“How about you shut it RACHEL I was talking to Kaito, Anyways Kaito you shouldn’t sleep in class the bell rang 5 minutes ago to go to lunch .What classes do you have after lunch ? , Since we don’t have the next class together I would like to have lunch and walk to class with you if that’s ok ?” *BLUSHES *LISA

“ *humph* You and your silly crush. We have P.E next and you know that once again you have been up his *** for 3 days now , he probably is tired of you” -RACHEL

“Can you shut up already” *ROLLS EYES -*LISA

Fire starts coming out of Lisa’s dark ginger hair and her eyes turn a fiery red. The heat begins to melt desks in the class behind her.

*FREEZING MIST STARTS TO FORM AROUND RACHEL AS THE TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM DROPS IMMEDIATELY THE ROOM BEHIND HER BEGINS FREEZING OVER . **❄️❄️*

RACHELS PURE BLACK HAIR BEGINS TO SLOWLY TURN WHITE STARTING FROM THE ENDS OF HER HAIR

Both the girls glare at each other with murderous intent on the verge of attack when tobi stands up in the middle of them and says

“Alright girls no need to fight over me plus you know I’m powerless and your letting off such forces with little ol me right here in between are u trying to kill me ?” 😏

Both girls realize they have accidentally activated there powers and simultaneously deactivate them . They turn to tobi and apologize multiple times to him .

” I’m so sorry tobi I didn’t mean to I got carried away I forget not to use my powers around you .” RACHEL

“I’m sorry as well I won’t let it happen again , still it’s strange that you have no powers in a world full of alien species, evolved humans, gods, monsters , demons, and species that areunimaginable. It’s rare to see regular humans but I geuss the universe is infinite”. LISA

“Can you ever shut up it’s probably offensive to him he probably envies those with power plus he might have not manifested them yet” RACHEL

“Sorry kaito” LISA

“It’s ok I live by myself and never known my family my memories are all jumbled and weirdest of all I have no powers in a world full of powers I’ve always been an outcast and loner for as far back as I can see but atleast now I have u two friends so I don’t feel envy towards anybody jus happy to have u guys”.

BOTH GIRLS BLUSH AND TURN THERE HEAD AWAY FROM TOBI

RACHEL- “ I’m glad to your friend too tobi”

LISA - “ you will always have us im sure your powers will manifest soon”

TOBI- “ now let’s go eat lunch 😁”

THEY ALL WALK TO THE CAFETERIA TOGETHER TO EAT LUNCH .

LISA ,RACHEL ,AND TOBI ALL MAKE THERE WAY TO THE CAFETERIA AND HOP AND LINE . TODAY THEY ARE SERVING PIZZA AND FRENCH FRIES FOR LUNCH. THEY ALL GET THERE FOOD AND SIT IN THE FAR LEFT CORNER OF THE CAFETERIA AWAY FROM THE LARGER GROUPS OF PEOPLE. LISA SITS ON THE LEFT RACHEL sits on the RIGHT AND TOBI IN THE MIDDLE.

“ It’s unfair you guys get to have 4 out of 7 classes together and I only get 3” LISA

“It is what it is if u have a problem see if u can get your schedule fixed regardless I see you guys after school before I go to work anyway. It really doesn’t matter though I heard schedules will be changed after the combine” Tobi

“You really are annoying *rolls eyes* anyways , next class is p.e. But hey tobi it’s your third day they said they would be testing and evaluating your powers today, since not having powers isn’t normal then what are you going to do ?” RACHEL

“ well I’m sure there are still people born with weak powers I will probably be thrown into the same group as them meaning I probably will be seperated from you guys since you have elemental powers which are top notch powers.” TOBI

“ hmm that may be true but you never know there are people from lowers classes that still help out higher classes like sidekicks so you can be ours😁” LISA

“ yea I guess ….but I would rather be a hero. What are the classes again and how are things ranked” TOBI

“Well it’s a lot … first up there are 5 ranks in all

For instance you can be any of the Ranks c - s under one of the 4 classes . You can’t be in 2 classes . “Rank s is a place for people with powers that over over 5000. E Rank is a rank for students who’s power is honed to excellence. For example each Rank has a power Level and once you reach a certain power level you go up in Rank. The power scale is like this

