There's a faster way to get there. Hold my hand." Mei said and the two both held her hand and Shigeko held one of Yuzu's free hand.

"How- Woah!" Yuzu exclaimed as Mei's eyes glowed.

Yuzu looked around her as the place around her started turning quickly. She closed her eyes and when she opened them she was in her mom's room with Uncle Sho on the bedside.

"I told you not to use magic in the human world." Sho said.

Help from a friend....

"I had to," Mei replied.

"You could've asked Kelly to take you here." Sho said.

"There's no time for bickering, how the hell did you lose my mother?" Yuzu asked as she looked at Sho.

"I was asleep in the rooms upstairs, she told me to leave her alone so I did." Sho said.

"You could've at least just stayed outside her room! Now what are we going to do?!" Yuzu shouted which shocked Shigeko. "All of you have been lying to me all this time and what?! You expect me to believe you like this!" Yuzu shouted as she grabbed her head.

"Can you tell me at least who took her?" Yuzu asked.

"Y-yes, it's L-Lilian. Her ex." Sho said.

"Mom?" Mei asked.

"Yes, we are only married for the family name." Sho explained.

"What are we going to do now?" Shigeko asked.

"Is there anyone who knows how to hack from the three of you?" Sho asked.

"Uhmmmm....no but I know someone who does." Yuzu said.

"Matsuri..." Yuzu and Shigeko said in unison.

Matsuri is playing around with a couple of her friends.

"Hahahaha! You shits couldn't even beat me!" Matsuri exclaimed as she took the money on his hand.

"Oh come on, it's my first time playing this game." Jakob said.

"Well, it's my first time too so that's not an excuse." Matsuri replied.

"Fine fine, here. But I don't think I won't want a rematch." Jakob said as he smirked.

"I'd like to see you try." Matsuri said as her phone started ringing.

"Be right back." Matsuri said and answered the phone.

"Yuzu-chan. What's up?" Matsuri asked.

"Can you go to the XXX Hospital? Meet me at the rooftop." Yuzu said.

"Is something wrong?" Matsuri asked.

"Just go, please." Yuzu said as Matsuri heard her took a sigh on the other line.

"Alright, I'll be there." Matsuri said.

"Thanks, Matsuri." Yuzu said then hung up.

Matsuri went back to the others and took her bag.

"Going home already?" Jasmine asked.

"Nah, I need to run some errands so I think you guys should go ahead too." Matsuri said.

"Want me to come with you?" Gianna asked.

"No thanks...Hey Khione! You better hold down your sister before she comes after me!" Matsuri said as she teased Gianna.

"Oh shut it!" Gianna said as she hit her softly.

"Anyways, I'll see you guys around." Matsuri said then left heading to the hospital.

Mei and Shigeko stayed with Sho as they are trying to contact Lilian through his phone.

"It seems that she won't answer her phone." Sho said.

"Well, we can't stop trying can we?" Shigeko said.

"I know, it's just that if she didn't answer 30 times before then she won't answer." Sho said.

"But she reads the voicemail. Isn't that a bit rude? Reading but not replying?" Shigeko asked.

"Let me try." Mei said and took the phone from her hand.

Mei called her mom with trembling hands. She didn't answer but Mei left a voicemail.

"Mom, I miss you. If you get this please just let me see you one last time. Hear your voice.....M-mom please!" Mei said as she cried then entered the voicemail.

Sho took the phone from her and handed it to Shigeko. He then hugged Mei to comfort her.

"H-Hey, calm d- She's calling!" Shigeko said and showed him his phone.

"Here goe- Let me answer it. She might only want to talk to me." Mei said and answered the phone.

"Mei? Are you there?" Lilian asked softly.

"Y-yes, mother. H-how have you been?" Mei asked. "I'm doing alright. Wh-Why didn't you tell me you're still alive?" Mei added as the atmosphere changed.

"I just didn't realize that y-you deserve me." Lilian replied.

"Liar! I saw you with Julian!" Sho shouted.

"Julian? Who's Julian, mom?" Mei asked confused.

"That was long tim-Hah! Sho!" Ume said on the other line.

"Auntie?" Shigeko asked.

"Tell Yuzu to open the box I put on her bag always!-Shut up!" Lilian said as they heard a loud falling of their bodies on the floor.

"Ume!" Sho shouted. "Are you okay?!" He added.

"..." The other line hung up and so Sho cursed under his breath.

"Crap!" Sho shouted as he grabbed his head with frustration.

"Wh-what are we going to do now?" Shigeko asked.

