Episode 1: Welcome To School
Lumine
"Huwaahh!! I can't believe we can finally go to school! I'm so excited!"
Aether
"Hahaha.... Lumine, you so excited aren't you? I feel a bit nervous though.... This is my first time step out from the house too."
The blonde teen looked up at the teen whom 3 years apart from them when he pat him.
Xiao
"You two will be fine, I'm sure of it."
His sharp eyes soften at the younger as he continue to pat him.
Aether
"Xiao-nii.... Uhm! I'll try my best to make you proud of me!"
Xiao
"Hm. I'm looking forward to it then."
His lips pursued a smirk, amused by the younger challenge.
Lumine
"Hey! Don't forget about me! You meany!"
She interrupted while puffing her cheeks.
Xiao
"Yes, yes. I'm looking forward to it too, Lumine."
He ruffled Lumine's haired when she start pouting, crossing her arms while Aether silently giggles.
Aether's mind then wonder off, Xiao has teach them everything they need to know especially to him since he never once step out from his house. Xiao is quiet protective at time and he doesn't give permission for him to go out. The last time he did was when he is 4 years old.
Xiao explained to them that there are many more worlds out of Teyvat, though not everyone knows about it. There is one clan that can travel through world to the other worlds but he never told them what's the clan name. In this world, Teyvat. There is 7 Archons god, they can keep their presence hidden from everyone and take a human form to camouflage.
In Mondstadt, the Anemo (Wind) God is Barbatos. In Liyue, Geo (Earth) is Rex Lapis. In Inazuma, Electro (Lightning) is The Immortal Shogun. Dendro (Nature) in Sumeru is The God Of Wisdom. In Fountaine, Hydro (Water) is God Of Justice. Pyro (Fire) in Natlan is Murata, the least of it is Cyro (Frost) in Sneznaya is The Tsaritsa.
It's a wonder how come he remember all of it, oh right... Xiao is a sadist, he will tor-tutor them throughly if they didn't remember all of those things.
Aether shivers when remember it back.
But, in Teyvat there is still one more clan exist. The clan is Yaksha, they both know Xiao is from the Yaksha clan. No, infact everyone in Teyvat knew he is Yaksha because he is the only Yaksha left.
He shook his head erasing all those thought away.
Aether
"Umm.... So, Xiao-nii how is the school like?"
Lumine
"Yeah! What it's like? Do you have friends at school? Or... maybe you even got yourself girlfriend?"
She smirks, a tick appeared on his head before knock the blonde girl head.
Xiao
"That have nothing to do with it. Shut your mouth and don't interfere with things like this."
Aether sweatdropped, laughing nervously seeing his twin got scold by Xiao. He exhaled before sat on the couch between the twin with a cup of tea in his hand.
Xiao
"If you were asking me, it's quiet boring but luckily there is clubs and sports."
Xiao
"The sports are just like what you watch in tv, it's an active activity. As for clubs, usually it's after the school ended. There are many club you can join. You can see it yourself later."
He explained as he sipped the tea.
Aether
"Oh.... It actually sound interesting."
He said while putting his hand on chin.
Lumine
"Yeah! Now I feel more restless! I can't wait for tomorrow to come."
Aether
"Say, is the music club even exist in school?"
Xiao
"Hm.... Yes, it is. Even if there aren't, you can actually start making your own club. Of course, you will be the leader."
Their attention switch to him when he open his mouth.
Xiao
"You might be separated into different classes."
There is a moment of silent.
She yelled in disbelief, Xiao slightly sweatdropped at their reaction. They are indeed inseparable, Xiao sighed. Putting the cup down on the table.
Xiao
"You might even be in my class."
Aether
"What... do you mean?"
He close his eyes for a brief second before finishing his tea.
Xiao
"You will see it yourself. Now go to sleep, it's already late. You need to wake up early tomorrow."
They exchanged glances before exhaled.
Lumine
"We going to sleep.."
They went to their bed and soon fast asleep, Xiao stood up. Washing the cup before went toward their room.
A small smiled bloom on his lips seeing them sleep well, he kiss their forehead before leave.
Once he get out from the house, his eyes turned emotionless. He materialized his mask as a spear summon in his hand. He twirls the spear a few times. His eyes glance back at the corner of eyes, he instantly got surrounded by man in black.
Man 1: Well, well. Look what we have here, if it wasn't the infamous last clan of Yaksha.
Man 2: I thought it will be some grown up but turns out it just a brat.
Man 3: Hah! What can a brat do? This is going to be easy.
