2080 , our world experienced a major event . It experienced it's first particle shift(particle collapse).Due to that our worldly objects- buildings, monuments or sometimes a whole parameter of few metres radius would breakdown into their particle form(tiny little particles) and disperse and revert back to their normal state(Just like in infinity war, instead of black ash, think it as small spherical particles which gets separated and joins back again or much better think of the IBM in ajin). The first particle shift (collapse)was the woodstein bridge incident . It occurred without a notice, the woodstein bridge started to break into pieces and slowly dispersed as tiny dust particles and the vehicles which were on it all fell into the woodstein lake from 50 metres height.

That's not it all ,surprisingly the dispersed particles joined back again and made up a whole bridge like it had a play back button. But the lives lost there were gone and never to return.This incident became a sensational news for the journalists but for me it was a damn f©cking monster that took my...........!!

Not soon after that there was another shift at the gas refining station at the west of the city. It would have been great if that was like the previous one, but when the particles were dispersed and when they were reverting back to their original state the liquid gas somewhat came into contact with fire and when the liquid was still in between it's gas and liquid state of reverting it hit the spark and then a huge sound, nearly one-fifth of the west industrial area was caught in the blast this time the deaths were numerous.

This shook the whole nation of steblia and at last the reason behind these phenomenon was the distortion of the space - time in the quarks which causes the particles to be existent and non-existent at the same time thus the particles disperse into the atmosphere until the imbalance settles down.

Thus the scientists found a way to detect the phenomenon before hand and evacuate the civilians. But god knows how long the particles shift was gonna last, even though it took some time they did find a way to accelerate the reverting of particles after the collapse(shift). It was a huge antenna like machine which needed at least a truck to transport it. They named it EMPR- 'electro-magnetic particle retarder'. Then a company called quanta- tech started to produce these devices and monopolized the production thus being a Savior as devil in disguise.

Time passed and everyone started to get used to the shifts and technology developed and EMPR device size was reduced to a suitcase and the ones who did the EMPR jobs and the particle retarder jobs were called 'The handlers'.

They too did their jobs ,all was well and the deaths by the shifts began to decline..............

But then something strange happened.....

It's been 12 years since the EMPR devices were created and disasters were almost like our neighbors. Everyone got used to it. The handlers too were swift to act, now the shifts lasted no more then a 5 minutes from the arrival of the handlers. The average of daily shifts were 15per day.

When we thought that everything was okay and everything was alright then something amazing happened. Well rather than amazing it was shocking. Until now v only thought that particulate matter underwent a shift but..........

It was a usual day with bright sky, people happily riding their Hoover skates(it's just a skate board that hovers above the ground and obviously doesn't have wheels😏). But then suddenly at garden area park just opposite to the exit of the park there was the garden area bank, one of the leading banks in the city. There was a sudden blast and a person or rather a criminal came running out of the bank and rode his hover craft(a triangle shaped hover like car) into the park but not only was crime advanced but justice was too 😄. As soon as the criminal entered the park the air patrol police surrounded him(you can imagine the hi-tech police vehicles) but the criminal seemed to have too much of pride so he self detonated his hover craft but it didn't cause much damage because of the force shield erected by the police.

Everyone was sooooo shocked.... Nah just kidding😘 none was shocked cause it was nothing compared to the shifts. Everyone was passing by casually like nothing happened . The smoke in the force shield started to settle but there was something still standing in that debris....

It was a person not only that but the left side of his body was still burning even his fiber suit was burned to ash but his left side was still on fire but it didn't burn him. We all thought that he was dead but all of the sudden he started to step forward and lifted his head even that was half on fire. But still wtf he wasn't burning he started moving towards the police hovers. They issued an audio warning but he didn't stop so they erected a barrier. But he still never stopped. (and what do you think the public were doing?? Of course uploading the shit on the net😁😁)till he reached the barriers it was all a fun for the spectators. But when he reached the end of the barrier.

Police(on speakers) - surrender criminal 006 Alex you can't break through the barrier ,hands at your back and kneel down.!!!!

Everyone was busy recording it but why hell those none notice that he's still burning?? 😱😱. He touched the walls of the barrier and suddenly the fire disappeared....and just like what happens during the recovery of the shifted particles, tiny flame like dust particles got collected at his palm and.....!!!! A blast ,,more smoke the barrier was broken and those particles started to collect on his left arm and set it ablaze.

*People gossiping*is this a reality show???

*no way didn't you hear the police say he was Alex?? Why is he using explosives isn't he scared of death. *why the hell are police still not stressing him don't they care about our safety. *yeah, f*ck with the warnings just shoot him and let him meet yama.***

His left side that was on fire was no longer burning and his whole left side was alright.

He looked at his left arm he behaved like nothing had happened to his body, then he gave his uncles(police) a devil's smile.