"We wait 'til your friend arrives." Sho replied as he sat down on Ume's bed.

Yuzu waited at the rooftop as she took deep breath to let everything sink in.

I don't know anymore. I'm afraid that something big is going to happen...

Flashback

Yuzu was about to go to sleep but she heard her mom talking to someone on the phone.

"Sho! Please! Just do as I say!" Her mom shouted on the phone.

"She WILL come and I know it! Sooner or later she will!" Ume explained.

"I don't care what happens to me, just protect Yuzu at all costs. That's all I ask, please." Ume said.

"About me?" Yuzu said to herself.

"I'll get going, Sho. I need to check up on Yuzu." Ume said and hung up.

End of Flashback

Matsuri reached the rooftop and saw Yuzu waiting for her there.

"Hey, you okay? You look like you're thinking deeply." Matsuri asked.

"Yeah, I guess I am. Matsuri, be honest with me. Are you one of them?" Yuzu asked straightforwardly.

"One of them? What are you talking about?" Matsuri asked confused.

Does she know about the Shadow World already?!

"The whole Shadow World dumbass. I know you are one because you've been talking about making stories about one!" Yuzu explained as anger flashed through her eyes.

"Y-yeah, I am. But you are too! Besides your mom doesn't want you to know." Matsuri explained.

"But do you know the reason why?" Yuzu asked.

"N-no, if I knew I would've told you by now." Matsuri said as she stuttered.

"I see..." Yuzu said as she sighed.

"Why not ask Auntie Ume?" Matsuri asked.

"She's gone, someone took her and I don't know where to find her first." Yuzu said.

"Auntie Ume went missing? How?!" Matsuri exclaimed.

"I'm not sure. Uncle Sho was here but didn't see the kidnapper." Yuzu explained.

"That's why we need your help. Hack someone and maybe we can get mom's location." Yuzu explained.

"I w- Yuzu! Come on! We only have ten minutes to talk to Auntie Ume before the taker cuts us off completely!" Shigeko shouted from the door of the rooftop.

The two teens ran through the door but Yuzu went to the fire exit and jumped from stairs to stairs.

Matsuri looked amazed at Yuzu and confused at Shigeko.

"Did you know that Yuzu could do that?" Matsuri asked.

"She was born with that talent...let's go!" Shigeko said and followed Yuzu downstairs.

"Mei..." Ume said softly. Mei only looked at her with soft eyes.

"Thank you for putting that on her." Ume said.

"That's the only thing I could do for her, Auntie." Mei replied.

"It will take time for her to get used to her power which I would want you to help her control." Ume explained.

"But I'm not even a Master yet." Mei said.

"You may not be but you will...you'll get there." Ume said.

"Ye-Mom! Are you okay?!" Yuzu shouted as she went inside.

"I'm alright, sweet pea." Ume replied.

"What's going on! Why did you lie about my life?!" Yuzu asked teary.

"I was not the one who thought of that, Yuzu. But your father." Ume explained.

"He never wanted you to know about our life. He wanted you to grow up like a mundane or more likely a human." Ume continued.

"You do realize that sooner or later I will have to know about this right?" Yuzu asked and Ume nodded.

"But your father was persistent. I don't know how to convince him anymore and that caused him his life. He was killed by my ex." Ume finished.

"None of this would've happened if you only told me from the beginning! So many lives have been lost just to protect me!" Yuzu shouted.

"Our World has gone to chaos because they've been looking for the heir to the throne but they couldn't. Our people assumed that the princess didn't make it so they've been fighting for the throne. I don't want you to get involved there. I can't risk it." Ume said.

"Is that why you fought with Uncle Sho 2 years ago? I heard you two talking about me." Yuzu said.

"Y-yes, it wa- Time's up. Bye bye!" Lilian said and hung up.

"Damn it!" Yuzu shouted. "I still have many questions!" She added.

"Here, there and done!" Matsuri shouted happily.

"I got the place but it looks like we couldn't find it." Matsuri said as she sighed.

"Why? What's wrong?" Mei asked.

"It's in the middle of nowhere." Matsuri said as she looked at them.

Mitsuko is still training even though she's already a Master.

"Ah!" Her opponent shouted as she kicked him across the stomach.

"Still won't give up? Fine then..." Mitsuko said and kicked him forward again getting his opponent out of focus.

She ran forward then jumped kicking him knocked out.

"Good job, Mitsuko. Tomorrow again?" Her instructor asked.

"That's what my father told me." Mitsuko said as she wiped the sweat on her neck and face.

