FERRY'S POV

"Sir, we have arrived." The driver said and opened the door for me. I was shocked after seeing the school I was in.

What kind of place is this?

"You can go straight to your room, sir. I'll go to the office to settle your documents for transferring here." The driver said to me and left.

I'm scared not because I'm a coward, but because the Academy's vibe is not my type. I was like in horror or haunted Schools. Not only that, but I was standing in the center of the school's quadrangle in gloomy weather with a black umbrella I'm holding under the wild rain!

It's so quiet, and it scares the heck out of me. What kind of place is this? Does my father mistakenly pick some place for me?

As I walked with my head down for the reason of avoiding eye contact with whoever it was that gets in my way. I am so afraid, but I need to be calm because I only have myself here. I don't know where's my driver and honestly speaking, I don't know this entire place, I can't even say if this is a school or what. Heaven knows I'm scared! I might pee in my pants.

My thought left my mind when I bumped into someone. I didn't lose my balance and shockingly looked up to see who is the person I bumped with.

"Are you human?" A cold voice surprised me that almost cause me to faint in fear.

What the heck? In my entire life, I have never bumped into a person with a dominant aura!

"Y-yes…!" I stammered. I want to run and hide. Call me a coward but in this kind of place, I won't dare anything!

"Are you lost?" He asked while looking at me intently.

As I gazed at his cold expression, I realized that I don't want to trouble myself with this type of person. He has pale white skin and if I'm not mistaken, those two teeth that were showing off were his fangs!

I shivered at the thought of vampires but shook my head immediately before answering his question.

"Yes, I am lost," I answered with a straight voice not giving him a hint of cowardliness like I was a second ago. Damn! It's impossible to have vampires here. Maybe I am just overreacting. Sighed.

"Okay. I can help you find your way" he said giving me a creepy smile and showing his fangs even more. Damn! Is that fake or real?

He started walking and I followed him behind. As I observe all the rooms we passed by, some of them are peeking to see me or smiled at me wearing their creepiest smile. What the **** did I get myself into?

I was trembling in fear as we walked and stop in front of a room. The guy who helped me left after giving a word to a teacher.

"Oh, it's you, Mr. Vladimir! I've been waiting for your arrival since yesterday." The teacher said, getting my attention. She smiled at me. As I checked her appearance if she was weird like the man who helped me, but she was not. She's normal.

"Don't worry, they are harmless." She added. I sighed in relief. I thought I'm going to end here.

The teacher stepped aside to let me enter the room. As I entered, everyone is quiet. Everyone is looking intently at me. As the same gloomy atmosphere welcome me, everyone looks...thirsty? Am I imagining or hallucinating?

"Class! Hold yourself H-haha…" the teacher said breaking the tension with her awkward voice.

"Ma'am, can I have him for dinner--?" One of the female students said, but her words got cut by the teacher, answering her back.

"NO! Now, please shut up," she said with a stern voice. The girl got scared and hide her face. She was really scared...why? For me, it is normal to be scolded by a teacher but this....something is not right or maybe it is just my thought.

"Mr. Vladimir, I asked forgiveness for Ms. Young's attitude." She said. I smiled to tell her that it was okay. Who knows maybe this school is just fond of scary movies or just making their school unique from others so that many will be interested in coming to this school.

I shook my head for being so cowardly and dumb. If that's so then maybe I can act like them too. I shouldn't be scared of them because they are like me, a human being. Maybe they put a lot of effort into their pale skins, creepy smile, and unrealistic fangs. Maybe I got it wrong in the first place. I got the wrong impression about this school.

"Mr. Vladimir, please sit at the back, we only have one chair left available." The teacher said while pointing to the chair near the window. I nodded and say thank you, and walked to the said chair for me.

I sat beside the window and was confused while looking at the vacant one beside me. She said there is only one available, but why is there another vacant chair? Was the owner absent from today's class? A sudden voice interrupted my deep thought.

"If you want my chair, we can exchange"

A cold yet soft voice disturbed my whole nervous system. The voice is so angelic yet cold. I looked at that person who spoke just now. I thought my soul left me when I saw the person standing beside the vacant chair next to me. I was shocked and at the same time felt something strange, but how can a school have this kind of beauty?

Pale skin again… All of them have pale skin but hers is something not as bad as the others. It looks natural and smooth. Her eyes are like gold. It's so stunning yet cold, her hair is kinda curly and to some of it all, she has a real beauty!

"Drooling is a sin, Mr. Vladimir," she said and smile.

Before I could hurt myself for letting her see that, she said something that left me shocked and confused...

"I've Been waiting for you."

