Eventually, an organization was built to maintain peace and repel the attacks of any invaders.

Their duty was the safety of everyone and protect their home.

Following her was a demon watching her with leisure, knowing that there is no escape from his grasp.

The demon king stepped on Ivy's back, rendering her immobile. With her present state, Ivy doesn't have any more will and strength to fight back, but she refuses to scream in agony even in so much pain.
Eventually, blood poured from her eyes as red veins popped all over the white areas of her pupils.
Ivy abhors seeing Adeon's delighted face.
She didn't want to show any expression he was eager to see. She did not want him to feel pleasure by seeing her misery.

The demon chuckled languidly, savoring this moment. Happy that someone had made the visit first.

Sending her flying through the air.
Without further ado, his body bolted towards Ivy, appearing right beside her.
And while his prey was still floating in mid-air, he threw another kick in her torso.
With that, a guttural groan escape Ivy's throat.
The young lady could feel the pain physically, but the pain in her heart was more torturous and painful than anyone could ever imagine.
She was hit. Kicked, and punched. But the attention of that shaking cerulean pupils continued to stare longingly at the lifeless bodies of her comrades.

Seeing what she's doing, Adeon, the Demon King, stomped his foot heavily on that hand, causing Ivy to screamed out a piercing cry while trembling in pain.
Satisfied with what he did, Adeon grabbed a handful of her raven hair and watch her expression expectantly.
The Demon King could clearly see the coldness tearing away from her face, replaced by a twisted expression of pain.
The reaction he's aching to see finally emerge from this woman.
As a demon who loves to watched the misery of others and inflicting it himself; it filled him with exhiliration, but at the same time, Adeon felt that it isn't enough.

Her vision were full of dark spots at first before seeing the familiar white ceiling and the strong smell of medicine and disinfectant that penetrated her nostrils.
Her fingers flinch while her eyes roamed around the familiar room.
The heart monitor on her left continuously sounded beside her ears.
Everything about what happened finally strucked and dawns on her.
Her voice cracked and completely hoarse.

Ivy's breath instantly grew heavy. Blanch lips quivering as her eyes starting to become bloodshot.

Ivy remembered everything that happens to her and to her whole squad!
At that, her heart and mind started to race. She started to move but her body wasn't listening to her.
It wasn't a surprise that she ended up like this after being rescued.
Her real body was badly beaten, close to death.
Through the thick bandages that wrapped around her, Ivy felt torn and numb at the same time.
