guard1 - it's nothing of concern. your highness the crown prince.
guard 2- that's right your highness, we brought you your medicine. you are in poor health so the king asked his physician to brew this medicine for you.

(squints his brow in suspicion.)
due to some birth complications tae was always poor in the health but the king never even came to look at him , or considered asking his health , over the years both of them didn't cared for each other's existence . The only reason he could be still a crown prince is because of his maternal family's backing and his brain. unlike his brother's tae couldn't wield a sword but no one can compare to him when it comes to war strategies and planning.

(points to the table on the bedside.)

guard 2 - (hesitates)

guard 2- (pulls him away)
let's go. don't bother him. we have to inform the king too. once he dies we'll hang his body infront of the palace to appease the people's anger.
