Vijayapura city, a historical tourist place.  It is a small city but attracts many tourists and travelers from different places and countries.

People come here to witness the architectural wonders created by previous rulers.

This city is populated with people of different religions and cultures. The city is known not only for its beautiful monuments but also for its cultural diversification.

Abeer returned to the city after 5 years. He was lost in his thought while sitting in the back seat of the car.

He started to think about the memories of the city.

This city is not special for him for these reasons. He holds a special bond towards this place.  This is where he was born, grown young, and fall in love. His life's most beautiful and painful memories are from this place.

"It's been five years since I came here last time, More precisely since I ran away from here...."

Ten years of love cannot be forgotten just over five years. Abhiksha imprinted deep in his heart & soul.

On the way to his home, he came across the school where he

studied sine 1st grade to 12th grade. It was where he saw Abhiksha for the

first time. He once again started to think back to that time.

*15 years before*  

Abeer was never been the type of guy

who checks on the girl. He always had an aloof attitude towards all girls.

This made him more attractive among most of his classmates.  He never

bothered about matters of love and girls.  He was happy with his friends

and family.

That day was different from

others.  It was a rainy day.  It had rained heavily last night.

All pits of the road filled with water which now turned to transparent as mud

settled down and anyone can see the clear reflection into it.

He was looking at his friend who just got down from the bus. What attracted him most was a girl who walked behind his friend.

The weather was cloudy. Sudden lightning made everyone look in the direction of lightning.

But for Abeer, it was like weather was clapping at the beautiful creation that God has created. He was dumbstruck. It was the first time for Abeer to see such a beauty. He had already praised god thousands of times in his heart.

She was wearing the same school uniform as them.

Even monotonous uniform look exceptionally good on her.  She caught the eyes of Abeer at once. She had twinkling eyes, a thunderous smile, a face as bright as the sun. Those thunders are like giving complement to her rhythmic walk.

It was the first time for Abeer to feel

this way.  But his heart was out of his control.  It was the first

time he felt his heartbeat.  So loud and clear anyone can hear it if

they are standing near to him.

Abhiksha was new to city and it was her first day at her new school. She was nervous as well looking forward to her

new school life.She moved here few days ago with her parents. Her father was a cop & got transferred here. She didn't hate the city but  was nervous about her school life.

Abhiksha's father wanted her to be self dependent so he suggested her to use public transport. After she got on

the bus her thoughts started to run wild.

" Its already been a month since school was started. I have  to cover syllabus  as to keep up

with my new schoolmates and have  to make new friends with them! Will they

accept me? Its been already a month, other classmates might have good bond by

now. Will they let me be friend with them? Ahh......?"

Her brain was about explode by all these thoughts. She thought it's better to shift her mind towards nature. She

looked outside the window. Climate was good. One can smell enchanting smell of wet flowers mixed with wet soil fragrance. It was quite relaxing. Her mind calm

down a little. She looked at building and trees which are passing by. They were

all wash clean by rain. Sun was not bright, still hiding behind the clouds. But

light was enough for surrounding nature to shine bright. She took a deep

breath. Her brain was lot more relaxed now.

While she was looking out of the

window she looked at the group of Three  students who were wearing same uniform

as hers. She looked more at them. What caught her attention was tall student

who was leaning against the wall leisurely. His one hand was in his pocket and

holding a ball with other hand. He was smiling as he talked and passed ball to

another guy standing on his right side. He suddenly took his hand out of the

pocket and pushed his friend who was standing on his left side. That student

was unwary and lost his balance. There was a small pit next to him. If he were

to fall he would completely drench in muddy water.

Abhiksha  gasped in shock, felt

bad for that boy as she thought he would make fool of himself today. She was

unwilling to look at the scene so closed her eyes tightly. After few second she

opened her eyes and saw tall student holding onto his friend's arm and pulled

him back not letting him fall into water.

"Scallywag " Said Abhiksha in her heart and slight a curve appeared on her lips.

She still looking out side when a

big board written " PJD HIGH SCHOOL" was left behind and bus moved forward.

*"Ohh! Shit...!" *

Said Abhiksha and stood abruptly and wanted to call for bus to stop.

"Don't panic." A gentle

and calm voice rang from her side*. "Bus will Stop a little further. Sit*

down."

Abhiksha looked at the student sitting next to her. He was  holding a book. Spoke while reading, not even

looking at her. He was wearing same uniform and doesn't seem like he was

joking. She sat down and looked at him.

"Are you new here?" Boy asked again while putting his book into bag. Only now did he lift his head up and looked at her. He was good looking, his eyes were deep and cold. His face didn't had any expression.

He  gave of cold feeling. Abhiksha felt chill just by looking at him. Only nodded her head stiffly.

The boy put his book into bag and

said with lite smile " School doesn't permit public transport bus to stop

in front of the school gate. The bus stop is little ahead and we should walk

back after getting of"

He said in not hurried manner.

Abhiksha heaved a breath of sigh  and nodded her head in acknowledgement. She calmly waited for bus to stop.

When bus stopped boy stood up and

said "You have to hurry, bus won't stop for long"

Abhiksha nodded her head and followed behind him.

After getting off the bus

Abhiksha  started follow the guy. As she was walking she saw the

mischievous guy waving towards him. She frowned, thought what new trick is this

guy trying to play. But before she react, the guy walking beside her increased

his peace and walked toward them. She realized that boy was wishing the guy

next to her. She felt silly at her own thoughts.

Suddenly  A series of lightning. She came back from her

thoughts. She was scared by sound, and soon adjusted her mood, sighed, smiled, took a deep breath. After calming herself she walked towards school.

But she didn't realized her small actions already caught someones heart deeply. It was same for both of them.

Abhiksha went inside the school trying her best to not spare any glance at Abeer. It was strange for her. Abeer's smile made her heart to race. She saw him just twice but while  she was crossing him her heart was like lost its rhythm and beating abnormally.

She was in a hurry. She just didn't want to look at him. She knew if she looked at him she would feel her abnormal and it was heard to control it.

Abeer wanted to follow her like a pupped but was dragged back by his friends. They all went to canteen where Dhara( Abeer's cousin)  was waiting for them. There was still time for assembly so they decided to have some drinks. Of course  it was treat from Nakul as he secured 1st place in monthly test.

Abeer was not interested in that. He wanted to find Abhiksha no matter what.

After entering the school Abhiksha  went straight to the school administration department. She took few deep breath before entering the office. She has to kick that boy's image out of her brain.

She got admitted late. So there were few procedures to complete. After leaving Administrative she went to teacher room and  met with her homeroom teacher. Teacher introduced her to class representative and asked to attend

school assembly. After assembly she can go to the class.

Even though Abhiksha decided not to think of the boy, still could not help to look around to find him.

Abeer also looking for Abhiksha. If his friends Parth and Vinay he would have already entered girls line. Nakul who was standing on stage also looked at his friends who were messing the line and frowned.

Abhiksha saw the expression of Nakul and for some reason she thought he was frowning at Abeer. She was indeed right. She looked in the direction where Nakul was looking. She was unable to find Abeer. She tiptoed while standing, stretching her neck like giraffe. Girl standing behind her poked her with finger and warned to stand straight.

For Abeer's friends Parth and Vinay it was hardest and lengthy Assembly of their entire life.

As soon as assembly was finished Parth and Vinay dragged Abeer back to class so that he won't cause any more trouble.

Abhiksha kept her bag at teachers room and went to collect it after the assembly. Abhiksha's  homeroom teacher asked her to wait and go along with her.