They sneered at him, provoking him but Xiao keep silent doesn't feel anything aside from numbness.
Man 2: What's wrong? Are you scared? Oops―my bad of course you're scared. Too scared not to move.
They laughed at the statement. Xiao silently growl in annoyed, his sharp yellow cat like eyes glow.
Xiao
(They are so annoying.)
He closed his eyes for a brief second before began to twirl his spear. In the blink of eyes, he stabbed and slays the man in the black without any mercy.
Those man that laughing at him are startled and caught off guard.
Xiao
"Prepare to die you fools!"
It doesn't take long for him to finished them, he silently grunts while looking at the die body around him. His clothes are stained with bloods but he could be careless about it. Xiao opened his mask and keep it back along with his spear. It's not the first time he kill those people.
Since he was the only Yaksha left, many enemy wanted his death. Everyone knew the Yaksha clan is strong maybe even match the Archons strength. But, 13 years ago the Yaksha clan got ambush by enemies.
They slayed every single one of Yaksha not giving any mercy, even to the children. He is the only one who succeeded to escape from them. Reminisce it back only make his anger and vengeance rise back.
Xiao sighed, he shook his head trying to erased the thoughts. He should clean up all those bodies before anyone saw it.
He mutters but move nonetheless.
Next day, in the morning.
Lumine
"Aether! Come on hurry up, we already late!"
She rushed the older twin while pulling his wrist who seems struggling to follow her stepped.
Aether
"Lumine, calm down. I haven't tie my hair yet!"
Xiao put down the omelettes on the table after finished cooking, he already in his uniform school. He glance back at the twins.
Xiao
"Lumine, calm down. It still 6:30 come here and eat."
Lumine puffed her cheek but followed his word nonetheless. She went toward the table and took her sit along with Aether.
They silently eat their breakfast, it was a comfortable silent between them.
Xiao
(Ah... how come I almost forget about it.)
Xiao
"When they ask what is your power, don't say Light."
Xiao
"I don't want you to be ignorant, so I will tell you this. The people outside are greedy of power, they may act kind and all but it was just a facade. Not everyone is sincere to you."
Xiao
"You do know that Light is the most rare power right?"
They nodded as an answered.
Xiao
"That's what the danger lies ahead you two. If those people ever find out about it... who knows what are they going to do."
Xiao
"They might sell you off to other people, the crazy scientists might want to project you or worst your power got taken away and kill afterward."
Their face turned pale hearing it.
She finished his sentence.
Xiao
"Don't worry, even if they did find out. I won't let anything happend to you nor let them touch you. Not even a single hair."
He tried to soothe them but somehow he emitting dark aura when thinking the possibility. The twins sweatdropped.
Aether
"X-Xiao-nii calm down..."
Lumine
"Yeah! Umm.... We already finish eating, let's get going!"
She stood up getting ready while took her sling bag.
Aether
"W-wait! Lumine, I need to tie my hair first!"
Aether hectically try to find his rubber.
Xiao sighed before pick up the plates and washed it.
Xiao
"Lumine, it's 6:40 we still have time. Aether come here."
He calmly ordered them as Aether approach the older teen. Lumine went (OxO) before follow his word. Aether approach him as Xiao braid his hair.
Xiao
"Done. Let's go now."
He took his bag and went out from the house followed by the twins from behind. He locked the door before start walking toward school.
Lumine
"Nee, Xiao-nii. What is the school call? Are we going to go to different school?"
Xiao
"Hm.... It called Mondstad Academy and no. You going to the same school as me."
Aether
"Huh? But why academy?"
Xiao
"You can say that it is a 'special' school. It's a bit different than the other school, you will understand what I mean once we are there."
They exchanged glances in their mind still wondering what he meant but soon discard it. They going to see it themselves anyway soon.
Lumine
"If we can't say, we've 'that' power then we must said we're multi-user then?"
Aether
"Ah... I almost forgot about that, it has been long since I use it."
Multi-user is when a person can control all elements, Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro and Cyro. Not everyone can control it even if they did, they can only control two or three elements at most. Hence, those people that has complete control of it got admire by everyone.
Aether
"Urghh.... But, I don't want to get 'attack' by them."
Lumine
