the ghost have been given a mission
if they complete the mission they will get the final mission in the real world then there soul can rest in peace and get a new life
but if they don't then they have to do missions again continuously until they complete the mission
a new batch is made every month
those who have died in that particular month have been in a new batch
every ghost has given its power and ability based on there previous life means the life that ended and they are ghost right now
