In one of the VIP spacious hospital room, laid a handsome young man dressed in a white hospital gown.
Despite his pale complexion, one could still see a bright light filled with longing in his eyes.

Yes! Wait for a moment, I’ll go bring that gift for you.
The nurse immediately ran outside in a hurry and not even 5 seconds later, she ran back with a thick book in her hands.

Here it is! Young Master, you can unwrap the gift first, I’ll go ask the head nurse for your daily check-ups.
The young lady flashed a bright smile then leave the room.
Once again, the room was engulfed in silence.
He glanced at the thick book in his hands.

Feeling doubtful, he opened the book with trembling hands.
His hand was still weak, and this thick book put quite a pressure onto his hands.
Expecting a normal paper as normal as any other book, he instead was met with a blinding golden light shining from the pages.

To his shock, he found his body turning transparent and slowly fading away.

Watching his own body fade away in horror, there was nothing he can do.
Not even a second later, the young man disappeared out of thin air leaving only the thick book laying quietly on the bed.
The room was once again engulfed in silence.
The golden light disappeared as if a moment ago was an illusion.