"I- I mean... you have a point about that."
She replied weakly, Xiao has been hear their conversation since the beginning silently laughed at them.
Once they reached at the said school, Xiao dodged at the upcoming hugged a ginger about to give.
Childe
"Oh, come on~ Xiao why did you always dodge me? I'm being friendly over here~"
A tick appeared on his head.
He growls in annoyance. Not far from them, there are three people who seem to wait for his arrival too. Lumine stiffle her laughter.
Lumine
"And he said he doesn't have any friends. Kukuku...."
Aether sweatdropped with a sighed.
Aether
"I don't think that would be call friend, Lumine..."
He sweatdropped yet again when Xiao knock hard the ginger head until bulge.
Amber
"How unusual of you to arrive this late Xiao. Usually you're the first one arrive at school."
Kaeya
"Yeah, what's up. Oho~ did you secretly found a girlfriend and have a date with her last night? How sly. You didn't even tell us you've girlfriend."
Xiao
"Just shut up will you, also I don't have a girlfriend. Stop assuming thing, you fool."
Lumine keep laughing feel amused seeing how irritated Xiao is toward the ginger and raven.
A dark blue haired teen with aqua green eyes shook his head, smiling at his friends antic. His eyes then landed on the twins, his face changed into surprised when saw the male twin.
For a split second, he saw an image of someone familiar as him only with blue haired and sunset eyes. Smiling at him. He pursued his lips before quickly smiled covering his shock.
Venti
"Oh? Who are you? New students?"
Venti
"Hello, I'm Venti. I am Mondstadt Academy student."
Aether
"Ah. O-oh, umm.... H-hello nice to meet you."
Aether said timidly with a blushed since it was the first time he communicate to other people aside from Lumine and Xiao.
Lumine
"I'm Lumine! This is my twin brother don't take it on heart, it is the first time he meet other people."
She said while wrapping her arm on his, smiling at the other teen.
Aether
"Y-yeah... umm, I'm Aether."
He shyly smiled at Venti as the older male returned his smile.
Venti
"Nice to meet you too, Aether, Lumime."
Xiao turned his back toward the trio along with the others.
Amber
"Oh, who are they? Since when they're there?"
Aether
(We have been here the whole time!)
Lumine
(We have been here the whole time!)
Childe
"Heh~ new students this late?"
Kaeya
"Hm, oho~ is this the girl you go out on date yesterday? Not bad."
Lumine blushed when he said she is Xiao's girlfriend. A tick appeared on his head before knocking his head. Growling.
Xiao
"Grr.... I said stop jumping on conclusion, they are my younger siblings."
Aether stared at them blankly.
Venti
"Your younger siblings? Oh, so they're the one you tell us before."
Venti said in realisation once remember it back, Xiao sighed so done with them well, maybe exclude Venti and the brunette name Amber.
Xiao
"Aether, Lumine let's go to the principal office. We can't waste anymore time, it's already 7:10."
He stated after glance at the watch in his left wrist, realisation then hit the others.
Venti
"Aarghh! That's right we going to be late! See you in the class later Xiao!"
Venti quickly rushed toward his class followed by Amber whom wave her hand before running. Meanwhile, Childe calmly run once a while toward his class since it's not far from there.
Kaeya
"Hah.... Guess I'm going too then, see you later. Don't wanna to face the discipline freak again."
He stretched his body yet still walk calmly toward his class. Aether and Lumine sweatdropped at him before follow Xiao.
They look around the school, there is still students lingering around. They seemed to be whispering to each other when realized their presence. Aether fidget nervously seeing them staring at them. Well, mostly toward him.
Aether
(Am I look weird? What are they whispering about?)
Aether
"Y-yes, Xiao-nii?!"
Xiao
"Ignore them, don't let them disturbed you."
Lumine
"Yeah, just let those jerks talk as they want. It's not like they will become royalty if they gossiping about us."
She said while nudge his arm. Aether pursued his lips, slightly sweatdropped. Really, since when his twin become savage? Let's not talk about Xiao, remining he can be a real sadist...
Soon, they finally reached the principal office. Xiao entered follow by the twins whom nervous.
Principal: Ah, Xiao you finally come.
Xiao
"Sorry for the lateness."
Principal: Nah, don't mind it. So, I assumed they're your younger siblings. Aether and Lumine was it?
Aether and Lumine could only nodded as a reply.
Principal: To be honest, I was surprised when almost all the subjects you got full marks. I guess, Xiao has been teaching you really good.

