I never thought I'd be back here again.

Just a few days ago, I received a letter from my dad.

And now I'm standing at the foot of a mountain that's as tall as the eye can see.

I take in the refreshing breeze then continue on my way.

I wonder why he asked me to come home so urgently.

It's been fifteen years since I last saw him.

(He's practically a stranger at this point.)

I hold the Letter close to my chest.

After losing my job a few weeks ago, I wasn't sure what to do next.

(Maybe this trip can help me clear my mind.)

I continue walking through the lush greenery until I see a river up ahead.

(wow...)

The sound of the current draws me in.

Just then, a figure appears in my line of vision.

(Hm , what's that?)

A lone woman sits on top of a rock, meditating under the rushing waterfall.

Ren

(It's not everyday I see someone doing that.)

I'm mesmerized by her level of concentration.

Tempted, I move to take a closer look.

As I get closer , I begin to notice how pretty she actually is.

Ren

(Her clothes are oddly traditional.)

I continue to watch her until I realise I've been staring at her this whole time .

Ren

(Oh gosh, quit ogling her Ren.)

(I should leave her be.)

When I turn to leave, I lose my balance on a mossy rock.
