"Tao" is the origin and law of all the things in the universe. In time, the people can become deities or live forever through practicing certain rituals and austerities.

The goal of life for each individual is to find one's own personal adjustment to the rhythm of the natural (and supernatural) world and to follow "the Way" (dao) of the universe.

A Taoist believer must harmonize with the nature by balancing "yin and yang" and developing "CHI" through meditation and disengagement.

"CHI" is known as "the breathe of Heaven", "mythical breathe", "the breathe of nature", and " the quality of the spirit".

They say that a human body is a source of chi-derived energy, which some people have the power to concentrate and congeal into an essence.

Lao-tze words: "The real is originally there in things, and the sufficient is originally there in things. There is nothing that is not real and nothing that is insufficient. Hence, the blade of grass and the pillar, the leper and the ravishing beauty, the noble, the disingenuous, the strange - in Tao they all move as one and the same."

The sun is illuminating the top of the mountains and bathe the entire Taoist temple into light.

Shao Yang Yang: Ahhhh...it's such a heavenly scenery up on Mount Qingcheng today!

The breeze is telling me that...

Oops.., I'm late! "Shifu" is going to kill me this time!

He rushes to reach the meditation tower as soon as possible.

Shao Yang Yang: Phew! I'm finally at my destination!

Goes inside...

Suddenly an old man starts to yell at him.

Master Lu: "Shao Yang Yang, how many times do I have to repeat you that you must take your study seriously if you want to walk the righteous path? It's already the seventh day since you're being late for the morning meditation!

What am I going to do with you?"

Shao Yang Yang: Fine, fine, shifu...!

Don't be so upset, it will ruin your health!

Master Lu: If you would care more about my health, you would not come when the lessons are already over!

Shao Yang Yang: Please forgive me Master, it wasn't my intention to be late but I overslept this morning too! I don't know why this happens to me lately.

Master Lu: Yang Yang, from all of the Mount Oingcheng disciples, you're the most talented one. From all of my disciples, you're the most understanding and more kind-hearted one but lately you have developed some bad habits.

Which is being a lazy fox...!

That's why, you must receive your punishment again!

Shao Yang Yang: Yes, shifu! I won't complain because I am wrong, just punish me!

Master Lu: You must recite " the taoism beliefs" and "the main principles", for over three hundred of times!

When you are over you can eat but not until you are done with it!

Shao Yang Yang: Yes, shifu...!

Master Lu: Go in the front yard!

Shao Yang Yang: I'm going!

Outside...

Sone fellow disciples: Hey, Shao Yang, what have you done this time?

Did you skipped Master Lu's lessons again?

Shao Yang Yang: Hahaha...mind your own businesses guys!

Mount Oingcheng, located in the southwest of Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province is the centre of the Taoism. It is one of the four sacred mountains: "Qingcheng", "The Wudang" (in the northwestern part of Hubei province), "Longhu or Longshu Shan" (Dragon Tiger Mountain - Guixi County, in Jiangxi province), "Qiyun" (Xiuning County, Anhui province).

Many Taoist temples appeared over the time in these regions.

One of these temples was Shao Yang Yang's home and cultivating place.

I don't understand why should I repeat something that I already know, maybe I missed some parts! Shifu is too twisted minded!