"Most of the subjects?"
Xiao nodded while crossing his arm, secretly felt proud of them.

(I teach them really well.)

(Urghh.... I mean, of course we are. Xiao-nii tor-tutor us after all.)
He sweatdropped when remember the time they both got tutor. Every time they got the answer wrong, they got bomb away.... Somehow, they're still survive from it.
Principal: I've put on some thought of it. It will be waste if I put you on the underclass, so I have decided. You two going to be in the same class as Xiao.

(Ah... same class as Xiao-nii? Actually, I don't even know how to react.)
Lumine
"R-really?! Yay! I'm going to the same class as Aether and Xiao-nii!"
She claimed while pulling their arms excitedly.

Aether smile sheepishly while sweatdropped. The principal just smiled feeling amused at the blonde girl reaction.
Principal: Alright, here. This is the time schedule and as for the clubs. You can do as you suit.

"W-we understand. Thank you principal."
Aether said a bit stutter while reaching out the schedule, he gave the other one to his twin. She stared at it for a moment.
Xiao
"Now, if you excuse us. We will be going."
He slightly bow before went out of the office followed by the twins. They run a little bit then walk beside him. Soon, they stopped infront of one of the class. They assumed, they already arrived. The class is a bit noisy and they can hear a woman voice scolding, maybe to the troublemaker or the students that make noise.
Xiao slide the door opened, make all the attention switch to him. Lumime feel a bit nervous but excited at the same time although the attention is not to her and Aether. Meanwhile, her twin is hiding behind Xiao.
He just stared back at them emotionlessly, not even flinching.
Jean
"Ahem! So, Xiao. Why did you come late? It's unusual for you to come this late."
Xiao
"We have new students."
Jean
"Oh, I see. They are the one the principal tell before. Come in."
Xiao entered the class along with the blonde hair twins, he ruffled their haired silently telling them they going to be fine. He sat on his sit afterward.
Now, all eyes on the twins. Aether slightly blushed and fidget feeling uncomfortable while Lumine smile nervously.
Aether
(Huwaahh!! The pressure! The pressure is too much! Xiao-nii help me!!)
He internally screaming while crying.
Jean
"Alright, let me introduce myself. My name is Jean, I teach History subject and military. I'm also a leader of the school discipline. Make sure you two follow the rules, or else...."
They slightly tremble, intertwined their hands seeing dark aura surrounding her.
The whole class silently sighed, thinking the same thing. (Here we go again...)
Jean
"Moving on, please introduce yourself and tell us your power."
Aether
"Yes.... Umm.... N-nice to meet you, my name is Aether. I- I am multi-user."
Lumine
"Hello. I'm Lumine, I also a multi-user. I am Aether's twin sister."
She cling her arm on Aether's with a big smile. Covering her nervous but at the same time excited.
Everyone in the class start to whisper to each other.
Student 1: Did you hear? They both are multi-user!
Student 2: Dang, I can't believe this.
Student 4: Kyyyaaa! They're so cool! Hey, let's make a fan club!
Student 5: I'm totally with you!
Student 6: Don't leave me alone, count me in!
Student 3: Geeh.... This girls...
Student 2: Urrgh.... They always like that anyway.
Aether fidget feeling uncomfortable, he heard everything they are saying. Well, they are not really whispering in the first place. Meanwhile, at the back of class Xiao were emitting dark aura. The raven haired teen anxiously try to cool him down.
Jean
"Alright that's enough!"
A whip slammed on the table, successfully make the class quiet in instant. The twins looked at the whip with a pale face.
Aether
(Since when she summon it!?)
Lumine
(Remind me not to make her mad.)
She then turned to the twins.
Jean
"You two look young―no infact look younger than the students in this class. Mind telling us your age?"
They exchanged glance for a while.
Aether
"Yeah... w-we are actually 15 years old..."
Once again the class became noisy.
Student 1: Hey, you serious?
Student 3: Well, I mean they do looks young.
The class quiet down when Jean emitting dark aura after slamming the whip on table.
Jean
"You both can go take your sit."
They whispers out "yes" before quickly find their sit. Lumine instantly found an empty sit beside Xiao and took the sit. Aether look around anxiously, his honey eyes stopped when saw a familiar teen.
He went toward the empty sit beside him, soon the lesson began.
Aether steal a glance at him but he catched his glanced. He stammered when his honey eyes met the aqua green one. He just smile in returned.
Venti
"Who would have thought we meet again."
Aether
"Y-yeah... I know, I already told you but my name is Aether.... Nice to meet you."
Venti
"The same for me. My name is Venti, just call me Venti. No need for the sufflix."
Aether
"Okay... if you say so."
Aether

