the cold breeze of the air passes by,

as niye falls down within a sigh.

It was known that the creator of this world,

Lumin had once loved one of his creations, the goddess of sun, Venus.

He showed her great affection and care more than any other creation.

Venus got pregnant with twins, that holds the blood of the creator and hers making them an unstoppable force shaking the balance between worlds.

Venus was surrounded by envious eyes even in the godly realm, one particularly standing out is

"Ophanim" the goddess of balance.

She was once before a famous figure long before Venus appeared. So Venus's appearance affected her enormously. Her glare was filled with dangerous jealousy. But it was the creator she's against to.

Soon, Venus gave birth to a male and a female.

The male was named as "Achlys" while the female is named "Astraea".

Their birth made the creator happy and blessed the whole world. They were known and were worshipped, gaining myriads of followers within a day.

The god and goddess of Time and Space.

However, Venus shortly died after that.

She was poisoned by a forbidden flower that only grows in the deepest part of nethere, surrounded by the most evil synergies. "Angel's compound"

was a heinous poison to a god because it will corrode their godly energy, poisoning their blood within a minute.

It just happened so that the creator was not present, wherefore Venus passed away.

The creator was insanely furious for Venus's death, that he neglected his duties and the whole world suffered a drought, while monsters attack continuously resulting in the war between mages and creatures of nethere. It was called "War of Chaos"

That just shows how much Venus holds a place in the creator's heart. But what happens after Venus's child?.

"The royal princess suffered the same symptoms of her deceased mother, she will soon begone."

Right, the creator exists, don't he?

"My father will save me."

The little Astraea who was bedridden believed that her father would save her.

"Don't call the creator your father, you have no rights to call him at this state!" Ophanim yelled at Astraea's face with her malicious eyes that pierced through the small child. Astraea was only 8 years of age.

"Hic..Mother..Father will save me! please, let me call him through the holy orb...." she begged Ophanim to claim back her "holy orb".

A magical item that her father gave her so that she could let him know if she is in trouble.

But Ophanim took the orb away from her as soon as she was "sick".

Ophanim smirked and pushed Astraea away.

"You must be insane, after all, you are going to die, Astraea. No one will save you, just like how he didn't save your mother."

Just like that, Ophanim left the room as the temperature continued to arise.

Little Astraea could only cry in the dark and wait for her death.

However, Ophanim tricked Achlys into giving her half of his life making him a mortal.

Achlys has a powerful spiritual power like Astraea, if Ophanim were to receive it, she will be much stronger.

Just like that, Achlys was gone without a trace.

He was sent to the mortal world to fend for himself, while Astraea still awaits for her death.

This is just a part of the story of "The Goddess's tears" because, the main story revolves around Geneviéve Scvhyffeux. An adopted daughter of an aristocrat who was a replacement for the aristocrat's daughter to marry the enemy country's prince. It turned out not bad and in the end, Geneviéve with her husband Leonardo, overthrown her homecountry and sits on the throne together while taking revenge to those who trampled her before. She also finds out about Astraea's truth and inherits the last energy of the goddess, being able to defeat the nethere creatures from entering mirage. During this process, she meets with a nethere prince and he falls over heels for her, however Geneviéve chooses the human, Ofcourse. Luno, the second male lead,is left devastated and locked up in a seal by Geneviéve and Leonardo.

She was portrayed as a goddess, and Luno,

is to be a sinner villain in the eyes of people.

But the story ends at that. The people lived happily ever after.

And what's worst? out of all the great characters,

I, the great assasin from 2150 gets transmigrated as Astraea!... I only readed this novel out of boredom and curiousity. But hey, I don't think it's a bad thing? I'd rather have this than to be in a casket. Well, Now that I am Astraea, I will punish whoever looks down on me!

However, because Georgia had let Leo, Yeona's little brother escape, the father killed Georgia by electrocution.

When Yeona turned 13, her father decided it's her time to go. She was sent to disguise as a highschool girl and there is where she met Noemie.

Noemie became her best friend. Noemie was optimistic, and witty.Yeona liked her personality.

But till the present day, no one heard about her little brother.

But one thing for sure,

They were successful experiments therefore,

they can be distinguished easily between the norm because they are living gods.

(PRESENT DAY WITH NOEMIE)

"Yeona, do you believe in god?" Noemie inquired seriously.

"I don't know. But this world is vast so there must be a creator." Yeona shrugged.

They are currently lying down at the rooftop glaring at the stars.

"I suppose. I just hope, he finally hears our cries that weep for justice." Noemie replied back with a sigh.

"Noemie, maybe.. That day will come when we are a speck of dust." Yeona answered.

"Don't be like that, there's still hope. In everything, it might not be now but there is definitely one later." Noemie.

Peaceful days don't last long.

But painful days feel like eternity.

Not too long after, Yeona's father knew about her friend. And ordered Yeona to "assassinate" Noemie.

"Yeona my child, I've recently known about your friend." the father uttered in a cold tone.

"Father, don't.. Don't touch Noemie, if you do I will!-" Yeona yelled in anger as her father pressed a button that caused electric shock to reach her.

"My filial child. You are the only one I have.

Your mother left me, Leo left too, so... I must do what's best for you."

"Noemie was it? she's your weakness. You must assassinate her." The father gazed upon Yeona with threatening eyes.

Yeona ofcourse refused to murder her only friend

wherefore the "father",

implanted a bomb in a public structure that exploded as soon as Yeona and Noemie entered the building.

(PRESENT)

"Yeona... "

"Yeona!!..."

the voice repeatedly calling her name.

Suddenly,The black void turned into a clear vision.

"Astraea!!..." A stunning man with golden strands of hair, white long eyelashes and the golden pair of eyes.

"Could he be... Lumin?.." Yeona Thought.

"If he is Lumin..Then I am.."

"Are you alright?.." The man asked worriedly.

"You must be confused.. I don't know if it worked but I think it does."

"what work?" Astraea(Yeona) asked.

"It seems it did."

"What is your name?" The man asked.

"Yeona."

"It took me to great lengths to summon you. Please live as my daughter." the man uttered.

"Astraea has a horrid fate, just like her mother. This is the only way that I can see my child again. Especially the fall of my creation." The man added.

"I am really greatful about this. But there must be something else you want?" Yeona replied.

"Just be my daughter that's all. You can do anything else you want, as long as Haven stays."

"You have to defeat Ophanim." Lumin uttered seriously.

"You are the creator..Can't you just? - "

"No, I can't. Because she acquired the gift I gave to you. So I rewind the time and summoned suitable souls. Only my daughter can overthrow her." Lumin elucidated.

"This is the last bit of my power. I will give you one last gift, afterwards I will watch you from afar" Lumin added.

It's not a bad offer.

However, why is that that Lumin himself cannot take out Ophanim? what's the truth?

And what kind of gift should Astraea ask for?