"I see, your sister is waiting for you outside. Why don't you headfirst?" Her instructor said then left.

Mitsuko then went to grab her things then went out to see Harumi waiting for her.

"Hey, there. Father called?" Mitsuko asked and she nodded.

"He wants you to go to the company. I don't know why though." Harumin said.

"I see. Are you coming with me? Cause I got my motorcycle outside." Mitsuko said.

"No need, I also need to go somewhere. Someone called...girlfriend." Harumin said as she whispered the last part.

"Hahaha, yeah. See you later then sis." Mitsuko then fist bumped her sister then left.

Harumin just chuckled as she was happy that Mitsuko wanted to fix their relationship. She looked at her phone and saw Mei and her on the wallpaper.

Are you okay? Why does it sound like you don't know what to do anymore.

"Miss, Taniguchi. Your father is in a council meeting on the second floor. He said that you should go there when you arrive." The woman said.

"I see, I'll get going then." Mitsuko said and pulled her hands away from her as she tried taking it.

Dumb gold digger! I don't see why my father would fall for some tart like her...

"Why do you need my hand eh?" Mitsuko asked.

"I also am on my way there so why don't we go together?" Jane asked as she took Mitsuko's hand and this time Mitsuko wasn't able to take it away.

"You don't want your father getting mad at you again, right?" Jane said as she smirked.

Mitsuko only trembled as she started walking.

Jane only smiled under her breath as she grinned. The two women reached the meeting room and Mitsuko's father greeted them both fairly which hated Jane.

"Glad you two arrived, we were just talking about the inheritance of the company." Henry greeted as he led them to the table.

"So, who's getting the company?" Mitsuko asked.

"We decided to split it for you and your mom..." Henry said.

"What the hell?! Why would you give it to her! She's no one!" Mitsuko shouted as she glared at her father.

"Don't speak to Jane like that! She's your mother!" Henry scolded her.

"She will never be my mother! Besides you could've given it to me and Harumin! The rightful heirs!" Mitsuko shouted as she continued.

"That's enough, Mitsuko! My decision is final." Henry said.

"Well, my decision is final too! I'm leaving the family and you won't stop me." Mitsuko said as she turned to leave.

"Heir, huh? You just lost your whole family, Mr. Taniguchi." Mitsuko said then left.

She went outside and drove back home to see guards waiting for her.

"You wanna stop me? Let me see you try..." Mitsuko said as she readied herself.

Harumin knocked on the Aihara Mansion and a blue haired girl opened the door.

"You must be Harumin that Mei's talking about. Come in." The girl said and Harumin went in.

She was led by the girl to a room and she immediately saw Mei.

"H-hey, there." Mei said as she wiped the blood of her face.

"It happened again?" Harumin asked as she went toward her and took a good look at her.

"Y-yeah, I don't know why though." Mei said softly.

"We both know why though. You've been training hard that's why. You'll be a Master soon so don't push yourself too much." Harumin said as she hugged her.

"I love you, babe." Mei said as she buried her face on her neck.

"Me too, please stop pushing yourself. I don't want to see you like this." Harumin said as she held her cheeks with both hands and looked at her.

"Promise me." Harumin said but Mei only leaned forward to kiss her.

Harumin kissed back as she opened her mouth slightly so that Mei could get in easily. The two girls moaned as their tongue intertwined with each other tasting one another.

The two kept kissing and pulled away immediately when the door opened.

"Mei, your grandfa- oh! Who are you?" Yuzu asked confused.

"Harumi Taniguchi, but you can call me Harumin." Harumin replied.

"You saying that grandfather called?" Mei asked and Yuzu nodded.

"I'll be right back then, go and get to know each other." Mei said as she let go of Harumin's hand then left.

"You two have something don't you?" Yuzu asked as she smirked.

"You don't see that as disgusting?" Harumin asked.

"Of course not, besides I know Mei chose you for a reason and that reason is good. I'm Yuzu Aihara by the way." Yuzu answered.

"Aihara?" Harumin asked confused.

"Oh, my mom remarried to Uncle Sho so I'm Aihara now." Yuzu explained and Harumin nodded awkwardly.

"I-I see, well....uhmmm...please don't mention our relationship to anyone, Yuzu." Harumin said.

"Why though?" Yuzu asked.

"People don't accept our relationship especially our family, so please never speak of it in front of them." Harumin explained and Yuzu nodded.

The two girls fell silent looking at each other so when they realized what they were doing they immediately looked away when Yuzu's necklace started to glow.