The bell rang indicated it's recess time, most of the students rushed toward the cafeteria in hunger. Some of the students even push each other out of patients.
There is even students rooming around and went to the library. Meanwhile, Xiao and the others are at the rooftop eating peacefully. Though, it was the least thing to say...
Xiao
"No means no! You fool! Stop disturbing me!"
Childe
"Oh, come on~ let me copy your report Xiao, my brain is on jam right now!"
The ginger whines. Xiao growls in annoyance and kick his face once a while when he tried to approach him.
Amber laughed nervously while Lumine laughed in amusement. Aether smile nervously while sweatdropped along with Venti. Kaeya just yawn sleepily, resting his body on the wall. Closing his eyes ignoring the noise they make.
The door suddenly wide opened made everyone look at the door. A student seems out of breath but quickly speak.
Student: I'm sorry for disturbing your lunch! But, Jean sensei and Zhongli sensei said to call these name. Xiao, Kaeya, Childe, Lumine and Amber to quickly went to the main hall. It's an emergency!
They all exchanged glances.
Aether look at his sister worriedly.
The others narrowed their eyes before nodded, Xiao lightly tapped his shoulder.
Xiao
"It's okay, I will take care of Lumine. We are going."
Just like that, they left. Leaving only Aether and Venti behind, the blonde teen awkwardly looked at him. He doesn't know what to do.
Realize his awkwardness, he smile before summon his lyre. That is enough to pull his attention to him.
Venti
"Well, since we are all alone now. Why don't I let you listen to my favourite melody?"
Aether
"Your favourite melody? You know how to play lyre? This is my first time seeing the real one too."
He claimed excitedly, all of his nerves disappeared just like that. Venti smile silently glad that he managed to talk to him.
Venti
"Ehe~ yes, I supposed you love music seeing your reaction. Then, if I may. I will play it for you!"
He claimed with a smile, playfully winking at him.
Aether bashfully smiled at his playfulness and nods in excitement. He then closed his eyes, concentrating before began playing the lyre.

"Take you long enough."
Xiao
"What is it? You can't possibly tell us 'that'."
Lumine look at them completely clueless, she did not understand why they look so serious. Especially Xiao, she sweat feeling terrified, it was the first time for her to see his face darken. Full of kill intent, he doesn't even hold back his KI. She silently whimper, Lumime can clearly see the rage on his brother's face.
Childe
"Hey, calm down will you? Getting angry like this will get you nowhere."
He daid in serious tone with a faint frowned while tapping his shoulder. Xiao glared at him before roughly brushed his hand off his shoulder.
Xiao
"What are you thinking? I don't care if I need to settle them by myself. Why did you try to involve them in this."
Zhongli
"Xiao please listen to us first and you're scaring her. I know that you have a grudge on them but please for Archons sake calm down."
At that mention, realisation hits him. He quickly turn to Lumine and rushed to her, she slightly trembled in fear.
Xiao
"Lumine, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scared you, I really sorry."
He whispered to Lumine while embrace her tightly, trying to calm her down. Kaeya crossed his arm with a frown.
Kaeya
"Who would have thought we got to see his soft side."
Jean sighed, putting her left hand on hip.
Jean
"Of course, after all they are the only family he has left."
Amber stayed silent the whole time only observing and listen to them. After the situation is much more better, they continue. Zhonglin exhaled heavily closing his eyes.
Everyone except Jean were shocked hearing it, Lumine still feel lost and didn't understand what's happening.
Lumine
"Xiao-nii, please... tell me what's going on? What did Zhongli sensei mean?"
She stared at him sharply with a frowned.
Xiao
"Lumine.... Hmm, fine. If you insists."
His delicate yellow eyes glinting sharply almost looking emotionless.
Back to Aether and Venti;
Aether
"That was wonderful Venti, I envy you. How come you're good at playing lyer?"
Venti
"Ehe~ you flatter me too much Aether, all you need to do is practice and learn how to play it."
Venti
"Since you seems to taken a liking with it, you can take this lyer."
He said while giving it to him, Aether hesitantly accept it.
Aether
"E-eh? Is it okay? I'm sure this lyer is dear to you."
Venti
"Nah, it's fine really. I have a bunch of it in my dimension."
Aether
"I see.... Thank you Venti."
He thank him with a bright smile. Venti froze when he once again saw the same image, Aether look at him worriedly when see him freeze.

"Venti? What's wrong? Are you okay?"
"Ahh... a spirit? Hello, my name is Sora. What's yours? Ahh-! Silly me, you don't have any name since you're just a spirit."
"Then, I will give you one! Your name will be Venti! Nice to meet you Venti."

He snapped back to reality only to see Aether staring at him worriedly.

"Are you okay? Is something wrong? You were zoning out."

"Ah, sorry. I didn't mean to worried you, I'm fine. Just wondering why Jean sensei and Zhongli sensei called them."

".... Hmm, you right. I wonder if they did something wrong..? But, Lumine also got call too."