Common\= 250-500 upgrade level every 25

Basic\= 501-1000 upgrade level every 50

Abnormal \= 1001 - 3000 upgraded level every 200

Extrodnary \= 3001- 5000 upgrade level every 200

Superb/ superior\= 5000 super hero level

Regular villans on the street usuall range from B-E but supervillains and villains with dangerous backgrounds are well above S . While E is the requirement for graduation to become a hero . S is the minimum to enter the Superhero world. And in the superhero world this scale is even bigger to accommodate for even stronger foes.” LISA

“So to even be placed in a Rank you have to be as strong as 5 average people that isn’t fair what if someone with powers has a power not focused on strength” TOBI

“ Thats where the Classes come in. That scale is for hero Class which is based on strength , the same scale applies for medics but instead of being based on how many people you are stronger than it’s based on how fast you get to the scene and are able to help ally’s and rescue others and your health recovery rate when healing others. The rubric was scaled to an average. Same with intelligence it’s based on iq ,strategy, thought and processing speed and logic. And support is based on creativity accuracy and effectiveness. So it’s fair for each class if you land nowhere then you might be expelled even though that’s never happened.” RACHEL

“ I don’t think he will get expelled but I don’t know where he would go he couldn’t be a sidekick if he doesn’t land in another class” LISA

“I geuss we will see” TOBI SAYS WITH ANTICIPATION.

“Hey Rachel, LISA what’s are you guys doing over here with the new guy.He wasn’t around last year and now both of you have been by his side ever since this year started don’t tell me you two got a little crush” Unknown

BOTH GIRLS LOOK AT EACH OTHER IN AGGREVATION AND TURN TO THE UNKNOWN SPEAKER. THEY SIMULTANEOUSLY SAY.

RICHIE LOOKS WITH A SMIRK AND SAYS

“Wassup newbie u think u gonna show up and start flirting with my girls. That’s a problem” Richie

“First of all we are not your girls and we never were

you and your gang of brickheads think u are the shit because youre all in the hero course.

Well your not and Don’t think for a second just cause you are a vermillion things will jus go your way.” RACHEL

“Right you vermillion think your so high and mighty well I’m not afraid to speak up against you and your tyrant of a race”. LISA

(Groupies behind Richie gasping in surprise)

“ Now now LISA you know u shouldn’t talk that way about my people like that plus we aren’t tyrants we help planets in exchange for safety and cultural prosperity.” Richie

“Yea right more like conquering and communism”. Tobi

“What did you just say trash you’ve got some nerve speaking up to me peasant ” Richie

(Grabs lunch table and effortlessly throws it across the lunch room luckily hitting no one and breaking against the wall )

Tobi sits in his seat not budging an inch staring directly at Richie. He says nothing

“Oh your quite now go ahead speak up for me again let’s hear you say that one more time”. Richie

LISA and Rachel both stand in front of TOBI and activate there powers.

“ Here you go picking on people weaker than you if u wanna fight then do it with people who have a chance” LISA

“ There you go saying embarrassing things again lisa but still I’ll fight u if u wanna fight Richie “ RACHEL

Rachel’s deep black eyes turned gray and the temperature of the lunch room immediately dropped the walls and floor began to freeze over near the incident.

“Woah woah woah what are you doing over here I hope we aren’t fighting” unknown

Everyone suddenly gets quiet and everyone is shocked

Sitting right next to TOBI where Rachel was sitting is now the p.e teacher and designated ceo of the combine this year Maximus d regulus.

“ Mr. Regulus where did you come from I didn’t even see u walk in” Richie says nervously

Rachel still glaring At Richie never taking an eye off him

Regulus appears next to Rachel puts a hand on her freezing shoulder without being effected at all.

“ come now let’s chill out .. uh or in your case heat up…..ahahaha”

Regulus looks around for laughter from the others but everyone is silent

“Tough crowd anyways let’s save this energy for the combine it’s gonna be interesting this year you know I’m in charge” *He smiles proudly as if this fact was very important.* “You will have plenty of time to fight each other because this year we will be doing versus matches instead of individual tests as ususal…..Wait was I supposed to say that. Anyways yes that is a part of it so save your energy and problems for then everything will be explained next period.” Regulus

Rachel turns off her powers and backs down.