*Irritated police* - Alex this is the last warning stop using explosives and surrender or we will shoot you!!!!

Three of the police hovers were surrounding him and he destroyed a barrier. He suddenly went blank and appeared on the rover in front of him it was more like he ran at an incredible speed. He then pointed his palm down towards the cockpit and the particles appeared in this palm and he blasted the police craft as if he shot a fire ball at it.

*of all the times now the public panicked and screamed and started running but the exit was blocked by the criminals rover.. *

Then he got down of the craft and rushed at the other. The police started shooting him but he was too fast and dodged them easily he then appeared in front of the second craft and placed his palm on it then the fire particles started to accumulate there and blasted the whole craft. The police weren't dumb you know,, every police craft has a cam in it which records the activities and send live feed to the HQ.

Five minutes earlier at HQ of city defence centre.

A dull officer looking at the live feed of the ruckus happening in the park while drinking lava coffee.

*Ppppffffttttt* spits his coffee, panics and calls his superiors.

*The dull officer*- si..sir , sir ,sir rrrrrr (shouts)

*his senior on phone*- ahhh...shut the hell up you mathafucka what the hell is it now???

*the dull officer*-sir it's a robbery..

*senior*- so what... Just catch the idiot.

*officer(the dull one of course) - no sir it's Alex not some road side thug.

*senior*- so what if it's him just order them to shoot him

*officer*- no sir it's not that... Here Alex is on fire and broke the our 4th gen defence barrier.

*senior* - puk..puk... (cut the phone)

Runs down 7 floors (forgot that there was something called an elevator)opens the operation rooms door. Screams at the officer.

Senior- "how the hell can someone break our barrier you dumbass"

Officer-"no sir I'm telling the truth, you can check it for yourself"

The senior watches the hologram screen while his face turns pale. He doesn't get what to do know and tells the officer to forward the clip to the 'handlers association'.

At handlers association branch office.

*Ting*

A flash message with a video clip arrives at office of the head of the branch(and guess what he was doing then.. Having bang time with his secretary 😆😝😝)

*Secretary*- ahhh uhhhh sssirr isn't the ddefencee of the city dealt byyyy the police??? Why do they disturb us like this??? Ahhhhh....

*The head*- don't worry too much it was sent by adolf he's not the type to message just say hello and greet me if he did then I'll castrate him right now.

(Then he pulls out you know what from you know what. 😣)

Watches the clip then turns stiff.

*The head*- hey Rachel which team do we have stationed at garden city???

*secretary*- geez.. First you pull it out and know you ask about who are stationed where?? Nah I'm not gonna tell you.

*The head*- come on baby 👶 I'm sorry it's really an urgent matter.

*secretary*- OK then promise me that you'll take me to dinner tonight. 😁

*the head*- of course i will...

The secretary smiles (damn this girl really has high standards) then opens the schedule file hologram. Then tells him that it's team wind's round today.

*the head*- then tell them to reach the garden city park as fast as their name suggests.

Secretary sends the notification to handler team 'wind' .

At present in the park :-

Alex 006 destroyed two police crafts which were supposed to be made of one of the high quality quanatinum (new metal that will be discovered in the near future😏)and killed the police along with it. Now he's looks at the third craft and was about to rush to it with a flame particle sharingan in his hand.

Just then the wind team arrived and these guys have much high tech equipment with which it was easy for them to catch him in an electrical net and dart him with10 tranquilizers even then he was wobbling. Behind the wind was their exclusive handler craft or rather it was more than a craft and much like a hover ship rhombus in shape with five levitation engines. They caught him in the net which electrocuted him every 3 minutes. Then they pulled him up to their ship.

*People gossiping* hey aren't they the wind team one of the four best handler teams??? Hey if this is related to the handlers we shouldn't record this right?? (according to the article 233r no ones allowed to record the work done by handlers because if it was to get exposed to foreign countries that would cause us huge problems)

Oh and the girls there were ogling At the looks of the team leader of wind .

They left the scene without making any mess and the bull dogs team (special team which cleans up the mess after a shift or a police incident) arrived at the scene cleaned the debris and let us all go.

Then I just took it as another stressful day and went back to my home. This ruckus made a huge fuss in the news and whole night this shit made hell of a headline story.

But I still slept soundly the whole night.

But who would have guessed that when i woke up the whole world would have changed and that was a real shock to me....

yesterday I had a good sleep.... my *** don't know why but i had repeated dreams of the explosion that fucking Alex caused and now I have carry bags under my eyes. But still since I woke up let's get my face in the sink.My face looks like a scare crow damn it...