"Hey, your necklace is glowing!" Harumin exclaimed.

"Eh? It only glowed earlier when I was in danger but your the only one who's here." Yuzu said then suddenly her eyes glowed and turned lavender.

"Haha, this body is easy to possess. Taniguchi-san, tell me where Mei is if you don't want to get hurt." The woman on Yuzu's body said.

"Like hell I'll tell you!" Harumin shouted and Shigeko went inside.

"What the hell is going on? Who shouted?" Shigeko asked as she hurried inside almost tripping herself as a result.

"Shigeko, can you tell me where Mei is?" The woman said using Yuzu's body.

"Will you stop it? Why use possession if you don't know that person you possessed?" Shigeko said and readied herself.

"Get out of there or we'll get you!" Harumin shouted and Yuzu's eyes suddenly glowed green and she went back to her senses.

"Haah! I'm back? Hmmm? What happened? Why are you in that position? Were you about to attack me?" Yuzu asked confused.

"You're back?" Harumin asked cautiously.

"Yeah? Uhh....what happened?" Yuzu asked.

"You were possessed and we still don't know who it was." Harumin explained.

"Possessed?! As in someone else is controlling my body?" Yuzu exclaimed as the two saw the fear in her face.

"It's fine, we just need to start your training then that won't happen again." Shigeko said and someone's phone started ringing.

"That's mine, be right back." Harumin said and left.

Shigeko took her hand and she led him outside. Shigeko then put her hands on Yuzu's chest and summoned water from somewhere.

Yuzu tried to move away but Shigeko shook her head so Yuzu didn't dare to move. The water touched her skin and went inside her.

Yuzu could feel the water moving around her body as Shigeko was controlling it. Soon, Yuzu felt nothing as her body started to relax until it was interrupted when Shigeko took the water out.

"My assumptions were right, you really are not baptized. I don't know why Auntie didn't get you baptized but I think I know for sure...that's a bad idea." Shigeko explained.

"We need to start your training as soon as possible before the Clans started war against each other." Shigeko continued.

"Clans? That just doesn't make any sense to me." Yuzu said she grinned a little but Shigeko was still as serious as she was.

"There are 4 clans in the Shadow World. There are Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. You are in the Fire Clan while I'm in the Aqua Clan. The baptism of Fire Clan as I can remember is staying on fire for 1 day." Shigeko said.

"What the hell?!" Yuzu exclaimed.

"Well, if you don't want that to happen to you again then you must get baptized. Besides you can't start your training if you're not baptized yet." Shigeko said.

"Why do they want an heir again?" Yuzu asked.

"The Witcher was killed. She was the one who holds the Mother Stone which is the source of all the power in the Shadow World. If it gets in the wrong hands then it could cause chaos." Matsuri explained as she climbed up the fence.

"Who killed the Witcher then?" Yuzu asked.

"We don't know but the rumors tell us that it's the Fire Clan who killed her because they keep the Mother Stone for now." Matsuri replied.

"Maybe this is the reason dad didn't want me involved here. This is full of violence." Yuzu said.

"Well, I guess that's true but what choice do you have?" Shigeko asked. "Violence is the only way you'll survive in both worlds." Shigeko added.

The three heard the front door opening and Harumin went out.

"I'll ask my sister if she could train you. But I need to handle some things first. I'll see you- Who's this little one?" Harumin asked as she pet Matsuri's head.

"That's Mat- Hey, I'm not little!" Matsuri interrupted.

"....Just a bit... Hahahaha!" Shigeko said as she ran after being chased by Matsuri nonstop.

"That's Matsuri, she just doesn't like being called a little bit she's nice." Yuzu explained.

"I see, I'll just call you if my sister is available. Tell Mei I already left, okay?" Harumin said as she held her shoulder.

"Of course, I'll see you around." Yuzu said and Harumin nodded then left.

Yuzu was still standing on the same spot as she watched the two chasing each other.

"I'll go back inside, you two continue if you want. I want to rest." Yuzu said then left going inside.

"What the hell is wrong with you?! Why would you wanna kill her?!" Mei shouted.

"She's dangerous! She's an Okogi and you know how the war started 100 years ago that killed your grandma!" Her grandfather shouted.

"I don't ******* care! It's not as if she'll attack us right? She doesn't even know about our world until now!" Mei shouted as she glared at her grandfather.

"Fine! If that's what you choose. Then let me give you two choices. It's either you marry someone or you'll kill the Okogi." He said and Mei stopped. "I'll give you 10 seconds to answer." Her grandfather added.