He muttered and Venti proceed to reassured him everything is fine. <Time Skip> After the school ended, all the students rushing out from the school. A few of them walk back home with their friends, others decided to stayed behind either to finish their homework or review on what they've learned.
The blonde hair girl lunge herself toward the older male, hugging him while Aether returned her embrace.
Aether
"Did something happened? You and Xiao-nii didn't even come on the rest of the classes."
Her words stopped midway when remember what Xiao said to her before. "Don't tell him anything about this." Is what the older male reminded her after told everything.
Lumine shook her head and force a smiled that look slightly strain.
Lumine
"No, it's nothing really! I and the others only help Jean sensei and Zhongli sensei on some stuff..."
Lumine sweating bullets since she can't lie when it is Aether. He felt she is lying but decided not to pry it any further. Aether let out a sigh. Xiao quickly took over the conversation.
Xiao
"It's still too early, why don't we look around a bit."
Lumine
"Wait, really? We going to shopping?"
Lumine
"Yaaaayyy!! Aether did you heard him? We finally got to roaming around and shopping!"
Lumine claimed excitedly while intertwined her hands on his. He just smiled in returned.
Xiao
"Come on you two let's go."
Aether and Lumine look the views around them excitedly like a child go to the park. Their hands linked by Xiao, he can't risk them suddenly to loss them out of nowhere.
They stopped at the milkshake shop.
Xiao
"Which one you want?"
Lumine
"Umm.... Strawberry! I want strawberry."
Aether
"I want nutella..."
Xiao
"Okay, then. One fráppucano, strawberry and nutella milkshake."
After a while waiting, they left after receiving their drink and payed.
Lumine
"Ah~ strawberry is the best."
Aether
"Can I really drink this Xiao-nii?"
Xiao
"Of course you can. If I let you drink it then it means it fine."
He replied while sipping his drink.
A thin smiled grace upon his lips.
He said softly before start drinking his milkshake, they continue walking around. Xiao would let them buy anything they wanted.

(Just this once I'll spoil you. You two deserve it, you have been staying in the house since a child.)

He stopped when saw the blonde teen tried to hide his tiredness but failed. Aether smiled weakly.

".... Sorry I ruin the mode, if only I didn't have this illness..."
Aether and Lumine sat on the bench resting, his face is gloomy.
Lumine
"Hush! Nii-chan stop talking about that, it wasn't your fault you've this illness. You don't even ask for this."
Xiao
"Yes, she right. Stop thinking you're a burden. You know that we never thought of you one."
He claimed while flick on his forehead.
Aether
"Ow! Okay, okay! I'm sorry!!"
Xiao
"If you think like that again I'll punish you, hear me?"
He replied with a slight blushed, Xiao once 'punish' him by swat his *** for thinking he is a burden. Leaving him can't sit properly afterward for a week.
In the end, the twin finished their day by spending time with Xiao. Once they reached home, they went straight to bed and fast asleep since they play the whole day. Xiao brushed their hair softly before quietly left them sleep.

"Quick! Catch her before your highness furious!"

*Pant* *pant* *panting*

"In your dreams sucker! I'll never let you capture me! Not anymore!!"

She stopped in the track when she found a dead end. She look around trying to find any path but futile, there is a big waterfall infront of her.
A group of man now infront of her, the man who yelled at her before smirked when saw the trouble face on her. She bit her lips. It's risky but it's better now than never!

"I won't let you capture me! Even if it's mean I die!"
With determination, she jump in the waterfall as the screamed of panic can be heard by her. She drawn by the heavy water and got dragged into an unknown place. One of her hand place on neck when she out of breath, her other hand reached out to the sky.

(Can't... breath.... Someone please safe me-)
Her conscious slowly slipped away as both of her hand fell down. Her body being swayed along by the heavily waterfall.

Episode 3: A dream

"Zhongli sensei can you exclude Aether?"
Zhongli
"Ah, yes. Of course. Aether there's no need for you to change clothes. You're going to rest for the entire class."
Lumine
"Nii-chan you yourself know your limit right? Don't force yourself. I don't want you to collapse!"
Xiao
"Now, now. Don't be like that, I will buy you some books once the school over okay?"
Aether just nod as a replied and proceed to the bench, he sat on it while watching other students do their activity. He secretly feel envy of them being able to do anything with their healthy body. He sighed at his own thought.
Other student that saw him on the bench quickly bombered Zhongli with questions.
Girl student: Zhongli sensei why didn't he join us?
Girl student 2: Is he sick?
Girl student: Did something happend to him?
Zhongli
"Now all of you, calm down. He won't be joining us in P.E because of some circumstance."
Boy student: Eh.... Is that so?
Boy student 2: Then that means he is weak.
Boy student 3: All those thing he said before are bluffing then.
Boy student 4: Eh~ so lame.
Dark aura began to emitting by a certain blonde hair girl and raven teen.