With a brush in my mouth i opened the window to enjoy the morning view.( opens the window)oh yeah the daily view of the paper boy flying and throwing the paper , the old man in the opposite street on fire like always, an explosion in the sky, my opposite apartment filled and drowning in water. yeah well pretty normal isn't it?? closes the window thinking that he's still dreaming gets his face in the sink again , opens the window and stare at the monkey on his corridor bars. stareeeee..... closes the window....... the **** man why the hell is the paper boy flying?? 😱why is the old man on fire?? 😱😱why is there an explosion in the sky??😱😱😱 and when the hell did this monkey get into my house?? and is it eating my energy bars and can monkeys even drink cola?? 😐😐😑Picks the monkey and kicks it out the window.

on science today(a news channel) a scientist answers an interview --apparently it looks like the particles that messed with the atomic structure and caused the particles shifts changed overnight and caused particles to change their nature and form into heat, liquid and wind which can be controlled by a few people who have mysteriously some affinity for the particles, the cause is still unknown but we will try our best to solve this problem and it looks like its some how related to the incident with Alex and we believe that he was the first person to experience this change and any of the further details and information will be informed to you later.....

*the reporter at that spot* there is another breaking news it doesn't look like our continent is the only one facing this situation but it looks like the whole world is experiencing this phenomenon....

2 years later-(now I'm 15)

two years passed swiftly and there were a lots of changes and problems, during the year when these powers started appearing there was an obvious rise in the crime rate and the particle shifts became more often like 54/per day thus the government had to take swift and quick measures and arrested all the people who misused their powers. the defence even made special cells for these guys built in with EMPR devices. Even some of the people in the handler associations acquired this ability and controlling this wasn't that hard and the law enforcing also became a tad bit of easy.

The government was even considering to propose new constitution for the nation regarding this situation but suddenly during the third year of this calamity the powers started to disappear and people using the powers decreased, that wasn't only for us but the whole 5 continents(you'll find out their names later) were experiencing the same thing or may be even worse. few countries were even under a rebellion. Now back to the topic-- there was a rapid decline in the abilities users and the reason was said to be incompatibility.. Even though 1 percent of the people is stabalia were using these abilities, there was one thing which they were lacking, that was knowledge of the ability for example let's take water ability users according to research it looks like the particles which cause the shifts change the surrounding gas into H2O ie; your surrounding has a major mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen which has 22 & 16 electrons, CO² gives 6 electrons and O² gives 4 electrons and forms water(H2O) and the remaining 28 electrons are nowhere to be found and the increasing thing is that this didn't effect the atmospheric gases concentration at all and it is assumed that these 28 electrons along with the mysterious particles mixed and formed the lost CO² and O².But still the question aroused that why was the product formed was H2O rather than neon that has the same 10 electrons??? As this subject included the mysterious particles, the study of these powers was stopped and it's research was closed. (This had a lot of science shit wasn't it?? 😁😁😁)

Now let's get to the real point again, and as i said there was decrease in this ability users and so did the shifts and now they were 25 per day thus the ability users numbers plunged down to 100,000 per continent and that wasn't even 100,000 per country which was like crazy rare so the government provoked the decision to change the constitution but they implemented new rules and a special permission to join the handler association as elites .The government even set up special schools to train these ability users who were named 'The particulars'.

It didn't end there, there was a time when people scorned the Particulars and jailed them but now they were very valuable and every nation wanted to have more and more of these Particulars.well in this case researcher were extra fast and found a way to implant these mysterious particles into the people and they gained the ability of particulars and it was more efficient than the natural particulars and only teenagers were able to be implanted with this particles.

During this period when the particulars were decreasing, their abilities started to advance too. Some could levitate without controlling the wind(possibly control gravity), some could make metals from sand and mud, invincibility was rear and sometimes the particles affected their very physical body and they became more fast(speed type) and some became stronger. Now 1 of every 5000 births had a natural particular who was naturally affected by the mysterious particles and had natural abilities. The most surprising thing was that all of this happened in just 2 years. Now every parent wants a child with abilities because parents get money a lot of it if their kid manages to get in to handlers association.

Now let's come back from the flash back to the earth 🌍. Now there are special schools for the particulars and most of the handlers who didn't get the abilities or lost them in due time were implanted with artificial particles and made them artificial particulars. The particulars became very famous and most of them became either handlers or police. That's what happened in this 3 years, and when Alex who was in the handlers custody was interrogated, there was no answer from him and all of this changes were considered as natural phenomenon as it occurred all over the world.

Now at present the particulars had high standards and most of them were regarded as vips .And a very few of the particulars who did not want fame or the people who couldn't get into any particulars specialized college or a few free lancers who were engaged in saving people from dangers and unexpected shifts and that were called 'The Heroes'(well of course that's an unofficial name given by the people) but the handlers still call them headache or rats or motherf**ers or sonovabutch and many more. And these heroes identities was a secret. damn it how the hell are we gonna know who they are if they wear masks and makeup.😬😬

*In the news-* (in Aaron's house)

yesterday night there was another unexpected shift but luckily a hero appear and rescued the civilian from the place......