FERRY's POV

"I've Been waiting for you."

My jaw dropped after hearing those words. Why the **** she would say that? Like why is she waiting for me? For what?

"Miss, I don't know what you are talking about." I gently said. She ignored me and sat beside me. I kept on staring at her, I'm still confused.

I sighed and turned my eyes away to look outside the window.

I saw nothing but gloomy weather outside. Although, I'm a bit convinced about my conscience that everything is just a play they're performing, but deep down... I'm still scared.

Time passed by, and I didn't notice that everyone have left the room. Like what the--?

"Am I really into deep thoughts?" I asked myself, still in shock. I stand up and hurriedly ran outside the room and I saw some of them, but I'm not interested. I need to find my dorm room. I looked at my wristwatch, it was already 6 p.m.!

I fished my phone in my pocket and dialed my father's phone number. I need to ask him. I badly need to ask him why he sent me to such a place!

I half walk and half run because of fear and desperately want to be in my safe zone. I just want to keep myself safe since this is not my place and territory.

I frustratedly put my phone back in my pocket because my father did not pick up the phone after several calls from me. Shit!

I halted in the middle of the huge hall when I heard a loud bell ring. It's like saying it's time for bed. I trembled in fear and didn't know what I'm going to do next. I don't know where my room is yet.

I shouldn't be scared. I'm brave!

"Yes, I'm brave!" I whispered to myself. I started to walk again with shaky hands. Why is this place so dark and only lightning filled the room?

Again I stopped walking while looking at the figure five meters away from me. As the lightning passed by again from the huge window of the hall, it gives me a clear view of what it is... A human figure! A girl!

I saw her step forward so I stepped backward! I don't know, but I'm scared. Not a dramatic feeling but a real one. I feel my knees are out of strength to walk again. I'm scared. It feels like it will kill me anytime!

Those red bloody eyes. What is this? A show? How could it possibly be? A human with such bloody eyes is like a monster ready to devour her prey?!

Before I fall to my knees because of fear, someone grabbed me and pull me to nowhere! I realized that we hid behind a huge arch column in the hall. I'm trembling in fear and gazed up at the person who grabbed me to hide.

My eyes went huge like it's ready to pop out! It's a beauty! I can't talk because she covered my mouth with her hands. I can stare at her without her knowing it because she was busy peeking for our safety so as not to be caught.

"She's gone," she whispered and let go of me. She stands still and I did the same. It's embarrassing for me to be saved by a beautiful girl.

"T-thank you," I said while avoiding her gaze. The following moment is unexpected. She hugged me out of nowhere!

"You're so handsome!" she said, almost yelling.

"Miss, please let me go. I didn't know you." I directly said and push her gently away from me. "Please behave," I added.

"Oh! Sorry…" she said, still wearing her sweetest smile. I just ignored her and get out of where we are hiding.

"Are you lost? The dormitory is not here. It was located in the nearby building from this hall" she said while pointing to the entrance. Maybe I came to the wrong place, though I'm not familiar yet.

"Y-yes. I'm n-new here." I shyly tell her honestly. Damn! I need to get out of this place.

We started walking out of the hall. She's talkative but I don't want to complain as long as I'm secure.

"I'm Kathy Devil, what's your name?" she asked.

"W-what? D-devil?" I asked in shock. Who's insane wants to have that kind of name? It gives me goosebumps by hearing her surname.

"Yes! That's a lovely name." she happily said. I gulped. Damn this girl! Even her name can make me think that she's insane.

"I'm Ferry Vladimir. I just transferred here. But I lost my way, I was attending my first day of class earlier but I fell into deep thought," I paused. Recollecting what happened earlier gives me a headache. Why they did not tell me that the class is over?

"Oh, I'll guess it for you, they leave you alone." she guessed. I did not dare to say anything because I was hurt by the thought that even the teacher did not bother to tell me. Or Am I the one who did not hear that the class is over?

"Let them be. In this school, you have a lot of things to discover." She added. I sighed.

We finally reached the place after a couple of minutes of walking back to my dormitory. I faced her and thanked her for helping me find my room.

"Good night, Mr. Handsome. Hope to see you around tomorrow." She said winking at me. I awkwardly laughed because of the compliment she gave me. I mean, it's not new but in this place, I don't like to accept compliments. It's like it always has a second meaning. I see her leave my room and I rest after closing the door.

After cleaning my body, I jumped into my bed and I felt sleepy. Maybe I can go to the office tomorrow to tell them what I have encountered strange today.

I closed my eyes, and before I fall into a deep sleep, I once saw in my mind the lady with red bloody eyes that I have encountered earlier.