"1"

"2"

"3"

"4"

"5"

"6"

"7"

"8"

"9"

"Te- Fine! I'll m-marry him!" Mei shouted.

"You were never like this Mei. What made you change? I really don't know what to do with you anymore." Her grandfather said.

"If you're done then I'm leaving." Mei said and was about to leave.

"Care to explain? Hmmm?" Her grandfather asked but she only turned to look at him.

"I don't need to explain anything to you. If you are wondering why I'm like this then why not ask yourself? You made me like this." Mei said then left leaving her grandfather shocked.

Mei ran to her room and cried.

"Haah! Harumin! What do I do?! I don't want to lose you!" Mei shouted as she cried.

"Uhhh....did something happen?" Yuzu asked as she turned to look at Mei

"How long have you been there?"  Mei asked as she wiped the tears off her face.

"Long enough to know that you're crying because of Harumin." Yuzu replied and Mei turned to look at her.

"Don't mind me...I just had a talk with my grandfather." Mei said.

"I know about your "thing" with Harumin so if you won't tell me what's going on then I'll tell gramps abo- No! Don't! Just promise you won't mention this about anyone." Mei said. "Not even Harumin." Mei added as she looked at her seriously.

"Y-yeah..." Yuzu said as she stuttered.

Is it really a good thing to ask her about this? She's so scary when she's serious.

Mei only sighed and looked at Yuzu.

I don't want to lose you too Harumin... Like my mom...

Tragedy strikes.....

"Why are we leaving again?" Harumin asked.

"Because that bastard need to start treating us like his daughter and divorce his new woman who's a gold digger." Mitsuko said and grabbed her suitcase.

"I see, well. I guess you won't be free til we find someplace to stay huh?" Harumin said.

"Why? How was your talk with Aihara-san?" Mitsuko asked.

"She has a new stepsister that needs training so I told her I'll ask you if you are free and fine training her." Harumin said.

"Oh, I'm free. Let's just stay at Mom's company and move when we find someplace to stay." Mitsuko said.

"You sure, I mean I told her that I'll ask you if you are free but you aren't right?" Harumin asked.

"I will be if we finish putting this things up before those thugs arrive again." Mitsuko said took the second suitcase while Harumin took hers.

The two teleported at the company and they were greeted by their mom's friends.

"Ahh, you guys grown pretty quickly. You were just this small the last time I saw you with your mom." The maid said as she smiled.

"Yeah, haha. Can we stay here for awhile Auntie?" Mitsuko asked.

"Of course, this is your house now. After your mom died. She told me to keep this place going." Their Auntie said.

"I just wish she was still here then none of this would've happened." Mitsuko said as she put the suitcases down.

"Where shall I put this Ma'am?" Their Auntie asked.

"Just in our room Auntie. I just need to go somewhere first then we could go out to eat together." Mitsuko said.

"Where are you going?" Harumin asked confused.

"I forgot something in my office. I'm going to get it. I'll be back in a bit don't worry." Mitsuko said and left.

"Please excuse me, ma'am. I'll put this upstairs." Their maid said then left carrying the suitcases.

Harumin's phone rang and she answered it.

Harumi- Momokino-san, is their something you need?

Himeko- Uh, I was calling Meimei but she didn't answer so I was going to ask you if you are with her.

Harumin- I'm at home, should I call her sister to check up on her?

Himeko- Sister?

Harumin- Ah, Mei didn't tell you yet but she has a new step sister so if you want I could call her.

Himeko- No need, I'll just go there tomorrow and see what's going on.

Harumin- I might go there with you. Should we go together?

Himeko- Sure, I'll just go there and pick you up.

Harumin- Alright, see you tomorrow. Bye bye!

Himeko- Bye, Taniguchi-san.

Yuzu watched as Mei is sleeping beside her.

No wonder she hates her life so much...She can't think and do things for herself....how could she survive this long without complaining? You really are something Mei....

"Just do want you want Mei, we'll all be here...I'll be here." Yuzu said as she kissed her forehead and slept.

Yuzu didn't know that Mei was half-asleep and heard everything.

If you knew what kind of people we are you would hate me for it...

The Next Day

Yuzu went downstairs to cook breakfast and she went to the kitchen and cooked some omelette.

"Haah, so many things has happened that I never realized that it's Dad's deathday tomorrow. I should go visit him in the cemetery." Yuzu said and flipped the bread.

"What's that smell?" Shigeko said as she went down the stairs.

"Good morning, Shik. Did you sleep well?" Yuzu said and looked at Shigeko.