"What was that you piece of shit? I would like you to repeat it once again."
She smiled darkly toward them as the place where she stood begin to freeze and lightning striking around her.
Xiao
"Do you have any problem weaklings? If you do we can 'talk' personally in somewhere silent."
Aether hang his head low while brought his legs to chest, resting his chin on knee. He heard them. He heard everything they said to him, his eyes turned glaze. Aether clenched his sleeve, they were right. He is weak. He just bluffing that he has strong power when in reality... he couldn't even properly use it.
His eyes hide behind hair, he can't fully control his power. Every time he use it and try to control it, Aether will go berserk. Xiao is the one who always stopped him every time it's happend. He never use his power ever again because he afraid that he going to hurt someone dear to him.

"X-Xiao, Lumine calm down. Okay? Look they already regret saying that."
Lumine
"Huh? So what? We didn't even do anything yet and they already cowering in fear. Coward!"
Xiao
"Oi, if I hear you talking bad about him again. I'll make sure you never see the daylight ever again. Do you understand?"
He said coldly and they just replied with 'yes' out of fear on what the siblings would do to them. Zhongli sighed at the situation they're in.
Zhongli
"Alright then, shall we continue?"
An albino appeared out of nowhere behind Aether, whispering in his ear.
Kazuha
"Why don't you join them?"
They stared at each other and realized, they look alike except the teen has white hair and slightly red with a pair of red eyes.
Kazuha
"Interesting, I never thought I'll meet my doppelganger here."
He slightly back away when the look alike teen face too close with him. Aether blushed felt embarrassed when he keep staring at him.
Aether
"Umm- c-can you stop staring at me?"
Aether
"Me? Did I do something wrong?"
Kazuha
"No. You, this is your first time step out from your house right?"
Aether eyes widened in shocked.
Kazuha
"Just a hunch and you looks like a... naïve person, I only heard rumor that another students came here-- and it's a multi user to that boot."
Aether sweating bullet when the older male stared harder than before.
Kazuha
"Let me tell you this. Don't get deceive so easily by other people, you don't know what they will do to you."
Kazuha
"This academy too, there are bunch of bullies and thug around here. They just really good at acting so they won't get caught by the teachers."
Kazuha
"There actually many victims here, they didn't dare to report to teacher because they knew they just dig on their own grave."
He sat next to Aether while glancing around once a while using the tail of his eyes.
Kazuha
"Even right now, there is bully here. They might even try to eavesdropping us right now. I'm telling you this to be careful not scared you."
Kazuha
"People like you most likely going to get aim by those thugs."
He explained in a whisper voice but enough for the blonde teen hear. Aether could only nodded in understanding, he can't find any words at that moment.
Kazuha
"So.... Anyway, my named is Kazuha."
Aether
"O-oh... right, my named is Aether. Nice to meet you Kazuha-san."
Kazuha
"Nah, drop the suffix. No need to be formal."
Aether smiled softly as the atmosphere around them lighten up.
Kazuha
"Oop, looks like time up. See you later I guess."
Once he left, Lumine lunge toward him, embracing him tightly.
Aether
"Yes, Lumine? Is something wrong?"
Lumine
"No, nothing. It just this class is boring."
Lumine
"Anyway who are you talking to earlier?"
Aether
"Didn't you saw him?"
Lumine
"No? You're talking to empty air."

(D-don't tell me I just having conversation with g-ghost?)
Xiao
"That person is a concealed user, he can erase his presence from other people views except the one he wanted to shown up."

"Looks like Kazuha going to go counseling again once they caught him."

"Aether, Lumine here. Give it to me once you already decided which club and sport you want to enter."
Aether continue reading the book that he just buy, sometimes yawning feeling sleepy. Lumine already fast asleep.

"Go sleep, tomorrow still have school. You can continue reading tomorrow okay?"
The older male pulled out the book from the blonde teen and put it on the table. He can only nodded in defeat since he himself also sleepy.
Aether lay down on the bed next to Lumine.