Still glaring at Richie

“ Ha , looks like your little girlfriends can’t save you in the combine newbie better hope we dont get matched up . It’ll be over for u” Richie makes a thumb sliding across throat gesture towards TOBI and walks away with his groupies.

“Hey mr Maximus is it true that we will be doing versus this year?” Tobi

“Yea were you serious about that or bluffing we’ve never done anything like that did you get approval from parents we never agreed to this” LISA

“Yes we talked to parents earlier before the school year it was decided we need to start putting the generation against each other, create rivals , bonds to test each other’s strengths, technology has seperated your age to much it’s time to reunite. Plus most of you are 18 or almost 18 and that’s legal age for u to make your own decisions . If you don’t want to participate you can drop out at any time.Ofcourse resulting in failure and a transfer of schools.”Regulus

“I geuss that makes since” tobi says reluctantly

“Don’t worry kid usually it’s a balanced bracket there maybe 1 or 2 unbalanced fights but that’s very low chance especially since we know ur case ….it’s werid though you know ….. your case”

*Mr . Regulus scoots closer and whispers to where only tobi could hear.*

“Your a interesting person you know that . I’m in your side so trust me .”. Regulus stands back and gives tobi a convincing smile

Bell rings for lunch to be over

“Let’s have a talk later on much to discuss go” Regulus

*Regulus disappears into thin air leaving no trace *

Tobi sits in shock …. Does regulus know something ….does he know my secret?

“I’ll see you guys in a little bit I’m going to go to the bathroom real quick to change I’ll see you guys at the gym “ TOBI

“Ok bye TOBI” RACHEL and LISA say together.

“Rachel stop copying me .” LISA

“ no you stop copying me idiot” RACHEL

“ I said it first” LISA

TOBI watches them as they argue and walk away. Then he walks out of the back door of the lunch room . He goes to an old abandoned part of the school and makes his way to the private one stall bathroom at the end of the hall in the old hallway z. Once he reaches the bathroom he locks it and begins to change.

He take his shirt off revealing bandages wrapped all around his abdomen up to the base of his neck and down his shouldersjust before his elbow. Tobi pulls down the area of bandages near his heart and on it was birthmark of a crown . One filled in obsidian black circle with 4 hornlike talons hovering around it . 2 ontop and 2 on the bottom .

BACKSTORY

About 3000 years ago a war broke out. A war was waged by a demon god ,whos name was even feared throughout gods and was never to be spoken written or remembered ever. He and his endless horde of demon spawn raided pillaged and ransacked any universe he could . He was a menace to the multiverse.

This 6 armed demon god was a god of chaos , darkness and destruction. He was born at the beginning of time and has singular reality existence , so there is only one him in existence ever. He does not have immortality but no matter how many times you kill him he always comes back . It was said merely speaking his name instilled fear and gave him more power. That wasn’t the only thing that made him a formidable opponent though, every time he was injured when he recovered his strength would increase 10x and if he died , when he came back his strength increased 100x . He rarely lost a battle twice .

This demon god wrecked havoc against not only this universe but multiple universes simultaneously. Being a primordial god his powers were limitless but even worse he had every demon, demon king , demon lord at his disposal.He was the father of all demons.

At first he waged war on the universes as he pleased. Since every universe in the multiverse are connected to purgatory ( home of the demons) through there underworlds he is able to access any universe he wants. But then for some reason he started focusing mainly on this universe, universe 72.

The other gods in the universe 72 all got together for a council meeting one day and raised a question to the “untouchables” (truly omnipotent beings ) the question was ‘ How will they deal with the threat of the primordial demon god’? .

Naturally the untouchables didn’t care because his power wasn’t great enough to effect them so they overruled it …..but a vermillion came up with a very good point .

He said “ yes this menace isn’t like one of you he isn’t an untouchable . There are people who can challenge his power but not kill him for good . You untouchables need no reason to pay attention to a problem such as this . But this demon has been amassing power and climbing greater heights……..what if ….just what if this primordial demon god sets his eyes on becoming an untouchable? what if he can truly find a way to become like you, then he could hurt you, he could ruin the balance of everything. There would be no recreation no life only death and destruction. There would be no order only chaos.”

This question was something the untouchables made themselves ignorant to so it made them uneasy. After debating for 3 days on their course of action they finally ordered the execution of the primordial demon god by any means necessary.