"They have maids here, Yuzuko! Why are you cooking?" Shigeko asked.

"Why you don't like my cooking? Besides it's about time we eat. Remember we have school today so we need to get things ready." Yuzu explained.

"Right, I'll get ready and help you set up the table then." Shigeko said then hurried upstairs.

"I forgot that Yuzu-chan has a school today. How will she train and get baptized in the same time?" Matsuri asked when someone bumped into her.

"I'm sorry..." The girl apologized and started running again.

Matsuri only shrugged and went to her own school. She met up with Hanako.

"You look down did something happen?" Hanako asked when they reached her.

"Nothing, the errand I ran into was really tiring so I'm just tired that's all." Matsuri replied and kept walking.

"You sure? You don't look and sound good. Can you tell us what happened?" Itto asked.

"Nah, besides you won't be able to help me." Matsuri said as she looked at the sky.

Mama, what do I do?....

Yuzu, Shigeko and Mei both went to school together but when they reached the school Mei excused herself and already went inside.

"Wonder where she's off to?" Yuzu said to herself when Harumin was dropped off by a woman on a motorcycle.

"Yuzucchi!" Harumin shouted and the woman behind her followed.

"This is Yuzu, the girl I was talking about with you last night." Harumin said.

"Ahh, you look like the person I saw on the portrait on the Shadow Clan meeting. Are you related with them?" The woman asked.

"How rude of my sister. This is Mitsuko. Mitsuko, Yuzuko." Harumin said and introduced the two to each other.

"Nice to meet you?" Yuzu asked not looking at her eyes.

"Very well, are you ready to start your training?" Mitsuko asked.

Yuzu shook her head and Shigeko stepped in.

"She hasn't been baptized yet so until that...she can't start her training." Shigeko answered. "I'm Shigeko by the way, Yuzu's cousin." Shigeko said.

"I see. Well, I should get going. I still need to do something. Just call me if you need anything." Mitsuko said as she looked at Harumin then went back to her bike.

"Bye bye!" Harumin shouted and her sister nodded then drove off.

"You're sister is scary!" Yuzu exclaimed.

"Yeah, I know." Harumin replied.

"Yeah, she's the first Student Council President if you can remember." Mei said and Harumin jumped and slightly blushed.

Yuzu only looked at the two worriedly and started walking.

"I'll see you guys later, I better go to my class as I'm still going to do something. Bye!" Yuzu said then headed off.

Shigeko also left going to her class. She bumped into unexpected old friend and they hugged each other.

"Hey! Rina!" Shigeko said as she hugged her.

"It's been so long since the last time saw each other! How have you been?" Rina said as she let go of her.

"Doing good as always how about you?" Shigeko asked.

"Yeah, I'm doing alright. What classes do you have for today?" Rina asked.

"I have Physics, Literature and Mathematics." Shigeko replied.

"Oh men! I have Physical Education on my last period." Rina said as she complained.

"Don't worry, we get to have 2 classes together and we could spend the time together during lunch so it's not that bad." Shigeko said and Rina only hugged her again.

Shigeko only smiled and hugged her back.

Yuzu sat on her place and opened her textbook to do a slight reading.

I should do my best this is the only way that's keeping me of this "new world" I'm stuck in.

Yuzu kept reading when a girl tapped her shoulder.

"Is that you, Yuzuko?" A girl asked and Yuzu turned to look at the girl.

Kiana? Since when did you like studying?" Yuzu asked as she grinned.

"Oh shut up! We both know that we studied together." Khione replied. "How have you been? It seems like you're thinking deeply..." Kiana asked.

"I'm just adjusting to this transfer so it would take more time." Yuzu replied.

"Well, don't worry too much. I'll be here if you need anything." Kiana said.

"I know, you really are a great friend!" Yuzu answered and went back to reading. Khione only felt her heart ache as she held onto her chest.

Just friends huh? When will you notice me?

Yuzu looked up to see Harumin waving at her on the door. She pointed next to her seat so Harumin went to sit down next to her.

"Hyah, you already studying?" Harumin asked shocked.

"Just light reading why?" Yuzu asked.

"Just asking, I've never seen anyone like this." Harumin replied.

"Well, this is the only time I get to keep this "new world" away from my mind by studying." Yuzu whispered to her.

"I'm sorry, if I have known then I would've told you. But don't worry we'll all be here." Harumin replied when the teacher and Mei went inside.

"Good morning class! This is a very lovely day so I will ask you all to greet each other a wonderful day." Their teacher said and the students obediently did what was told.