"Goodnight, Xiao-nii."
He said in whisper voice as the older male closed the door. Aether eyes went half-lidded, he intertwined his right hand with Lumine. He stared at his sister sleeping face before slowly drifting off to dream land.
Aether look around freak out, the people around him walk through him as if he is a ghost. Feeling lost and confuse he begin to walk while glancing around him.
He suddenly felt the gravity heavy and the next thing he knew, he is in the... church? There is a few people in there and they surrounded a woman whom carrying a pair of twin..? In her arm.
Man 1: Your child.... They're...
Woman 3: The future awaiting for them are cruel. Really cruel.
Man 2: They've the most pure Light power. They can't be separate, they need each other as they resemble yin and yang.
Aether
"What are they talking about? What is going on?"
Woman 2: But, what I'm a worry about is this boy future. He has a dark future waiting for him, I'm afraid if he got engulf by darkness everything will be over.
The couple look at each other with a mix of sadness and anger. They're sad and scared what kind of future waiting for them. They're angry because they can't do anything nor change it.
Aether
(But... those baby in her arms, there's no way it's us right?)
The scene shift once again, this time everything around him is chaotic and houses burn down by fire. People are running trying to escape but they all got kill by an unknown woman? She is floating and red-black cube continued to cause destruction. Killing everyone mercilessly.
Aether
"What is this? Why is this happening?"
The couple he saw before also running, tried to find somewhere safe. Unfortunately, there is nowhere safe. The man gritted his teeth in frustration while the woman whom carrying the twins begin to cry.
He exhaled out loud. The man turned to his wife and children.

"Dear, go run away with our children. I'll try to delay them okay? Promise me that you will be safe."

"Yes.... Yes, I promised."
He kiss his wife forehead and hugged the twins in her arm for the last time. Tears escaped from his eyes.

"Please remember that I love you."
With a heavy heart, he left them as she run toward the opposite.

(H-huh? Why am I crying? Why did it felt hurt? Who are they to me?)

"Rillia! Over here! Hurry!"

"M-mother? What is she doing here?"
Xiao's mother
"Are you okay? Let's go back to my world, it will be safer that way."
She stopped when the younger girl won't budge, tears keep on flowing from her blue crystal eyes.

"Reina-san, can you... do me a favor?"
Xiao's mother
"What is it?"
Rillia
"Please take care of them for me."
Aether eyes widened as Reina taken aback at her request.
Rillia
"Please.... I'm begging you."
Reina exhaled before nodded in aggreement.
Rillia
"Aether, Lumine. I'm sorry, please forgive me. I love you. I love you two so much."
She embrace them tightly but not tight enough to suffocate them. The baby boy slowly opened his eyes as if knowing what is happening, he began to cry.
Rillia bit her lower lips before gave them to Reina with a heavy heart.
Xiao's mother
"I promise, I'll take care of them."
Rillia force a smiled as she see them disappeared from her sight.
Aether fell on the ground as tears keep on flowing from his eyes. He never thought, all this time... his real parents got kill. He already long knew that Xiao is not blood related to them, he thought they got abandoned by their real parents.
Aether want to deny it so badly but something telling him it is the truth.
Aether
"Hah... hah.... Cough!"
He noticed Lumine is no longer beside him, he cover his mouth using his hand as he breath heavily. Aether coughing feat began to become worse than before.
Aether
(Ahh.... W-where is my-)
Aether struggle to find his inhaler, the door suddenly wide opened revealing a blonde hair girl. Her face went pale then quickly rushed toward him.
Aether
"Cough! Cough! Hah... hah..."
Lumine quickly search inhaler in the drawer then proceed to rushed toward him.
She let Aether rest on her shoulder and help him using inhaler. After a while, his breath slowly went back to normal. Lumine let out a relieved sighed. She put the inhaler away.
He called her out weakly. He feel his body starting to burning up and head is spinning.
Aether
(Am I.... Catching a fever? Urghh.... My head is killing me. I want to sleep.)
Xiao
"Lumine, Aether what's wrong?"
Lumine
"Nii-chan, nii-chan got an attack just now."
Xiao put his hand on Aether's forehead when saw his face slightly flushed up. He frown.
Xiao
".... Aether take a rest until you recover."
He just closed his eyes, feel too weak to respond.
Lumine
"Xiao-nii, I can take care of Aether. No need to worry about us, I promise I'll be careful."
Xiao
"Alright then, I'm going. If anything happend just call me alright?"
After Xiao left, Lumine gently lay her twin down on the bed.
Aether
*slowly open his eyes.*
Aether
"Hah.... I'm sorry, you need to take care of me and see me in this stated again."
Lumine
"You know that I don't care! I don't care what state you're in, I am happy as long as you're healthy. You know that right?"
Aether
"Haha.... I'm so lucky to have you as my twin, Lumine. Thank you..."
He laugh weakly and close his eyes. Aether breath heavily, Lumine just smiled emptily. She gripped Aether's hand tightly.
Lumine
"Yes, me too. You always protect me although you're not in good condition.... Now, it's only fair I return the favour."
She whispered when reminisce about the past, Aether already fallen asleep. Lumine rest her forehead on his while holding his hand.
Without them noticing, a glimpse of light and dark connected in their heart.