This order spread through the multiverse like a spark lighting a flame . Wars began breaking out across time and space . The multiverse demon war had begun.

At first people accepted the destruction because there was no way to fight back without the backing of gods and deity’s . There was a law made by the untouchables that gods cannot work together they must solve there own problems and cannot interven in other gods affairs. In order to win this war against the demon god the un touchables rescinded that law. That law was the only reason gods could not gang up to attack the demon god which was a huge reason why the demon god would continue to win and thrive. No matter what he only had to fight one god at a time so even if he died he would come back stronger and defeat them the second time. Now that the law was abolished confidence spread through the gods. Gods of all kind major and minor lept into action. Although some gods stayed neutral a lot took up arms to fight but not all went to the side of the untouchables. Some gods chose to back up the demon god.

Not only did he have the backing of other powerful gods , brute and barbaric races but he also had the backing of his own demon spawn.

There were differnt types of demons in each universe so they all had to come up with there own ways of returning the demons to purgatory. In universe 72 there were 6 types of demons. Magic demons, human-demons aka pseudo demons( humans turned into demons), beast demons (animal like demons), Devils (demons created by other demons ) , demon lords/kings.

Each type of demon was like it’s own race and each had there own levels of strength and sub races. But in order from weakest to strongest in the main 6 races are beast demons, pseudo demons,magic demons , devils , demon kings , demon lords.

Universe 72 had to combat against more than the usual amount and types of demons because this was where the demon god directed his forces the most for some reason.in response universe 72 gathered a demon extinction force.

The main races of the extinction force were the vultrimites , vermillions, mages of eternal knowledge, crotatians , and the kevleraians .

All species that are either highly advanced in technology or physical attributes or both. Each were supported by there own respective gods.

The demon god flourished in battle and overwhelmed universe 72. Other universes were fighting back pretty well and some even extinguished the demons in there universe but mainly because the demon god didn’t care to stretch his army to those places. Instead he focused mainly on universe 72 and it’s neighbors 71 and 73. All three universe were in almost total chaos with demons running rampant and the demon god reigning triumphantly .

But One day something unthinkable happened. at the height of the war the demon god was in control of most of the universe 72 and 5 other universes . The demon god was gaining exceptional power. It became apparent that even the gods couldn’t stop this monster ,he had gained to much power and reached a realm even the gods couldn’t . He was nearing the power of an untouchable . So finally an untouchable decided to make a move.

Shee was done with the war destroying time and space, done with the endless chaos and destruction, done with the countless live being lost.

Her name was kya kaito she was the goddess of immeasurable power.

An ancient being that was spawned at the beginning of the multiverse

She went to this demon god and confronted him. She gave him an option . 1 give himself up and be sealed away of his own will or 2 forcibly though her own power.Ofcourse he declined the first option .he was already so close , plus nobody has ever been able to seal him before so he felt confident. He agreed to battle and they both made there way to the void .there powers were so great the fight had to be held in a secluded dimension where only the two could fight and the rest of the universe wouldn’t get distorted.

In the end the only one returned and that was kya . She said she defeated him and that the demon god could no longer support the demons. From there on the war ended within 100 years.

. Soon after the 5 extinction forces cornered the demons and sealed away or killed most of them. The war ended 50 years ago from this current time .

The hunt for demons ended 21 years ago

End of back story

There were still some demons in hiding until recently. some possessed humans or objects in the mortal world to stay here . A law was created than all demons must be excorcised and returned to purgatory . In a situation where the demon is to powerful to be excocised the host must be killed .

in some peculiar instances the government allowed some demons to live here if they get along with there host and have no evil intentions. There are even some heroes who are devil possessed but are either In control of their demon or work together with it…….

Tobi is in the bathroom of hallway z in the abandoned part of school .

Tobi stares in the mirror of the 1 stall bathroom and thinks back on his life

‘I should be ok right . I’ve never even heard it or seen what the demon is . Maybe there isnt even one in me. It could all just be a lie …… but why would it?’ Tobis 💭

Tobis has a flash back **💭

All the knowledge i have of my family is a single memory and some papers that were left to me . The memory was of a bright green sky with different colored clouds floating by and the sounds of kids playing in the back . A woman that can’t really be seen because of the sun shining down walks up to me and speaks. Her voice was like an angel . But i can’t remember the words that came out of her mouth .And then that’s it . I don’t remember anything else before i was 8 and my first memories after are of me openeing my eyes in a room full of strange people . Apparently it was an orphanage, these people gave me a letter and some other papers with charts and data.