"The SSG President is here to say a few announcements." The teacher said and Mei went to the center.

"Welcome to Aihara Academy. I'm Mei Aihara your Supreme Student Government President. I'll be here to help you get used to our rules and make your way to your future." Mei said.

"Also the SSG is open if anyone wants to join the group, that's all thank you teacher." Mei said then bowed. Mei left the room and the teacher started the lesson.

Yuzu looked at Mei outside confused as to what she wants to tell her so she excused herself and went outside to follow Mei.

"I want to be honest with you so I'm telling you this. Please don't get shocked or anything." Mei started.

"Can you just tell me? I promise I won't." Yuzu said.

"Our family was the cause of the war 100 years ago and I'm sorry." Mei said and left before Yuzu could say anything.

"What the hell is that about? Cause of war 100 years ago?" Yuzu asked herself but just went back inside.

She sat back down and Harumin immediately whispered to her.

"Did Mei want to tell you something?" Harumin asked. "She tried to tell me to tell you to go out but you're already out." Harumin said.

"Yeah, it's kinds weird though. I'll just tell you later because this involves the "You know what" and I don't want to be the cause of mundanes hating each other." Yuzu said as she smiled a little.

"That's a bit true, really. We our forbidden to tell about the Shadow World to anyone." Harumin said.

"I see, we should listen to the lecture so we won't get detention on our first day!" Yuzu said and went to get her textbook.

Matsuri only looked outside the window as she put her headphones on. She didn't bother if the teacher sees her on not because no one bothers to care in her family except for her mom who died years ago.

A tear fell from her eyes as she remembered what happened 10 years ago.

Flashback

"Matsuri! Run!" Her mom shouted as Matsuri ran away. .

"You need to hide! Don't let your father get to you!" Hikaru shouted as she stopped and turned to fight the men chasing them.

"Just give up, Mrs. Mizu- I will never be one! My name is Hikaru Kakashi!" Hikaru shouted and ran up to the men as she fought back.

"We don't want to hurt you!" One of the men said but got kicked on the head by Hikaru.

"Like hell I'll believe you! Just leave me and my daughter alone!" Hikaru shouted and got attacked on chest directly.

She stumbled on her knees as she cried.

"I never wanted anything so please leave us alone, Kaoru." Hikaru said as she begged.

"I tried telling you but you didn't listen. You must pay the consequences, Hikaru. The Law is The Law." Kaoru said and raised his sword aiming it at Hikaru. She only looked down as she mumbled Matsuri's name until the sword stabbed her through her chest.

Meanwhile Matsuri kept running until she bumped into Maiko.

"Ah, Matsuri. What are you doing here?" Maiko asked.

"Mama, in danger... People chasing after us.... Mama said to run and said papa is a bad guy." Matsuri explained while crying.

Maiko only sighed softly as she called Mitsuko who came running to her.

"Take Matsuri inside and go to the emergency room and don't let anyone inside until I get there." Maiko said and Mitsuko was about to say something.

"I'll explain later, take Matsuri inside." Maiko said and ran.

End of Flashback

"Mizusawa! Are you okay?" Their teacher asked and Matsuri looked at her confused.

"Call the nurse!" Their teacher said and took toilet tissue and wiped her face.

Matsuri's eyes widened as she saw blood on the tissue. She saw Hanako running outside and went to her.

"Just what were you thinking about how this happened?" Gianna asked as she looked at her worriedly.

"Just leave me alone...." Matsuri mumbled then stood up as she walked toward the door.

"And don't bother chasing after me...." Matsuri said as she looked at everyone including Hanako who looked at her worriedly and confused.

Matsuri ran out of the school and headed back where she thought she last saw her mom years ago.

Matsuri's feet gave up as she saw what was left years ago. It's like it has been forgotten.

'Mom, please tell me what I should do? I'm tired of living with Papa.'

Suddenly a soul came and touched Matsuri's cheeks. She looked up to see her mom smiling at her.

"Mom!" Matsuri shouted and tried to hug her but fell back.

"I'm only a spirit, darling. I can't stay for long as I can't do this frequently...." Her mom said.

"What's going on, mom?! Why did Papa attack us 10 years ago?" Matsuri asked.

"Ah, Kaoru. He was really a nice young man when I met him. I just never noticed him changing." Hikaru said.

"You didn't answer my question, mom!" Matsuri shouted.

"I'm sorry, darling. I can't say anything because it will change the Fates. I'll always be here watching you....I love you, my baby." Hikaru said as she dispersed into the air and turned to nothing.

