Luna’s POV

I can’t believe this is my life. I'm a 24 year girl who got kidnapped for doing a good deed. I prayed and prayed for someone to save me but no one came. I lay there wondering what it would be to have a normal life. My lifeless body aches from all the beatings and sleepless nights I’ve had. Then I hear my master's footsteps. I stand up quick and get into position. They come to my cell with a wicked grin. I say to them “hello masters what can I help you with”. They grin and one man says “cook us dinner you wh*re”. I resist talking back to not get a beating and I say swallowing my faith “yes sir”. I get up from my cell. They open up my tiny and depressing cell and start to make them lunch. I cook them a nice spaghetti and add garlic toast.

with a side of tequila and serve it to them. They eat to make sure everything is gone. Even though they hate me they love my cooking so I do the cooking. They say to me with a mean and harsh voice “we have guests that’s gonna put a lot of money for you to be their slave so we’re what’s in that cage of yours and take a shower”. I whimper they don’t let me take hot and nice showers they give me what you call ice showers. I go to the bathroom. They gave me a turn on the ice bath. The coldness of the water sends goosebumps on my skin.You would think I hate this but I've been trapped in here since I was 15 so I’ve gotten used to it. I turn off the water and dry myself. I go to my cell and see what they got me this time. I look at the dress and it’s yes beautiful but it’s not me. It’s a pink skimpy dress that I would never wear. I can’t complain though it’s better than last time they had a guest. I put the dress on and it exposed all my ugly scars and bruises but I guess the worst is I don’t have shoes. The floor around here is alway dirty. I think about my new master. I hoping my master is nice but no master has ever been nice so I don’t expect this one to be like their toy. It’s just my insecurities have gone up high now because of the beating and scars I’ve had to go through. I must look horrible. I hear a knock on the door and I race to the kitchen. I stand there patiently and in about 5 minutes my masters arrive with my new one. He looks young about 27 or 28 he looks like he’s loaded he looks like a well put together man unlike me. I stand there patiently waiting for them to give me orders. They come up to me and a different master says “cook us some dinner”.

Luna’s POV

I race to the oven making sure I won’t get hit tonight. I start to think of something that will definitely make a good impression so I can leave this dump. I started making what everyone should always love: tacos. I picked this item because I had this all the time during my childhood, but I don’t remember a lot of that though. I start preparing the food I sliced and diced away. After 25 minutes I put the food on our finest plates and give them their food.I sit on the floor they talk and talk but the mysterious man keeps looking at me. Then the mysterious man said something I never thought he would say “why don’t she have dinner with us”. My masters laughed “ oh she's fine she ate last week“ my soon to be master looks shocked and disgusted but in my head im saying “ yeah this is what I live through. Even though the man is shocked he puts his business face on and brings out a briefcase he gives to my masters and says “10 million dollars just for that girl”. My mouth dropped when my masters said he was paying a large amount they really meant it. My masters keep out of their chairs and yell out “Deal”. He gets up from his chair and says “ pleasure doing business with y’all”. I sat up and walked to the door my new master followed.