The letter said

Dear love

‘You are izanagi TOBI kaito. I am your mother .This must be strange but I cannot tell you my name or your fathers . This will be a shock to hear but you are demon possessed . On your chest over your heart you will see something shaped like a small crown . For now it will look like a birth mark but eventually it will grow . You must hide it . It is a symbol of your demon . We decided to tell you young rather than hide it so you can make the right decisions and the best ones that help you survive. Your life will be a hard and long one . You will go through many hardships and feel like giving up but remember you are special and more important than anything in this universe. Never give up keep moving forward. Your demon is very powerful you must learn to control your emotions and keep the power contained . It’s a lot but we believe in you . Do your best’

There was also a packet but it was sealed with a magic age conunter so it wouldn’t open until I reached a certain age. Ever since i read this i have been keeping to himself. I grew up in an orphanage for a while then once i got enough money and a job i moved out and lived my life as a regular person.

Now I’m a 18 year old in my first year of the hero acedemy. I’ve never used powers ever . There has never even been a sign of a demon being inside of me, my whole life I’ve gone on living as a regular human and now I have to become a hero . What will I do ?’

End of tobis thoughts

Tobis intelligence was higher than normal so he graduated from high school at 17 . When he turned 18 he was also able to open the package from his mother which told him which school to apply to and had a letter recommending that he skip the first year of preliminaries and go straight to second year.

This was a hero school so even with the note to get in you had to have the qualities and potential to become a hero in some aspect . Tobi did not know why his parents wanted him to go to a hero school if they wanted him to keep his demon hidden . Tobi had good intelligence but nothing to make him stand out and his building skills were not all there so support was out of the question . He doesn’t know his race so if he does have any abilities than none his powers have manifested .

Naturally tobi should have had the strength of a regular human but for some reason he doesn’t. Tobi s body has always been self sustaining he never needed to workout but still he has a lean body. He was always good at sports and activities but would never train in fear of awakening his demon . This was most likely the main reason tobi was able to get through the physical exam ; his body was already at peak human stage and peak human strength so he could easily pass the tests.

The note allowing him to skip his first year was also his saving grace keeping him from having to go through the analytical and body examination process.

But now he has to find a way to actually get put into the hero course or atleast a sidekick or he will be expelled.

*back to tobi in the bathroom*

All of these different things are running through his mind. But he has to hurry the combine will start soon so he gets changed takes one last look in the mirror exits the bathroom. He rushes out of the bathroom and As he is leaving he bumps into miss Stacy green an intelligence corps professer carrying multiple glass beakers . The collision makes the beakers fly out of her hands. Tobi’s heart dropped .

In a millisecond of time with the beakers in the air falling he had a million thoughts race through his head . What was she doing here? Why now ? How can he get out of this ? He didn’t know if it was the adrenaline or if he was seeing things but at that time everything seemed to slow down to a complete halt.

Tobi didn’t know what he was seeing , everything even miss Greene and beakers in the air was frozen in place. Quickly he snapped back to reality and grabbed the beakers while he could so that they didn’t break .as soon as he grabbed the last one everything unfroze.

“Ohhhh no my beakers they……” Ms. greene

She notices that he beakers didn’t fall to the ground and break but instead were in tobis hands. She blinked in astonishment

“ oh I could have sworn …. Well anyways thanks even though u shouldn’t be here anyways . What are u doing in this abandoned hallways?” Ms. greene

“Sorry I get nervous around people so I come to the secluded bathroom to change” TOBI

“ huh … wait ur the new kid izanagi right . I wouldn’t have pegged u for a shy kid but if u say so. Your unpowered right ? Those were some quick reflexes for someone without powers?” Ms. greene

‘Shit she noticed’ (TOBI)

“ I jus train my body since I’m weaker than most u know anyways here I Better get going to the combine” TOBI

Hurriedly gives professed Greene her beakers and rushes away.

‘That was definitely odd he caught those beakers faster than I could even see that was definitely not just from a trained body I geuss we will see then’ (professor greens thoughts)

Walks out of abandoned hallway to go to the science room. Now intrigued by this new student .
