annieca went to her grandmother's province..she loves playing at the hillside there's a lot of flower at there..she followed the blue butterfly,then she discover that there's a cave beside the hill..she followed the butterfly then she found a boy who has tied his arm and feet..

"shhhh" Annieca signal the boy.

she got nervous but she still untie the boy then help him to get up.

"Let's go!"he brings the boy at their house.

The police got to their house and get the boy.

His grandparents looking for him at the long time. The police only want to ask her grandmother if they saw a boy. But found out about them when they arrive..

"I will giving this ring to you.When we grow up I will marry you" the boy promise Annieca.She accept the ring not taking seriously the promise that the little boy made.

15 years passed

Annieca now a cardiologist.. Annieca always having a surgery. she staying at operating room most of the time than staying at her house..

"Dra. when will you go back home? You already came back from 8hours surgery" her assistant ask her..

"I'll just sleep in a while at the staff room.wake me up after 4hours..I have meeting later." annieca said

"Noted Dra."

Annieca goes to her staff room and asleep. It's her daily routine.After a long hours of surgery she sleep for a while. then attend a meeting for a new plan of the new surgery case.Then she will made a research for her papers. To other's it's boring and dull..Her mother wants her to date and have a normal life like at her age. Her mother always arguing with her to go on a blind date.

" Yes Mom?" annieca answer the call

"Go to the restaurant beside your hospital at lunchtime!" Her mother said

"Mom I'm busy.Can you spare me this time__"

"No you always saying you are busy. when will you have time for yourself? Go to a date or I'll never talk you again".then she cut the call

"Dra. we are in day off today will we get some groceries before we go home?" her assistant ask her.

"No.You go first I'll gonna do my groceries later.I have to go somewhere first!"

"Will you have a date?"

"Actually a blind date"

"My mom always made an appointment about blind date.I'm just 22 .but my mom always want me to have a boyfriend as if I'm old lady now." she sigh

"Well you are her only child, that's why!"

"What If you introduce me a man to be my fake boyfriend so that my mom don't annoy me again about boyfriend thing."

"I know someone who have a crush on you but I doubt if he will be a fake boyfriend. he must like to be a real one."

" No I don't like it, It's troublesome,"

"Why you just get a boyfriend. a real one, your mom will be happy too"

" You know I don't have time,"

"You have time if you want to have.goodbye Dra..see you around!"

Austin POV

Fifteen years after the incident he always think the girl who save him.Sometimes he dream about that incident..How regretful that he didn't ask her name. But he can't forget the looks of that girl.Even he is successful now.He did everything to find that girl but no results until this time.

"Do you have any news about I'm telling you to find?" He ask his friend that a private investigator

"It's hard to find like we are looking a needle in a haystack" His friend answered

" I gave her my heirloom ring.How about try to find that ring maybe it be faster in that way."

" Send me the photos of that ring"

" okay I'll try to find the photo of that ring"

" Is there something special about the ring?"

" Yes the name of my great great grandmother was engrave inside the ring"

" okay send me the photo then I'll do everything to find your sweet saver!" then he got out to his office.

He lost in trance while looking at the portrait he made..the sweet smile that he remembers about the girl can be seen at that portrait.

"Where are you my girl?" he sighed. he wipe the portrait to remove the dust.In fact no dust may appear in that portrait because he always wiping it.He put the portrait carefully in his desk. Then he start working again till the night came. He didn't bother to have food all day.He only sip coffee.Then he feel the pain in his stomach.. Too much pain to endure.He collapse at the floor.

"Sir Mr.Wang wants to have appointment__ Sir what happen to you?" he go to Austin and check him out. He call the ambulance and send his boss to the hospital.

He settle the private room to his boss.A private nurse to attend his needs.

"It's just an upset stomach,low sugar, does he eat anything whole day?" doctor asked

"I served him food but I doubt if he eat it."

"Make sure he eat the food you serve him before leave him.you know hardheaded he is." the doctor and his assistant are his good friends.they know his habit.

"Why does he collapse and a pain in his stomach seem unbearable to him? I saw his hand at his stomach."

"It's seem that we need to run another test to find out."

"okay do everything to make sure that he's in a good health."

"okay I'll leave then." Then the Mike leave the room.and settle other test to do for his friend.

He schedule a general check up to make sure that everything in Austin health must be check to make sure.He saw Annieca at the lobby.

"Whoa you look great! have date?"

"Yeah sort of!"

"Why that face?"

"You know me it's boring going to a date!"

" Why not? It's always exciting when going on a date! wanna try to date me?"

"A big NO. I'll gonna go" then she goes out.

After Dr.Davis get done at Austin general check up schedule.He went to Austin room.

"Why smiling like an idiot!"

"You already awake?"

"Where's my assistant tell him to settle my bill.I have a lot of work in the office!"

"Sorry dear CEO! You need to undergo a lot of test to make sure to you are healthy!"

"I know my body! I'm healthy as a bull!"

"Listen to the doctor's order! Just to make sure so we don't have any regrets in the future!"

"What ever!"

"By the way, I know someone you may like! my colleague that genius cardiologist.At her young ages she is now a professor after making a best research to be use in medical world!"

" If she that best why not you wooing her!"

"She's not my cup of tea!"

"Why?"

"When It's come to work she's so serious like you!"

"You just said she is sweet?"

"She is sweet to her friend but aloof to guys like me!"

"Why not you try to woo her?"

"No! She's to innocent to be played.And I'm not ready to settle down.And beside there's a lot of fish in the ocean!" He said teasingly.

"So you mean her beauty is for serious relationship not for fun?"

"Yeah! You got it right!"

"Let me pass! You know I'm looking for someone. She's the one I want to be my wife in the future!"

"Whoa so serious! I thought you just looking for her to show your gratitude for saving your life that time!"

"No it's not like that! I know myself she's the one that I want to be with for the rest of my life!" he sighed

" It's been fifteen years maybe she have her own family. Like having a husband and a kids!"

"Don't say that! I know she will wait for me we have a promise that time!"

"Hahaha! The cold CEO is now a hopeless romantic guy."

"Stop teasing me!"

"Okay! Take a rest and I will do my rounds! At three o'clock later the nurse will fetch you to do some test!"

"Whatever!" Then he check his watch it's only one o'clock in the afternoon, he can sleep for a while.then he asleep and think again about the girl.He dream again the cave. Too dark then suddenly he heard a giggle of a little girl.she help him to untie the rope in his hand and feet.then she help him to stand and lead him to go to her house.

" Before we leave here please accept this ring and I will find you and marry you when we grow up!"

" We must leave here first! Before the bad guys came back!"

"Please accept this first and make a promise that you will wait for me!"

"Okay! I promise!" then he put the ring on her palm.He put his arm to her shoulder and they go to her house back of the hill.

They saw a lot of police and people colluded at the house then he saw his grandparents then he passed out.

He's hoping that he can found the girl. He also hoping that she is still remember what they promise that day.

"Sir wake up. You are having a nightmare?"

"No it's not a nightmare. It's a memory that I won't forget!"

"Is it your love one Sir! Would you go with wheelchair or gonna walk to the CT scan room?"

"I can walk to go there!"

"Okay Sir! Let's go over there now!"

Then they do the test that schedule for that day!