"Ah! Why does this world hate me so much!" Matsuri shouted as she cried.

Yuzu's day was just getting better and better until she met with her childhood bully.

"Hey, crybaby. Gonna tell momma? Oh right, you don't have a mom anymore." Ryn said as she laughed with her friends.

"Just leave me alone." Yuzu said as she kept walking.

"Oh, but you don't. You stay with us. Then maybe I could get a deal with you." Ryn said as she held Yuzu's hand.

"Or you would want something to happen to your cousin? Hm?" One of them added and Yuzu trembled.

"Is it a yes or no? 'Cause you're wasting our time." Ryn said and Yuzu nodded as she trembled.

"Well, then. Come on. We're going somewhere and I want you to come with us." Ryn said as she wrapped her arms around her shoulder and they started walking.

They walked through the town and Yuzu only looked at them with fear as she didn't want the incident to happen years ago.

"Why are you so quiet?" Ryn asked as she looked at her.

"I-I don't kn-know what to say." Yuzu said as she stuttered.

"Well, we're going to ask you then you should answer, okay?" Ryn asked and Yuzu nodded.

"How was your summer without us?" One of them asked.

"Ah, uh....it was b-boring without y-you, guys." Yuzu answered.

"Hmm, I see. Beats me, you are the new girl who's part of the Aihara family with your cousin right?" Ryn asked and Yuzu's eyes widened but nodded. Ryn only looked at Yuzu and smirked.

'Ditching me like that, Mei? You'll pay for this!'

Ryn led Yuzu in a club in which Yuzu has second thoughts about if she should get going when her phone rang.

'Shik?!'

Ryn noticed her and took her phone. She looked at it and mouthed the words "you know what to do" then handed the phone back to her. Yuzu then answered the phone.

Y- Hey, Shik.

S- Where are you? Why aren't you home yet?

Y- I'm hanging out with my friends. You guys should go ahead.

S- I see, I got worried there. Just be careful okay?

Y- Of course. I'll see you later.

S-Yeah yeah-

Mei- Come home now, Yuzu.

Y- Mei?...I'll be fine, don't worry.

M-Alright, we'll just have your baptism tomorrow. Make sure you'll be here.

Y- Hmmm, bye.

Ryn took her hand again as she looked at Yuzu. "Shall we get going?" Ryn asked and Yuzu just forced a smile then started walking softly.

Shigeko was pacing in Mei's room as they were worried about Yuzu. "How stupid of me to let Yuzu go like that?!" Shigeko shouted as she grabbed her head. "I shouldn't, I wouldn't have done that to her! She was the one who always protected me! I need to save her from them!" Shigeko shouted as she started going out but Mei stopped her.

"You can't go there without a plan! Do you know where they are?!" Mei shouted as she held her arm.

"No, but I know a place where I might find them." Shigeko answered.

"We need to have a plan before going there. I should call the others for backup." Mei said and took her phone out and dialed Himeko's number first which answered immediately.

H- Hey, Meimei.

M- Hey, Himeko. Are you free?

H- Sure, is something wrong? You sound like there's somethi-

M- There's one actually. Y-Yuzu is m-missing.

H- You're sister?

Himeko could hear Mei sniffing in the other line so she hung and took her bag then left heading to the Aihara Mansion.

She teleported and saw Harumin was already on the porch. She also wore the face of worry.

"Mei called you too?" Harumin asked and Himeko nodded.

"Did Mei explain anything to you?" Harumin asked.

"No, she just told me to go here because something happened to Yuzucchi." Harumin replied.

"Yuzucchi?" Himeko asked.

"Yuzuko Okogi, It's just a nickname for her that's all." Harumin said.

The door opened and Shigeko opened the door.

"Come on! Come in!" Shigeko exclaimed as she opened the door for them. They quickly went in and they saw Mei in the living room pacing.

"Meimei, hey there." Himeko greeted.

"I don't know, what do I do?" Mei answered,

"Wh-What happened?" Himeko asked.

"Y-yuzu, She...she's g-gone. I don't kn-know." Mei answered.

"H-how gone? Like g-gone-g-gone or just missing?" Himeko asked.

"Missing, but I know who took her. Ryn, she has been evil to us. I don't know the reason why she does that." Shigeko said.

"Ryn? Ryn Scofell?" Mei asked. Shigeko nodded and Mei sighed.

"I knew the reason why she does this and it's not gonna sound good..." Mei said.

"Revenge." Mei and Harumin in unison.
